We took our 2007 Bounder to Poulsbo RV last May for an electrical problem with the battery control center solenoid and our door latch malfunctioning. $1600 later they did not replace the solenoid as requested but something else and they ordered a new partial door latch. Right away the door latch started getting caught again and 4 phone calls to the service manager were never returned. Now we are getting ready to go south for the winter and the solenoid is malfunctioning again (slides won't work, step won't go out or in, camera doesn't work, mirrors won't adjust and front shade won't work). The internet has a lot of information on the problem so it's pretty common. We will never go to Poulsbo again. BEWARE!!!!! read more

We bought a used motorhome from Poulsbo RV in Mount Vernon. It is a Diesel Pace Arrow 38 feet with low miles and cost us over $200,000 all in. We went for our walk through, and the windshield was broke. It took three weeks after closing to her the windshield fixed. Also, they put in a $2500.00 charge for PDI. That is a up charge to make sure that the rig has been cleaned and everything in working order. We noticed during the initial walkthrough that the inside of the rig was filthy. They promised a full detail. When we saw it second time we were assured it had been cleaned, but the detail was not done, it was filthy inside. For example, the floor was so dirty that it took three cleanings and is still dirty. The toilets had black mold in them. The bathroom sink is not attached and wobbles, and it has no seal to the counter top. When we hit rain coming out of Eugene, I wish we could say we were surprised that the windshield wipers did not work. The entire time in the rain, the only way to get the wipers to work was for him to have one hand on the wheel and one hand continually hitting the spray cleaning button. And, finally, when we had the rig for one week, ALL of the batteries went dead, and of course the generator would not start. That cost us $1300 for six batteries and have no clue what the cost for having the generator fixed yet as we are on the road. We have called them and asked what and how they plan to take care of this and so far...we have been hung up on. We have asked to speak to the GM. He has not called us. We have asked to speak to the Owner, and that has gone no where. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The $2500 stem to stern walkthrough was a rip off, and after they got over 200,000 from us, they now won't speak to us. read more

Sean was extremely knowledgeable in the product and did not in any way try to pressure us into the sale. He was very informative and even came to meet up with us at a different location - on his day off - to give us the formal tour and test drive. To top it off he treated us to Lunch after our final signing of papers. Thank you for the Chinese Sean! Phil was also amazing. Nothing great then working with someone who is from the islands like us. He truly gave us his Hawaiian spirit and even topped it off with his Kamaaina rates. Playing some Kealii Riechel in the background and talking about the islands always warms our hearts. The best part of all of this is everyone on your team fought for us till the end... and we really appreciate it! We aren't ones that usually write thank you letters or even complain. Horrible company to do business with. Had a deal in place to buy a high end RV. Throughout the whole process all they kept saying is that they are upside down in the RV. Told them just like its not their problem if I am upside down in my trade, its not mine if they are. This RV was the most expensive one compared to like model of anywhere in the country. I decided to pay a little more for the convince of not having to travel to get one and thought they would take care of me if there were any problems. I walked out at one point due to them not budging on the price. Salesman came out after me and asked what it would take to get the deal done. I told him a price and said that I would do it with certain things being done. We agreed, and I agreed to come back in to do the paperwork. Heather in finance was great and we finished the financing over the phone and set a date to complete the paperwork. A few days later I called to the service department to go over some of the work and asked when I needed to come and and pick out a new couch that was promised to me. That's when I was told that the couch was taken out of the deal do to there not being enough room in the deal for it. I called and talked to my salesman who confirmed that it was taken out. I informed him that it either needed to be put back in the deal or that I was walking because we agreed to that. He told me to come in to the store in two days when he was back in and that we would get this sorted out. I went in today and he pulled out the new paperwork and wanted me to sign it without the couch. I again told him that I would walk without the couch. He came out a few minutes later and said that management wouldn't budge. I said why in the world would I do business with a company that didn't keep its word and left. He sent a few text after saying that he was trying to get management to follow through. The last communication said that they had already started the work on it, and that they agreed to pay for the couch, but that I had to pay the $2000 installation fee. Thought just kept running through my mind, if they were willing to lie about something so obvious, what would they hide that I couldn't see. read more

