I order from this domino's about 3 to 4 times a month. ( pick up at store) and always have great service. Tonight I received an email making sure I order my Emergency Pizzq. As shown on TV. They make a big deal about how the help The customer. When I checked to see if my order went through I was told it did not but even if it did, there is still a delivery charge. I felt that the driver would need tip and was prepared to give the driver $10. I would like to know who keeps the delivery charge. The store or the driver . Almost. a bait and switch read more

Only because I can't rate them with zero stars. Yesterday evening (because I wanted to be clear headed and not emotial when posting this) My wife ordered 2 pizzas online. Paid in advance. I drove to pick them up. I get home and discover we were given the wrong order, but with the correct receipt taped to the boxes. So... after driving there and *now* driving back, they start making excuses. I tell them that they have 13 ... THIRTEEN... people I can see working and that even if they are 'busy', they should have it covered. Also, it isn't like New Year's Eve 'snuck up on you'. Others in the store are waiting and angry because the online notification app says their order is done, but it isn't. No one apologizes... they only make excuses. I wait while they re-make our order. Sigh. Finally it is ready (before some who were waiting when I got back with the wrong order - yikes!) and I explain that this is unexceptable from a 'fast food pizza place'. The Domino's wesite says that if you are unsatisfied, to talk to the local store and they will 'make it right'. I guess this store isn't aware of how to 'make things right'. The manager on duty offers me a 2 ltr coke to 'make it right'. Now, I'm not usually a person that gripes, but that insulted me. It was just a token of what needed to be done. I suggested they give me a gift certificate for the amount of the order (minus tax). This would allow me to come back and maybe have a better experience... but... *The manager started to argue with me!!!* I asked if he was going to continue to argue with me and he then told me this was all MY FAULT for not checking my order. What?!? Pretty sure it is Domino's responsibility to get me the correct order! Again I was argued with and told that I had the right order now and to just be happy. I finally just asked for his name and he gave me his card. I'll post it if you are interested. His name is Jeffrey Rogers. Finally got home and these were the WORST pizzas I've ever received from Donimo's or ANY pizza place. The toppings were just thrown on haphazardly, there was too much sauce, and too little cheese. Both of us ended up with bad indigestion. Heaven knows what ended up on these.... There are many better places here in town. Go to them. read more

We know that pizza can be greasy right. But this is crazy.....all three items we ordered where floating in oil. On one of our pizzas we asked for not garlic crust seasoning and it was covered in it. If you can get past the oil and the garlic you will be alright read more

Ordered a pizza from dominoes here in brownwood today and have never had one complaint they are usually always so good and on time but today not only did they take an hour to bring me the pizza and make it but they put no tomato sauce on the pizza and the dough wasn't even cooked!!! So I just ordered a xlarge pizza to snack on with the family before bed. I saw the commercial for 50 percent on all pizzas online. The total came out to around 11 bucks. The arrived with 2 xlarge pizzas and said I owed them 35 dollars. First of all I payed online through the coupon and it showed my discount on the ticket and said order was placed successfully but when they got here it was all wrong. They said I hadn't paid and the managers name was Steven would not fix the problem to the price and amount of pizza I ordered. He said I can only have one pizza and I would have to pay full price because it was a customer fault. Myself and the company I work for spend thousands a year ordering our lunch on long days and weekends. I worked in the food industry for years and have not seen so poor if no customer service. I sent it all back and probably will never do that again. The dominos in brownwood is greedy and selfish. I would rather go to bed hungry from now on than deal with that again. And I will find out what corporate says tomorrow. read more

The pizza was cold. The pepperoni pizza did not taste good. The bacon pizza was better. Driver was friendly. They forgot the glaze for the cinnamon bread. Did not bring any pepper flakes or cheeses. read more

This Dominos is great. I have always gotten good service and pizza. They also have specials frequently that are straightforward and honest. They don't hide anything. Of something cost extra that's because it always does. But when it's an anyway you want pizza, that's what you get with any of the toppings you want up to the limit. It's great! read more

We are new to town and I used my app to order forgetting that it had my home phone on it so I called and they were very friendly and helpful. We ordered 5 different pizzas each with different crusts and toppings. The order came as promised, no mistakes and in a very short time. It was the hottest and freshest I have had from any Dominoes. first time ordering from dominos, the guy didnt even bring the ticket for me to sign since i paid with a credit card, but had me sign on a sticker from the box....really?????? that isnt even a legal form to sign on, which means they will have to sign my name of put the sticker on my ticket.... hell who knows it that sticker was even for my actual order....... if you are a delivery person, u should always make sure you have everything you need to make a legal transaction period!!!!!!! read more
