Thankfully, my policy covered towing up to $50.00. I live in Tampa and I go to the Jeep dealership in Brandon for service so when I notified MetLife of such, I was notified there would be an up charge because there is a Jeep dealership in Tampa that is a shorter distance from my home. I knew this and was totally fine with it and agreed to the additional fee which was only $20.00. MetLife gave me a time frame of 45 minutes for Goodfellas arrival after the tow was ordered. Manny from Goodfellas arrived in less than 15 minutes from when I requested the tow (excellent!) and let me say he was the nicest and most professional person I worked with. He helped us manually move our Jeep Cherokee car from the 4th floor of our garage to the bottom floor then proceeded to hook the Jeep to his flatbed tow truck and allowed us to drive with him to the Jeep dealership in Brandon, Florida. Once we arrived at the Jeep dealership in Brandon, FL, Manny from Goodfellas Towing unhooked the Jeep and placed it in a parking spot for the Jeep dealership in the morning, I filled our the card and placed the key in the lock box for the following morning, and instead of us having to call Lyft or Uber to drive us home, Manny from Goodfellas even drove us back home to Tampa, FL at no additional charge! Honestly, EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Kyle with Towberme was there in about 20 minutes; he was able to pull the truck onto his flatbed without causing any further damage. In addition, when he unhooked it, he took great care and time to make sure there was no further damage. He even lifted the vehicle so e could get the jack stand under it.