We bought a new trailer from their inventory on the lot. There were some bumps in the process of the purchase but they were not too significant. One issue really stands out though. The deal to buy was made on 8/15/2020. A deposit was paid and agreement signed on that day. The agreement called for Poulsbo RV to install wiring for my F150...a pretty common truck. In the time following 8/15/2020 we paid the balance with a cashiers check and signed all the paperwork put in front of us. As of 9/1/2020 we are unable to take possession of the trailer because Poulsbo RV does not have the "wiring harness" to put on my Ford pickup. The service manager in my estimation did not seem too concerned. He instructed the technician to "give (me) a call when the part comes in". Eighteen days from when we put our money down and still no trailer. No doubt they have put our check in the bank and in the mean time we are waiting for a call from a service technician. read more

We picked out a travel trailer at Poulsbo RV this previous Sunday and had a wonderful experience with our sales person. I'm horrible with names so her name escapes me (I'm so sorry!) but she was wonderful, didn't rush us like other RV dealers we've gone to and showed us some amazing rigs that really fit our needs. Then we were stuck between three and she patiently took us back and forth between the three rigs letting us compare and figure out which one we really wanted. I'm pretty sure it took us almost two hours to decide and the whole time she was so patient and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Now we are working with Heather in financing and though the process of getting approved is taking a bit longer than I had expected, she have kept us in the loop and we know it's taking longer because our credit score isn't the best. We went to Poulsbo RV in Everett in search of purchasing our first RV. We met Ethan who took us around the lot to get an idea of what we were interested in and our price range. Once our criteria was determined, he really went to work. Rather than pressure us, he'd send us potential RV options via email and verbally check in with us every couple of weeks until several months later, we found the perfect one. We were very impressed with Ethan's patience with us as we made changes along the way. Now the true integrity of a business and it's employees is how they handle adversity. On our first trip out, we ended up having to have the RV towed back to the business. We understand that things like that can happen and Ethan, Jim and Chris help guide us through the process. On our second trip, the same thing happened. The secondary location for the engine work didn't completely fix the problem so Poulsbo RV took the RV back to them and made sure everything was taken care of before returning it to us. The third time was the charm. We have now enjoyed a couple problem free trips. Consigned our Class A diesel pusher for sale and was told it had a value of about $122,500.00 and if they sold it, we would get $105,000.00. They then listed it on their web page at $150,000.00, and as expected, after three and a half months, it did not sell. When we picked it up, we were told that new RV's were so cheap they could not sell ours. Well not at the price they tried to get! We also noticed that everything in the RV was in have exact same place that we had left it, so nothing been touched expect to take some good parts and replace with broken and or lost parts, including the lock screw for the ref. all the keys and the registration papers. They stuck our brand new 5th wheel in the ditch of our driveway & had to be towed out. They wouldn't consider paying for the repair of the driveway (the 4 wheels of their truck was buried up to the differentials), even though I said I would have loved to spend the $650. of repair on fuel for traveling. They said they would refund $250 of delivery fees since we picked it up. 3 weeks & we haven't seen that check either. It appears Randy & Michael need to refresh themselves with the meaning of integrity as it relates to customer service. The old saying is you can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig. We purchased a used 2003 Lazy Daze from Poulsbo RV in February. 2018 On the way out down Highway 99 the brakes started burning and we headed back for a solution ; they repaired front two we paid to repair rear two at $1500. We had already paid for a thorough walk through and safety preparation for $1495.. We had walk through with Jerry; they assured us everything worked. We also were encouraged by Phil to purchase a warranty he said it was great guaranteed by company etc etc etc. Got rig home and took it to mechanics had tune up $900- this is after the Poulsbo supposed head to toe inspection. Then we found parts laying around in refrigerator motor area.. we took rig to Brazells a nationally respected rv repair place and said go over everything. We want to be safe. They found a gas leak, bad bad batteries, a non working air conditioner. had to service furnace, needed a new water pump. water tank was dreadful; many many thousands of dollars later, the warranty company refused to pay for broken air conditioner which was supposedly working according to Jerry at Poulsbo. I contacted the Mike the salesman, Phil the finance guy, the manager etc and asked for help getting the $4000 warranty to honor refrigerator replacement. No luck. I asked to have warranty refunded as allowed in contract no luck. I had earlier requested to have contract refunded as contract stipulated and did so in writing no luck. They are in breach of contract for warranty refund. Currently obtaining a lawyer specializing in warranty fraud. Feel so bad to have supposed "nice" guys pull a fast one on us. Stupid women they must think we are. We know hundreds of women who use and buy rv's and we will share our bad news with them. Sad and very disappointed. Do not purchase a warranty from them and be careful that what they say is safe to drive is really safe to drive. I did just get a form to sign today to get a refund on warranty. We went in with our minds set on looking at a Sunseeker and "knew" exactly what we wanted. Salesman Nick Seitz met us, listened to our wants and not wants and on our way to look at what we thought we wanted, we stopped in to look at what we "knew" we didn't want. We couldn't be happier with what we ended up buying! And we feel that Nick should win salesman of the year, since he listened to us and knew that the RV we bought would work for our needs so much better than what we were looking for. I have waited to write this review. Let me say that I am honest, not difficult to please, but it would be in your interest to read my story. I have reserved judgement but only present you with what has happened