I then found out she was trainer through a friends posts on FB but didn't really commit to wanting a trainer then. Then I received another sign when I saw a business card that had the 1stPhorm logo on it(a supplement company I started following in 2015). I picked it up and Lucy's name was on the other side and I thought oh wow she's also affiliated with 1stPhorm. I still toyed around with the idea of getting a trainer but still not committed yet. Early 2018 I decided to start making changes and getting healthier on my own. March I lost my uncle due to heart attack, I kicked my own ass for another few months going from 320 down to 265lbs with lots of cardio, crash dieting and energy drinks and fat burners. Guess what I fell off the wagon and started to gain my weight back. November 2018 I put my foot down and said nope not going back and contacted Lucy and said I'm ready to commit to changing my life.
