Bill, the Manager, generously (and unexpectedly} included some repairs as well as a needed part that was missing at no extra cost to me. They just surprised me when I picked it up! The service crew did a fantastic job of resealing a window gasket as well as making the older trailer I purchased look in top form. We bought an RV from this dealership in July of 2023 . We paid 2500 dollars for a check of the rv to insure all systems were working properly. They never did the service, we arrived at our first camping trip to numerous problems. The water filter was cracked from freezing. The outside speakers were blown. The awning was broken and missing a few bolts. The toilet was impacted with excessive bowel movements. They refused to give us our money back since I wrote this same negative feedback. They told us if we would take the bad review down they would give us half our money back. I warn you to never do business with this dealership especially at this location. read more

Took my Winnebago Revel RV in Kent service dept. to simply fix a hot water hose which had popped off its fitting, just didn't have the right clamp. They balked at fixing it, then claimed the faucet was broken and needed complete replacement which was complete BS. Fixed it myself at home in 10 minutes after getting the right hose clamp. We asked if we could see inside a Van and was basically questioned even if I could afford it and he refused to help us because he is a "commission based sales man" and he is "not our tour guide" . We were more than polite to this guy and never asked for help in the first place. He turned on a dime and insulted us over and over cursing and ran to his manager like a little bitch as I was also walking to talk to his manager. He then tried to step up to my boyfriend like he was about to fight him, in front of a showroom of people (kids included) saying "don't challenge me" The manager was no help and should be embarrassed for having this guy represent his business. We like the inventory selection- but were really pressured on our visit to make a choice right then. The sales team was not listening to us at all - they kept pushing and saying insulting things - like "would you even know quality if you saw it?". It was so over the top we felt like the team members must have had some sort of bet that they could either 1) drive us away because it was close to closing time or 2) sell us something right away since they practically jogged us to the back of the lot to show us some older, marked down inventory while ignoring our requests to look at other units we were interested in - so we left. read more

The time had come for our family with four young kids to get a larger bunk house RV. We were looking for a used one. We stopped in and they didn't have one like we wanted but Lorre Jobs took time to get to know what we needed and took our contact information. It wasn't much longer before he called with the right trailer coming in on trade. He gave us first right of refusal and we got to see it within an hour of it arriving at the dealership. Turns out it was beyond what we thought we could get and more affordable than we imagined. They worked hard to make things right through the process. Deciding on a class A motorhome during the covid mess, we finally made it to Poulsbo RV, Kent. Met up with Eric Duncan (sales), Jason Thiel (sales manager) and Kate Cooper (finance). We initially looked and test drove a diesel pusher, then a class A gasser, finally a class C, Wayfarer. Focused on only one brand, Tiffin, we went full circle....wrote up a contract on a diesel pusher and the long drive home, suffered from buyer's remorse. Heavy buyer's remorse. Called Jason the following morning, no issues regarding cancelling of the contract. A few days later, Eric called us on a new arrival of a shorter Tiffin. Concerned this coach would sell if we delayed (good RV's are selling like good homes these days. Quickly! If you see something that matches, buy it!), we drove up asap to take a look! Glad we made the effort as this was the coach for us! As first time rv'ers, this was a very pleasant and positive experience for us. If there was ever a need to trade the Tiffin in, we'd return to Poulsbo to trade or consign and we would highly recommend the Kent store for all rv shopping needs and service! Brought in 2018 Minnie Winnie with hydraulic leak in auto leveling jacks. (March 2020) It was an expensive add on costing $3,930. (Not purchased at Everett Poulsbo RV) Turned out a hose came off. They attached a new hose and replaced the pump motor. They charged me a whopping $2,934.66! My jaw hit the floor. One item was $227.65 for what they called a hose heat shield. (Photo attached) Minimum fee of $149.00 just to look at anything. Their motto is "We'll save you a ton of money." It should be, "Well make a ton of money off you." A month later I noticed one of the leveling jacks was missing a bolt holding the spring in place. (Not used since Poulsbo RV had it) I bought some additional tools and fixed it myself for $20 bucks. No doubt Everett Poulsbo RV would have been considerably more expensive. I will never use them again for service. read more