to me. I purchased a new (not used) 2013 Monaco Diplomat from Poulsbo in Everett on May 30, 2014. I took delivery on July 1st, 2014 after having them evaluate it for multiple minor issues and one major issue (it "bucked" in 2nd and 3rd gear). They said everything was fixed and the bucking was not normal but caused by the way I was driving it. When I took possession, the TVs were not plugged in or hooked up to anything, the stove and other appliances had not been plugged in or tested, and the first time I tried to dump the black tank there was a missing gasket which caused a not-so-fun disaster. Those are the minor issues I have faced. I had the RV for a few weeks before it completely broke down the first time. I contacted Poulsbo and they were little help, although remained friendly. The RV was in the shop for 2 weeks and I was told that "it was low on coolant" and that is why the DPF malfunctioned and it was a maintenance issue so it would not be covered by my manufacturer's warranty or $7,000 extended warranty. Fine, I'll pay the $600 bill. Forget, that I've owned it for a month and there was no maintenance for me to do and nevermind that I had checked the coolant before it went into the shop and it was normal. Fast forward 3 weeks. I am driving through Oregon and I hear an explosion from the rear of the coach. The engine stops putting out any power and I pull to the side of the highway. I am stuck on the I 5 for 26 hours waiting for a tow truck to come get me. It is transported to the shop for the same issue (DPF) and the new shop in Oregon makes a repair. I finally get a call back from Taylor S. at Monaco who agrees to cover the previous bill now that he knows it was a warrantable issue. Taylor S also informs me that the bucking I experienced in 2nd in 3rd gear was actually a known issue and that the coach needed an ECM update which would have prevented all of these problems. He informs me that Poulsbo was in fact notified of this needed update but didn't perform it. He also asked me why Poulsbo didn't fix my air horn when I left it there and I told him they just couldn't figure out how to fix it. I call Poulsbo and let them know this has happened and the best they offer is to sell me a new RV and all I have to do is pay them $40,000 down + tax + an extra $200/mo in payments and they will put me in a lesser coach but a brand they like better. I obviously don't find this satisfactory. The shop in Oregon 'fixes' the issue as Monaco recommended and off I go to finish my trip. I drove the coach for less than 5 minutes and barely made it to the highway when BANG... an explosion from the engine compartment and black and gray smoke start pouring from the engine again. I am able to make it back to the shop where I am currently sitting in the parking lot writing this review and sending off lemon law notices and contact the attorney general's office and a consumer protection attorney. TO SUMMARIZE: I have owned a brand new MSRP $350k coach that I purchased from Sean at Poulsbo RV in Everett for less than 90 days. So far, 23 of those days the RV has been in the shop inoperable. I have contacted Poulsbo seeking help and all they have offered is standard trade in value for the coach I bought from them less than 90 days ago which is still covered under a number of warranties. During my last conversation with a manager he said that he would no longer talk to me about the issue because it could result in a legal claim. Again, I will no provide my personal judgment on this issue or what could be done to resolve it and turn me into a satisfied customer. I am not angry with anyone and am very fortunate that I am capable of dealing with this disaster. I leave you to come to your own conclusions as to whether or not you should do business with this company. These people may be great if you end up purchasing from them (and like wasting money,) but if you don't you are in for a real treat. Our experience was thus: The unit we were interested in was on a different lot, at a different location. We were willing to drive to that location to see the unit, but they wouldn't tell us where it was. They said we had to give them a $1,000 deposit and they would transfer it to their lot and we could see it the next day. They said the deposit was refundable and that it was illegal for them to keep it if we decided not to buy the RV. That was a lie, it is not illegal for them to keep it. It's also a practice that is frowned upon by the Washington State Attorney General, so much so that it is requested on their website that you notify them if a dealership does this. Not knowing all this at the time, we gave them the deposit and saw the RV the next day. In the mean time, I did a little research and found their prices are extremely high. If you're willing to do a little driving, you can save yourself thousands. So we determined we weren't going to pay their prices, but we went and saw the RV anyway, since we had to get our deposit back anyway. (A word of warning here, paying the deposit on a credit card apparently won't save you as credit card companies won't get involved in disputes like this.) We saw the RV, they quoted us an even higher price than they had told us the day before, we told them it was more than we were willing to pay and requested our deposit back. They told us the people that processed refunds were out but that the refund would be automatic. So we left. And then the phone calls started. I got at least 7-10 hard-sell phone calls asking why we weren't buying there, trying to salesman us into getting it, just generally harassing us. These calls came from everyone from the salesman to the finance people. They finally got the message and stopped calling. So then we waited for the refund. And waited. And waited. Finally, we went back into the dealership to see what was going on with the refund. There was no record of it ever being processed. Knowing they don't have to refund the deposit, we feigned interest in a different RV so they'd be more inclined to give it back. We then looked at the other RV to complete the ruse, and left. Fast forward a few months later, we are now getting phone calls from their "partners" trying to sell us things. I wouldn't fill out any paperwork when I was there because I didn't like their privacy disclosure that says they will sell your information to their partners and you can't opt out of that (though they kept telling me I could anyway.) They had our phone number so they could call us to tell us when the RV was in, that has now been turned over to their "partners." We are still in the market for an RV. Poulsbo RV is the last place I would go to buy it. I can go out of state (very few dealerships carry what we're looking for) and get it for 25-30% cheaper and 100% less shady. read more

