After many calls, conversations, and agreements with staff about nighttime quiet hours, there was little to no cooperation and follow-thru from my neighbors on agreements made. I was advised to call the police every night but I decided against that as I didn't want to use law enforcement to harass my neighbors and escalate the situation. I'm a healthcare clinician working during the COVID-19 pandemic so getting adequate rest is crucial for my health and ability to continue to provide high quality care to patients. I support women in recovery because everybody needs help sometimes. I wish that showing respect and courtesy for neighbors was part of the Bethany program so that I didn't have to go through the tremendous stress of moving out of a home that I loved and worked very hard to have.

I think there room for just rooms just physical rehab and separate from memory care patients and long stay patients.The food was good ,but if don't like spicy food make sure you order the alternate menu choices. Unfortunately, over the past few years, we've noticed a significant decline. Cleanliness has become a recurring issue. We've had to call housekeeping back multiple times because the initial cleaning was not done well. This past year, there was hair on the toilet paper holder, visible dust in several areas, and the indoor glass tables looked like they were wiped with harsh cleaners, leaving them streaky and cloudy. In the past, if something wasn't right, we could call and it would be taken care of quickly and professionally. This year felt very different. The hot tub was broken, and instead of a straightforward apology or resolution, the issue seemed to be brushed off. We also had random sheets placed in our elevator that we didn't request, which added to the confusion. What was most disappointing was that when my mom left a review on their site, parts of it were altered and the negative feedback was removed--even though she still gave a generous 4-star rating. As long-time renters, it's frustrating to see the quality and customer service go downhill like this. We've made many great memories over the years, but we hope to see improvements moving forward.

In addition to requiring the the renter to make their own bed buy all their supplies including soap toilet paper etc. they require you to clean the unit before checking out including stripping the bed packing up al their linen emptying all the waste basket cleaning the refrigerator and washing all the dishes etc. or be subject to a $500 fine. I will NEVER rent through Elliott rental again.
