I brought my laptop here when it stopped working. I was told that the motherboard needed to be replaced, but that none were available online. I was offered the option to leave the laptop with them while we wait for motherboards to restock, which I accepted. It seemed to be taking a long time for motherboard suppliers to get any back in stock (but lots of things were backordered at this time), so I called back after a few months. AZ Tech said they still had it but no motherboards were available yet. I called back again a few months later to check and was told that the laptop was thrown away. I'm still trying to wrap my head around how this happened, no notice or warning, they just threw it away. The hard drive on that machine is now gone forever. read more

Excellent same-day service! Talked to Adam at AZ Tech about my screaming laptop fan noises. He ordered 2 OEM fans which arrived within one day of calling. I brought the laptop in yesterday and it was finished and perfectly running within 3 hours! And at a fantastic price too. My last fan replacement (which I performed myself) costed $98 for a single fan, but this Lenovo Yoga Laptop looked extremely complicated where I opened her up, plus there were 2 fans instead of one. Amazing company!!!! I called yesterday and spoke with Adam about my son's gaming computer that had crashed. Dropped it off yesterday and he messaged me that malware was removed and the operating system was replaced. He gave me the option of replacing the old hard drive with a new, faster SSD drive. (Which I did- very reasonable) He completed ALL of this, including installing the new hard drive, reinstalling Windows today by noon! (I'm still amazed by the turn around time). The fan on my son's laptop stopped working and the pc wouldn't start . We called AZ tech and tech Adam was very helpful and quoted the price of fan and their service charge which was very reasonable. An order for the replacement fan was placed on Thursday and the part arrived at the store on Monday. The tech txted us the part had arrived. I dropped the pc off at AZ store at closing time. We got a txt saying our computer was ready for pickup on Wednesday afternoon. We appreciate the quick service. Adam is very knowledgeable and professional.He is honest and no upselling was done. My iMac was acting up and it was / is an intricate part of my business. I was not in the market to get a new one and needed a repair ASAP. After the initial repair I still felt like something was off and asked them if they would take it back in. Thanks again for the service Ali. Here follow the review for those who want use this computer service. 1. My MacBook Air was handled in one way and came back in another way. All the bottom screws of the computer was changed, without my consent, and the new ones that was put in place are ALL sticking out. They are ready to scratch any table the computer will be put on. This computer is new and is just insane that the original screws were replaced! I'm really in shock for that change. 0 out of 5 stars 2. Problem solving was is 1 out of 5 stars. I had to guide Ali on what to do all the way through. He replaced the motherboard, but the computer didn't worked properly. My hard drive had to be formatted. Thanks ME all the files are saved, for he didn't know how to saved them if I didn't tell him what to do. Ali didn't seem an expert with Mac devices. 1 out of 5 starts. 3. It was a big mistake of you asking for my charger. I had to drive 30 minutes to your office to tell you that the problem on the computer was not in the battery, nor on the hard drive, but on the installation of the motherboard. Waste of time. As a parent, I would love have this job done and ASAP. I really don't have all the time of the world. 4. For the time it took to install the motherboard and all the hassles, it would be great if you make CHEAPER, the final price for your service, not more expansive. If you said it would cost $260 dollars for the service, stick with it. Have no idea why you charged me extra $100 dollars. 5. Lastly, Ali is an easy going guys. At least it's my impression.