I am downgrading because we brought our trailer in, it needed a new fridge door. They replaced it, we went camping and the fridge wouldn't go under 50 degrees. We discovered an inch gap on the hinge side of the fridge, you could see in the fridge! So big hassle we had to bring it back in. It was installed incorrectly. While vacationing in Washington our RV encountered a terrible problem that could have killed us. We drove into Poulsbo RV in Everett and we were told to see Meredith, the service adviser. Here was a woman who knew her stuff. She got a serviceman to do a few checks then off came the wheels and to all of our surprise the adjusting pins were sheared off, grease seals and brake pads were all damaged, and we had no brakes on the trailer while on some of the cliffs thousands of feet high on the previous day. Meredith was on the phone for hours trying to work things out with the selling company, the trailer manufacturer and then the wheel, axel producers. My reviews of all of them will follow on their sites. They were all useless when the time came to fix us. Meredith worked her hardest to get us some resolution and finally got the best she was gonna get. We thank Meredith for her persistence, her patience and knowledge. Now onto Sean, who was reading our minds during our problem hours, accepting my attitude after 8 hours of phone calls and negativity. He offered a friends motel at a discount rate....he offered to let us stay in our trailer while stuck there with power and water from them. We had family in Everett but thanked him for his gracious offers. We started looking at RV's there and found one we loved (plus had such bad feelings about our old one...which by the was was a 2012 on it's first trip!) Needless to say we bought a new RV Trailer with the help of Sean and Randy, the sales mgr. They gave us the best deal and we were in love with it and on the road again! They also gave a free RV stay in Birch Bay as our shake down trip....see how we like it and work out any kinks...On our arrival back at the Poulsbo dealership we had MANY questions and some items of concern. They took in again, worked on our problems, answered our questions and mad us extremely happy before we were on our way again. I have nothing but the kindest words for all the folks we dealt with there. Mark the finance guy worked for us to get the loan at our current loan holder and Cathy, his sidekick, also took good care of us.Jerry the mechanic who did our walk thru just knew everything and Fred, the service mgr, walked us thru our repairs and answered questions. Oh and thanx Fred for the directional help....it's worked every time! We find out the majority of the working people here have been there for years and years...15, 20 and 30! You can tell they love their jobs and working for Poulsbo since everyone was smiling, happy and happy to help. I can't say enough good things about all of them and the dealership. My husband who is very critical says "They went above and beyond the norm of any dealership he has dealt with." Integrity is Poulsbo's middle name. In Everett anyway! Thanx you folks! read more