At first I thought they were great because they welcomed my inspector, but here it is over a week later and I still don't have simple answers to questions like: Did you contact the FL tax people to finish the registration? I gave them the information a week ago. Dealers have to provide tax information to Florida. Bad enough they had posted the unit as having ~3000 less miles, saying it was a "mistake" and no reduction on price, no explanation how it gained 3000 miles in a month, bad enough they had overcharged me by $500 for their $2000 PDI- which I never saw, bad enough they gave the wrong information about the microwave, the heating pads, the manufacturers' warranties- things I'll have to sort out myself because they just didn't and dissembled on each one... but could they at least confirm the routing and account number for the wire? If they want to "close this out before the end of the month" why don't they? End of month is tomorrow, a Monday. Last week my salesperson, Nick, had his days off Monday and Tuesday, the days he said his service department would answer questions- they didn't. They play games with the emails, sending replies from an address that wipes the previous email content, saying they will have someone else answer me, or maybe tomorrow, or they just left the office, then they answer maybe one of 7 questions, and taking day after day to do bother answering at all. Wash, rinse, repeat. I'm just hoping they will call the Florida tax people tomorrow, send me that paperwork and the confirmation of the wire information, a corrected bill of sale and I can get my unit and go. I will update here what happens. read more

They have the worst customer service in their Service Dept.. just went in their to ask a question about warranty work and the guy working flat out was rude and said he wasnt going to help us because we didnt purchase our RV through them so he doesnt have to do any warranty work on it even though they are a dealer of the brand we own... My prior service person at this Poulsbo RV was a lady named Meredith. Wonderful person. We have an RV club at our community, and up to this point have had a wonderful relationship with this RV Repair and RV store. Meredith was quick to understand our challenges, and to give us precise information on our service problems. She was so good that we would bring her presents that were meaningful for us to show our appreciation. Unfortunately, I understand Meredith passed away (she passed away too young, and our RV community will miss her). I had a definite appointment for a service technician to look at the Water Heater in my RV. I knew that it was something that I had done wrong, and that it would take less than 5 minutes for someone to correct what I had done, and perhaps show me. When I made the appointment with a young lady names Ciara or Sierra, I told her of my challenge and what I expected, and what I wanted to have done (e.g., that someone would simply look and tell me what was wrong - such as a bypass valve, or where the actual reset switch was, whatever) When I showed up for the appointment I re-emphasized what I wanted done, and was told that it would take 2 days, and not 5 minutes. I asked why a 5 minute look-see would take two days, and was informed that factory parts, etc., might need to be ordered, because of Covid. I again asked that when a technician were to be available that I only wanted a confirmation as to what was wrong. I was willing, of course, to pay a minimum shop rate for this look-see. Whereupon I was adamantly told that I had an "attitude" and that she didn't want to deal with me, and tossed my keys, so that they slid across the counter toward me. At that point No amount of rationale could be conveyed, as she simply turned her head, indicating that she was not listening to me. Now, at 75 years young, I consider myself to be decently intelligent, and self-effacing. However: I don't care whether a person is a customer service representative or a service representative. There is no excuse to get "wigged" out because someone is asking for a specific service. Yet the service provider does not know how to provide it. Which certainly could have been conveyed back to me--a paying customer. Additionally, if it were something (which it wasn't in this case) a response that was unexpected, and the customer complained about the exception, there is no need or excuse for the company representative to be uncivil, and accuse someone of having an attitude. Most times when people bring to a company a problem, and they are willing to pay to get a solution - the response may call for a person expressing disappointment in the answer or response, but then they usually try to find an alternative or a better solution. I find that almost all customers (I have been a CSR for 29 years) have had some level of experience--particularly if they are older. Most times I see younger persons treating older people as if they have no experience. WRONG! Either way, people are different, and need NOT be treated with the obvious "attitude" that began before I even stepped up to the service counter. This young lady has just cost Poulsbo, several thousands of dollars--as my RV Club, which is a tight-knit social club, has received an email that explained my experience. As expected and To a person, to a rig, they have said that they will not go back to Poulsbo. I would suggest a service/customer represenative remedial training. In my organization, simply because of common human courtesy which I expect, she would have been fired. PS, I went down to Kirkland RV on my way back home, and explained what I wanted done. Within 15 minutes they at a service tech at my RV, and within 5 minutes showed me what I had done incorrectly. AND although I offered to pay their shop rate minimum, I was not charged anything. Placed an order for RV screens last summer. After weeks of waiting, they finally came in -- after camping season. Stored them, put them in this summer, one was wrong so took RV in for re-measurement and re-order. Turns out Thor wouldn't replace, and Poulsbo RV wouldn't refund our money. Yes, it had been a year, but I thought they could at least offer instore credit for the $50 screen. Not asking alot. Nope! said manager. After trying to contact, got yelled at with foul language, spoken to rude and unprofessionally, to the point of bringing me to tears multiple times. I went into the Everett dealership to check out the Mercedes Roadtrek conversions in person since I had been researching them online. We were met by a salesman who wanted to sit down and determine my needs for me. I informed him of what I wanted to see and he asked me "are you aware of how much those cost?" I should have walked away right then but I was already there so I stuck with it. He pretty much forced me to give him my name address and phone number before he would even show me anything. We had plenty more irritating exchange where he was trying to size me up before he got up and said "let me speak with my manager to see what I can show you." I'm not sure who these sorts of pathetic sales tactics work against but apparently I'm not the target audience. I finally was allowed to see the rv I wanted to see and then one that I did not want to see. I won't be buying either one but if I did, it would not be from Poulsbo RV. read more

