I pretty much immediately was sat on the table and he began moving my body and doing certain techniques that I was unfamiliar with, because I'd never been there before. While doing the therapies I explained I was having pain and couldn't focus on what he was saying because I was experiencing a lot of things I'd never felt before. He kept asking me what I wanted to do and I explained multiple times that I did not know, because I had never been there before. I also explained that I am someone who needs to have an understanding of what is about to happen before it is done, but I don't think he understood or liked that. Throughout the session he kept using a lot of words and terms that I didn't know-to which I frequently said, "I don't know what that means". We ended with a massage. The whole thing was a very odd experience. I think it would be helpful if he took a few minutes to explain the process and what will take place prior to starting treatment, instead of rushing to begin treatment and explain as it's taking place-especially for new clients who don't know what is about to take place. I honestly wouldn't recommend coming here.

After surgery the doctors office sent me to their facility at Carroll Clinic - my first visit was a check-in, the second was spent with the PT person splitting time with me and another, the third and last was split between me and 2 other patients. I knew I was not getting the care I needed. Signed up with High Five and from the in depth initial evaluation I knew this was the right place. After the evaluation Dr. Perez went to work with lasers, ultra sound, careful stretching and manipulation and what shocked me was that a day later I could tell a 10 fold improvement over what I had been doing repeatedly at the other place. After 3 weeks went to see my doctor who was equally surprised with how much movement I now had - then I told him where I was going for my PT and he knew immediately why I had improved so much. They are the most professional and caring operation I have ever experienced.