I have dealt with all the people that you mentioned plus some and even people at the Mount Vernon store. At this point there is noting you can do for me to change my mind or opinion. Issues that i have had were either not fixed or poorly fixed to the point that they are back to the condition before i brought it in for repairs. I will make the repairs to my rig as needed or find a different dealer to do the work. It's too bad that it took a bad review on Yelp to get someone to listen. Final update: I have been able to confirm that Poulsbo RV did finally completely clean out the black tank after the second time they had our RV and that the gauges are now reading properly. However, I'm still not sure why the problem wasn't fixed correctly the first time. I've also been contacted by the general manager more times regarding this Yelp review than I was ever contacted regarding the actual service on the RV. I have added an additional star on my update due to Poulsbo fixing my RV the second time, but I have to say that I find it telling that the chief concern seems to be the review and trying to have it removed. One would think that in a service-oriented business, the main concern would be immediately rectifying a mistake and then trying to earn back the customer's trust. Rather, Poulsbo wanted to correct their problem in exchange for removal or re-evaluation of my review. The problem should have been corrected simply because they failed to perform the job they were paid to do. I still would not ever return to the service department and still would not recommend to anyone else. read more

We drove from Southern California to purchase a Cedar Creek Silver Back Fifth Wheel... When we arrived we noticed the Cedar Creek was different than the brochure.. After hours of talk and negations we purchased the fifth wheel and drove home... We have had a few issues with the coach the first was a company they use to register a fifth wheel in all 50 states.. That did not happen. Again after many phone calls and negations we received the current plate for California and tags.. Since that time we have had a few issues that could have been resolved or direction over the phone.. I call and am given a yes that someone will call me back.. NEVER.. Today 1-2- 2019 we had an issue the with Hyd Jacks.. Called and spoke with Jerry .. NO CALLS BACK.. They are happy with the sale and no service what so ever.. Let's be honest here people. You do not go onto an rv lot because you are just looking. Not in the Internet age. Unless you don't have a smart phone/internet or computer. All dealers big and small double or triple the trade-in price they give you. If you paid full MSRP then shame on you for not doing your homework before you got there. As for inspections... Yes the unit should be in working order and ready for its intended use that it was built for (merchantability). It is still your responsibility to walk thru and check that every system works to your satisfaction. After all it's your RV and your money. Common sense needs to be applied here!!! I researched a komfort 23fs for a few months... Prices, build quality, amenities/floor plan, reviews by purchasers, extra... Viewed many 5ers on Craigslist/websites and print that people claimed were in excellent condition. Then upon inspection found this was not true. Seen the model I was looking for at Poulsbo Rv in Everett, wa. MSRP was exactly what it said on NADA RV guide. Which I did not pay. Went to the lot and climbed all over/under the 5th wheel. Then found a salesman named Mark to get the keys and check inside. It was clean, in excellent condition inside and out with normal wear for the age. I hooked my truck up to make sure I could tow it. Batteries were discharged and could not check electrical system. Everything else worked. Made them a reasonable offer based on similar unit prices. They accepted. All salesmen and staff were excellent and easy to deal with. Gave them a deposit and would give the rest upon delivery and inspection. Delivery inspection went well. This is where you check everything to make sure it works and ask lots of questions of the tech going thru all the systems with you. Would buy from them again. Was a very pleasant experience. Would give them a 5... Except they had a typo on paper work... That I had to fix for them!!! read more