I had a GREAT experience at Poulsbo RV: Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a level of Service I haven't seen anywhere else in years. I came to Poulsbo RV because I recently inherited my father's old truck camper and was looking for some parts and advice. Sean was at the front when I walked in and when I told him my situation he offered to give me an introduction to my camper if I brought it in early the next day. Of course I did bring it in, and that morning he spent ALMOST AN HOUR introducing me to my camper's systems, pointing out areas that looked good / areas that need attention and giving me tips. He was very generous with his time, never made me feel like a bother and did a great job cycling between me and another customer when one showed up. At one point Sean called his tech over to ask his opinion on something, and that guy was also very helpful. Like Sean, he seemed happy to help and spent several minutes investigating what was going on with my water pump. I've worked in Sales and Customer Service in my career and am pretty tuned in to how Sales and Service teams act (motives, body language, genuineness etc.). I have to say I was BLOWN AWAY and that speaks volumes to me about the way Poulsbo RV cares about its customers and future customers. I'll be bringing my camper in this fall to have some work done. And if I decide to upgrade in a few years, there is no one else I'd rather have my business than Sean and Poulsbo RV. read more

I wouldn't buy a tent from this dealership. My husband and I have given some thought to buying an RV. We decided to look at the options Poulsbo offered. After arriving we attempted to look at the variety of RV's only to find that everything was locked. The RV's outside of the fenced area and inside of the fenced area were all locked. No sales person ever looked our way, they walked past us. We asked to see Class A, Class C and 5th wheel trailers. The salesman acted as if we were interrupting him. He actually took us to a Fifth wheel, unlocked it told us he was going back into the office. This happened to be on Sunday 6/12 when they were having a barbecue......maybe he was afraid he would miss out on the food. We are going to buy a diesel Class A but Poulsbo will not be getting any of our money. This treatment of potential buyers is inappropriate and unacceptable. Thank you for the response Randall but our experience was so bad and the salesman so unprofessional that we will take our business elsewhere. There is no excuse for keeping your units locked and then treating potential customers - who are willing to spend upward of $200K - as though they are an imposition. As much as I would like to buy locally we're heading south and will buy our new 40 foot class A there. You had your chance you blew it. read more

