This was the piece that didn't match at all, it supposed to be attached between the right arm and the corner piece

Don't you LOVE Pottery Barn showrooms? I know we do, love sitting on all their furniture and touching the textiles. So in February we decided to buy two sectionals, one for San Diego house and one for Vegas house. We JUST received the SD house sectional and it is TRASH TRASH TRASH.. I can't believe they charge what they charge for this level of garbage. The Vegas one is MIA, they don't even know where it is. Now I am waiting to see if they are going to give us a complete REFUND for the trash they sent us. Here are the photos I took to send to them to prove how horrible this couch is. And it is uncomfortable as F. Ii have videos too, but Yelp isn't allowing me to attach. Not to mention the hell I have been through since February with their non existent customer "service". I had to escalate it to their corporate department with Williams Sonoma. Now I seem to have their attention, but why do I have to go through this. And we all know they do not have IKEA pricing, but I'm going to tell you, IKEA has better quality than what I have in my living room right now. The Sectional doesn't fit properly together. Each piece is a different size, the Chesterfield roll on the back is either really poofy or flat and all different sizes. One of the pieces they sent to us, is an absolutely DIFFERENT design. I can not believe this. They kept telling us that because their sofas are built overseas there are issues with shipping, this is why they are so delayed. LIARS, this sofa was made right here in Chula Vista. I waited 6 months for one a few miles away from us. Absolutely unacceptable. Don't fall for whatever the smiling salesperson is telling you in the gorgeous showroom, unless you can walk away with what you are buying in there, DON'T DO IT.

I decided to splurge and buy some high end dinner plates from Pottery Barn. I purchased 12 large Mason Stoneware plates in flat white. After 1 year of light use these plates look like a child has scribbled on them with black ink. I called Pottery Barn to see if they would replace them or give me a store credit and after an hour on the phone with a really sweet representative, he was not able to do anything. He said he was told by his supervisor that this is just normal expectations. SO, moving forward I have learn't that high end dinner plates from Pottery Barn are not worth the money as they are finished in a year and clearly are not made to last.

Love this Chesterfield Couch. What do you think?

Is it expensive? Yes, you bet your sweet bippy it is! Do they have amazing things? Yes, you can find a lot of chic things here for your home! Are the sales people friendly & helpful? Yes, both of the above, to a fault. They are polished, sophisticated, knowledgeable. This store is located in the Fashion Valley Shopping Mall, in the Nordstrom wing. It has two entrances that make it easy for you to zoom in faster on what type of home decorations you're looking for. If you enter the store on the upper level of the mall, you're going to find the larger furniture, such as sofas, easy chairs, coffee tables, beds, shelves/ledges, pillows, decorative curtain rods & so forth. There are cashiers on each floor to make your shopping experience more convenient. If you enter on the lower level of the mall, this part of the store is filled with accessories for your home, such as dinnerware, serving trays, lamps, candles, vases, mirrors & the like. An elevator located inside the store accesses both areas; or you can take the stairs, if you're so inclined to jog up & down them. If you are looking for something in particular, the sales associates will gladly help you find it with a smile. If they don't have the item you're looking for in that particular store, they'll happily look in their inventory to locate a store. I found them to be very accommodating. If you don't mind spending a little more for unusual & stylish items to spruce up your home, this is the store for you.

Damaged pillow that sat on my bedroom bed for 5 months that obviously had a tear when I purchased it off the showroom floor.

I love Pottery Barn and have spent thousands of dollars decorating my homes over the years. We recently moved from Chicago to Carlsbad and I immediately went to Pottery Barn to decorate. One pillow I purchased did not live up to the Pottery Barn reputation, so I brought it back for an exchange. I spoke to the manager at the UTC store and she was adamant not to give me an exchange, store credit or refund. It had been 5 months and I did not have the receipt with me. I showed her all my charges on my credit cards from her store, but that did not matter. She even said this pillow must have been a return, because they do not carry this one in her store. I have never had such poor service and now completely heart broken that my favorite store, where I frequent often, will not be on my decorating list when we move into our dream house next year.

Very Friendly staff. This is a smaller location filled with mostly inside wares; however, I was able to purchase some decorations for the outside of my condo that they had in stock, to the surprise of their staff, too (I located the items online and saw they were in stock). Again helpful staff even assisted in loading up my vehicle.

Service was.....okay. Sakes clerks didn't appear to be fully engaged. The store needs some upbeat, positive life.

The stuff is pretty expensive and high-end, but if I had a lot of money, I would buy a lot of things! I did buy a little pitcher and it was reasonably priced. I would've loved to have bought some of the blue and white table linens but they were just out of my price range but so very very lovely. I would highly recommend this place especially if you like the colors blue and white as much as I do for your living room decor.

Several beautiful coffee table books they carry are on my bucket list (support small business!) and I couldn't resist the coziest recycled tartan wool blanket last time I popped in. When you need a memorable birthday, wedding or housewarming gift, stop at Mood Indigo. They have on-trend candles, bowls, platters, baskets and serving ware, and the photographs and artwork would certainly impress a hard-to-please recipient who seemingly has everything! This little shop is a perfect place to find unique keepsakes for those vacationing in La Jolla/Bird Rock, too. You'll spend a bit more here but instead of cheap touristy items found elsewhere, you'll have high-quality gifts your friends and family will actually cherish and keep for a lifetime.

There were a few other couples in our session, but it still felt intimate and personal. For $150, we were able to make three creations of anything we wanted during the 1 hour and 30 minute class. We had so much fun the entire time. The studio itself is super cute and clean, which made the experience even better. Pinch is such a perfect way to introduce yourself, your partner, or your friends to pottery. If you're new, they teach you the basics and guide you through everything if you need help. They also have a ton of different glaze colors to choose from, which I loved. Definitely will be coming back again!

There is an ABM Parking lot right across the street from the East Curb line, $10 for 12hrs of parking, on a Saturday Night that is great for downtown. The staff here was Wyathe and Shelby. They were very good with teaching our group the ways to produce beautiful pottery. The class is $90/person and that includes the instructional 45mins class plus 1 pottery item. If you want to add more items, it's $10/additional item. With the time I had left I opted to do 1 additional item. This allowed me to form and create another small bowl to complete a set of 2. I plan to use them for individual rice and meat dishes at work lunch. Wonderful party, we were allowed to bring light Hor d'oevres and juices and water for the group. Nice time and I highly recommend.