My story began when we payed Poulsbo RV in Everett WA to do a 15 pt inspection ( to keep warranty ) on our brand new trailer. They did the service , only to then find they never inspected the caulking at the roof which resulted in 2 major roof leaks which went down the inside of the walls to the floor . I took it back to them and showed them the leaks, they kept it for a week and " fixed " the leak. We then headed out of town to go camping only to find that they still had not fixed the leak and we had a waterfall on the inside of our trailer. I bought caulking and a ladder and fixed the leak myself then scheduled a " water damage " inspection. When I dropped the trailer off I asked them if I should remove any personal belongings , they replied " NO, just lock up the trailer , it would be locked up inside anyway, and that they have cameras and fenced property anyway ". When I picked up the trailer , I immediately took it home and hooked it to power only to realize I was missing 1 of 2 $1000 generators. Note that the 2 generators were linked together in a locked compartment. Someone unlocked the compartment , unbolted one generator, and then nicely RE- locked the door . I reported the theft to them immediately, they told me they would review the security footage and get back to me. They were not getting back to me several days later , so I went into the service department a couple times just to be passed around from manager to manager , then over the phone they told me that the security footage didn't go back far enough ( 2 weeks) and that they were not claiming responsibility and I needed to claim it on my own insurance. We have been looking around for a camper for our family of five and were referred to Poulsbo RV in Everett. We walked in a met with Bob and Jennifer who were excellent to work with. They both took a lot of time with us looking at all the different options and were focused on us finding what we want. We went back a few times as we shopped around and they were always friendly and professional. Once we purchased our R-pod the training and support has been excellent. Really has been a first class experience for us and would highly recommend. Friendly, ethical people. read more

We visited Poulsbo RV looking for a new Travel Vehicle. We shopped in the evening however they had no working lights to see in the vehicles but they were still open. One salesman was arrogant and rude. He asked how much we wanted to spend and he laughed. We later presented an offer & they said they couldn't except anything other than the advertised retail price. We were looking at a 'previous' yrs. model that had trim hanging off the walls?! We later discovered this dealership has a bad reputation among customers & the RV business. Poor customer service & exceedingly 'High prices'!!! We found the same brand in a new 2019 (not the 2018) and an upgraded model for thousands less at another dealership. I don't reccomend Poulsbo RV to anyone!!! read more