Let's just chalk it up to this: they promise you a certain price, you write the info down, you call and are ready to purchase. Then they give you another price... then the sales manager gets on the phone (this must be what they do) and tells you they can meet you "half way". Well, okay, only because I had priced the trailers out and I thought it was fair. This purchase was 7 years ago, but my friend just purchased from there and I thought I would make a review, because I am saddened he went to this place! So anyway, the person I purchased the trailer with shows up and half of the insides were MISSING! I had him take the brochure (since it was new) to make sure we got everything we paid for! Well 8 hours later, he left with what was in the brochure. The sales department had to go to Costco etc. to replenish the unit we paid for!! What a joke! read more

I am on vacation here in Everett WA by myself and my 2 dogs. I drove my 40 foot Monaco Diplomat. It was hot for WA so I have been running my generator to power my AC units. I shut down the generator last night around 1:30 a.m. but when I got up this morning to power it on again, it wouldn't start. I checked the oil, antifreeze and started the engine to recharge the batteries. Still nothing. A friend walked me through finding the error code on the generator as it is Sunday morning and no one is open. Code 19 on my Onan generator which wasn't good. At 10:00 a.m. I called the first local business that is certified to service Onan generators. Sean, the sales guy answered and unfortunately, service is closed on Sunday but will open on Monday morning. He asked me a few questions and I had tried all. He asked me if my generator made any clicking sounds and I said yes. He said my coach batteries are too low to start it. He told me to go to my dash and press the battery boost at the same time as the generator button. It started!! He told me to leave it running for about 4 hours to charge my batteries. I am so impressed! Saved me a real headache! I checked my batteries on my coach and I didn't see any water in them so I added water. Most likely will need new coach batteries cause I live in Arizona and that really takes a toll on them. Thank you Sean! My dogs and I will not cook to death today thanks to you! I bought my camper there and the experience was wonderful. I found a excellent deal on one specific model from them (not all the campers they sold were such a bargain for the money). The price for new on this unit was almost the same as used. The sales man, manager, everyone were great, not too pushy just helpful providing with information required to make a decision. They also have a call anytime with questions and support channel that is helpful. Here is the part I am most pleased with. I bought a pull behind trailer. before purchasing they make sure your vehicle can handle it. Purchase includes installation of the required towing equipment on your vehicle in a tow package like the special anti sway hitch, electrical wiring secondary braking unit, and transmission radiator if necessary. You also get a hour and a half crash course on the equipment before pulling it off the lot. Thinking back if I had bought one used from somewhere like craigslist I wonder if I would have made my first trip after buying a random hitch from an auto parts store. Go with these guys or not its a good tip if you are buying a unit without an engine to research the proper towing equipment. I didn't know how complex it is or how tough it is to tow that kind of weight when you are first getting used to it. I should also mention I was excited and wanted to take it out for the weekend 4 days after purchase. They made sure to get the whole process done in 3 days for me so I could do that. Since I work during the day 3 guys stayed 2 hours late to accommodate my schedule. No one complained they were nice about it all. We bought our RV at eh MT Vernon location but live here in Mukilteo so we asked to switch our repair center to the Everett location. We were assigned Deanna as our repair specialist. She is incredible. She helped us now twice at the end of last season and at the beginning of this season and is on top of her game. When she said she will call, she does. When she makes a promise she keeps it. The time frame for each of our service needs came in on estimated cost and on time. She is fun to talk to and really knows her stuff. We had a salesman assist us in locating several items. We found two of the three items. We went to a different salesman and purchased our items. Returned home and went onto their website to search for the third item, and low and behind, one of the 3 items on sale on their website was an item we had purchased, but at full price. I called the salesman who rang up our purchase. He said to return for the refund, but for $5 not worth the return trip. I advised the salesman that their website has only 3 items for sale in the parts department and he should be aware of this.
