She took quite a while to get me a clean, wet rag. The trashcan was so disgusting. I did not want to touch it to open the cover to throw my trash scraps out. She went and sat down at a table, watching her show on her phone the rest of the time we were there unless someone came to place an order. Like I said, the food was good, but I feel scared of what the kitchen looks like. And when you're talking about fresh fish, you need things to be clean, clean clean.

The Tartare was a classic rendition, beefy and mustardy, and one of the few times I've had tartare that was filling.
