I have to say, their salad bar was much better than the pizza. The pizza had a Cicis style vibe, but it didn't quite measure up. That's saying a lot. The staff was friendly when first greeted, but their attention dropped off after that. read more

My sister-in-law told me about the salad she got at this place. A few days later, tried it out for myself and was not disappointed. I've made several visits to Potter's since then and order the very same thing a custom salad for around $10. Not sure but it seems like turnover is high due to there being a new person at the register nearly every time I go which is about every 3 -4 days. A free drink and 2 salad dressing containers come with the salad. The new folks usually don't know this. I think my only real gripe about the largest salad bar in our area would be it seems they're always out of something. I guess it's because they're usually busy. It usually doesn't take very long for them to refill those items if you kindly ask. I really enjoy Potter's to go salads. read more

Food. Terrible pizza. With tip 17 plus change. CiCi's pizza which it replaced was about the same. Actually the pizza is worse than CiCi's

We went there yesterday afternoon. We immediately noticed the dining room was too warm. We went ahead and got two buffets which include salad bar and hot food bar. The salad bar was decent but very messy. The pizza is subpar in my opinion. I've had better frozen pizza to be honest. The air conditioning finally did come back on right before we left. Unfortunately, this was our first experience and I'm not sure well will chance it again. read more

If I could put this into negative I would, the salad bar is "fresh" but clearly canned everything and the lettuce is old and soggy with wetness making it absolutely slimy, the costumer service was terrible if you want some pizza that's not worth the price definitely go here with soggy pizza and grease stains got the un-fresh chicken and Mac and cheese, please do better. read more

Ok pizza buffet on the level of CiCis. Ambiance is 90s corporate. Waitstaff friendly but not too attentive. Couldn't get a drink refill.

We were here for a baseball tournament. They accommodated our whole team and families in the game room with very little notice. We called and gave them less than 30 min notice for our group of almost 30. They quickly refreshed the entire pizza bar after 8pm. They were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Food was better than you'd expect from a buffet and salad bar was spectacular. Our team will revisit every year when we travel here read more

They were more than happy to accommodate having to be gluten free! Even experimented on which way was better to make the gluten free cinnamon sticks. on a scale of 1-10 I give this a solid 9.6. very good pizza. reminds me of Mr. Gatti's which is bomb. I will be back to try the other options on the buffet next time for sure. read more

Potters is the new pizza place here in Brownwood across from CVS near Walmart. The pizza buffet reminds me of what Pizza Hut used to be back in the day. The staff here is extremely accommodating and very nice. Taking a lunch break here while I'm working today but I'll definitely be bringing my family back. read more

Been super excited about this place...we ordered their pizza and wings to go while they were finshing up and we enjoyed it. We went about 2 weeks after they officially opened the doors and we were slightly dissapointed. First service was pretty bad. The line was nearly oit the door and there were atleast 10 tables piled with plates and trash. The staff didnt seem to be in a hurry at all. FINALLY we get a table...like most buffett we expected to beable to get our plates and get to eating...nope have to wait....and wait...and wait. Im assuming our waitress got lost or confused as she finally returned with our drinks and no plates...when questioned she was luke oh yea i can get ypu some plates...oook. Saled bar was great...pizza was mostly cheese, peperoni...rather blah for a buffet and the wings were old, dry, and blah. Im hoping that they are better the next time. read more

We were greeted and sat immediately upon entering. Vanessa took our FREE DRINK order and we headed to the buffet. The place was packed on a Sunday lunch but there was fresh pizza on the line and the salad bar was a bit chaotic but was very good with fresh ingredients. Vanessa refilled our drink as we took our last swallow. We loved the new decor, and the place had a great family vibe! We will back for more. I understand they have gluten free options.
