They messed up my cell phone told us it needed a new port and Battery ever since then it has not worked properly had to buy a new phone .

Dropped of a external hard drive to see if data could be recovered in July, 2020. I paid $53.00. It's now January 3, 2021 and nobody has made any effort to contact me about anything. It seems my money was stolen as I haven't received any communication let alone repairs being completed. I definitely do not recommend this store to anyone. read more

My iPhone needed the charger port replaced and a new battery. After getting the run around from Apple, I called this place. I was there at 10:30, they were open and he said it would take about an hour and a half. It took less than that and aside from some old white privileged jerk trying to jump in front of me and pressure the guy to work on his phone ahead of mine, the experience was great. I showed up 5 minutes before closing to get my iPhone screen replaced after 10 months of being cracked. I wish I had known they were here sooner! The man stayed an hour after closing to fix my phone, and was incredibly polite and friendly. The prices are far more reasonable than the mall kiosks, and right here in town! They also repair other phones, tablets, computers and laptops, as well as sell accessories. What a great place to have close by! read more

I have been to to ConnectA Cell & PC a half a dozen times with various issues - mostly with a laptop I have. I wish I had known about these guys years ago!!! Every guy that has waited on me at this place has been extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Not only are their prices VERY reasonable, but they also get your electronics back to you quickly. I cannot remember the other gentleman's name, but Sunday, Riz and Richard have all been extremely helpful every time I've been to the store. Unprofessional, understaffed, unknowledgeable, untrained. I have visited this place twice, the first time I showed up at 10a.m., on a Saturday, when they openen and no one was there until 10:30. Just an inconvenience. The second time was awful. I had them order a screen for me because mine cracked. When the screen came in on a Monday I stopped by to drop off my phone, around 10:30a.m. and no one was there. I called the Charlestown branch and no one was going to show up til after 11. Another inconvenience. Store hours for the business are 10 to 6 and both time I've used them they were not there during those hours. They finally arrived to open up the store and I dropped off my phone. They said a couple of hours it would be fixed. I stopped back by later to pick it up and the guy repairing it, broke it even more and wasn't knowledgeable on how to fix it, so he said it would be another day. Long story short, I went back the next day and he said it would take another day to fix it. Went back the next day and it was going to take 2 more days. I went to sprint and bought another phone because I wasn't sure if my phone would work when I got it back and it was a lot less headache to buy one than to wait for repair from this business. Definitely would not recommend. I gave them 2 chances and both times were disappointments. I only selected 1 star because yelp makes me choose A Star rating and 0 is not an option. read more

I do NOT recommend this place at all! The comment I'm making is in reference to the Martinsburg store located at 970 Foxcroft Ave Suite #107.... I do troubleshooting for a Financial Institution which means I need my phone at times to identify outages and recreate issues. With that being said, I broke the screen of my phone and went to this place to have my screen fixed (I could and should have used my insurance since it was cheaper and guareenteed but I couldn't wait because I worked that Sunday). When I went to have the screen fixed, they didn't have the screen in so he offered me a Galaxy Note & told me if I had issues to bring it back and they'd fix my phone because they should have the screens in stock ($192+ which was the same price to have my screen fixed).. long story short the phone he sold me was a faulty device and had to be returned so I went to get my phone fixed. Well my phone turned out worse! Now I have a phone that freezes, at times will not dial numbers, does not connect to bluetooth, and the front camera quality is dark and blurry! Fast forward, I took my phone back yesterday and told them to either fix what they messed up or take the screen out and give me my money back since my phone is still under their warranty policy... they had the audacity to tell me no to both of my request and they didn't break it. (PAUSE) There was another customer in the store (there was only 2 of us) who stated the same guy broke her phone the same way but now she can't hear and talk on it unless it's on speaker phone (That's a 100% of unsatisfied customers with broken phones that the owner refused to take ownership for)... With that being said... RUN, RUN FAR AWAY LIKE THE GUY IS ON THEIR SIGN... Guess I'll being seeing you in small claims court! read more