My husband and I recently spent time with Randy Edwards, the manager at Poulsbo RV in Everett . He had reached out to us personally after we had a less than positive experience with one of his salesmen during a brief visit to their lot the week before. Impressed that he took customer satisfaction so seriously, we decided to go back, meet with Randy and take another look. This second visit surpassed our expectations! Randy was knowledgeable, informative and took the time to show us a variety of RV's, some multiple times. We truly appreciated his honesty and respectful approach to our many questions and concerns. We had just begun to look at RV's when we met with him so did not yet know what would suit our needs. During the course of our conversation he asked pertinent questions, listened to what we had to say and helped us define what might work best for us given our current lifestyle. There is a large inventory there so we were able to see a variety of Class A's, Class C's and trailers while we considered the pro's and con's of each type. The doors of the units were all locked but we did not sense any reluctance on his part to show us whatever we wanted to see. Though it is nice to be able to go in an out of unlocked units unattended as is the case at other lots, we felt very satisfied. We did not end up purchasing during that visit but did receive a very fair price on a unit that we were considering. It was nice not to feel pressured or given a "sales pitch". Because of Randy's professionalism, product knowledge and great customer service we highly recommend Poulsbo RV to anyone looking for an RV of any type, new or used. They will even take all sorts of things in trade...not just cars or other RV's! If you have been there before and were not happy with the service, try it again and ask for Randy. We are glad we did. Initially, I was prepared to give this place a 3, but in the end they really went out of their way to keep my business, so I'm rounding up. Cons: Sales guys did not know very much about Class B rv's. One of them was brand new, the other I was told was their top guy and both could've simply taken extra steps to learn about the rv's features on youtube just like I did. I asked for a copy of the PDI so I could have it during the walk thru and never received it before, during, or after. They say they give it a once over, but without any record of what was actually inspected, it feels like they just shampooed the carpet and wheeled it out. When I arrived for my walk thru, the service tech went on lunch and I had to wait an entire hour, despite having an appointment. I got the sense they thought I was naïve and were underestimating my research and knowledge. This might be my first motorhome purchase, but it certainly isn't my first used vehicle purchase and I've done enough research for the last year to not fall for high pressure tactics like telling me Class B's are "rare". (I literally drove two at other dealerships the very next day and about a dozen in total before I purchased.) My motorhome apparently did not come with a generator and I didn't discover this 'til the walkthrough! I was furious. Pros: To make things right, however, they threw in a brand spanking new Yamaha generator, saving me an expensive upgrade later. Sales guys were patient. One even took the extra time to let me practice backing up in a church parking lot during the test drive. Mike (the sales manager?) made me a pretty good deal I think we could both be happy with. Phil actually got me financed. I have a decent credit score these days, but since they go back through your entire credit history he had to contend with some less than ideal stuff from my past and still made it happen. Sales and service could try a little harder, especially given the amount of money we spend on these things, but I feel like Mike and Phil were pretty great. Really do your due diligence, i.e. don't forget to test the generator and every single other system during the test drive, know your stuff before you shop, but if you find something wrong give these guys the chance to make it right and they might surprise you. read more

I recently purchased my first travel trailer from Poulsbo RV and was very pleased with my experience. They had a great selection of trailers to choose from with better prices than other dealers were offering. I did not feel pressured into purchasing. The staff is very friendly and personable. When I went to pick my trailer up, the service department takes time to do a walk through with you, showing you step by step how to work everything on the trailer and showing you how to hitch up. They also make sure your tow rig is safe and sound before you leave the lot. I highly recommend Poulsbo RV! read more

The manager, Randy stepped up and helped get the repairs done to my trailer. There was some miscommunication between Randy, the parts guys, and Forest River, I was very frustrated with several aspects of this entire transaction. Randy worked hard to make me happy, that included pick up and delivery of my trailer, and they even detailed it before delivering it back. I am happy with the repairs and the extras they did. As a small business owner, I am aware of the importance in keeping a customer happy. The end result is my RV is repaired and clean. read more

I have been a customer of Poulsbo RV for aprox. 15 yrs and I have tried to be patient with them when it comes to their service dept. It is painfully clear that Poulsbos focus is on sales! There service dept. is staffed with poorly trained personal who will cut corners at any chance they get. On a recent visit to diagnose a non functioning DVD entertainment system, I was told that the DVD player had failed and needed to be replaced and they could order one for $600, you just can't get the player, you need to by the entire system. Based on their diagnosis I decided to try to find a better price on one and made a purchase. The new DVD player was exhibiting the same systems. Finally after doing some research I discovered a switch right next to the DVD player that if turned on makes everything work. Obviously the "tech" did not know what he was talking about and because of this mis diagnosis I now have a extra home entertainment system which I will find a use for. There are so many more screw ups over the years that there's not enough room here to tell you about. Bottom line, Find a independent RV service shop that you can trust, do your research and you'll be better off I the end. read more

We recently had a series of life-changing events that let us to Poulsbo RV in Auburn. We have a 6-yr old who is terminally-ill and decided to get out and do as much as possible. So, with a specific budget (somewhat limited) and an idea of what we wanted to do, we started looking. We settled on Class- 'A' motorhomes as they would best meet our needs and requirements. Over the past 12 months, we looked at many RVs located at many dealers as well as for-sale-by-owner coaches. The quality varied across a wide range, from units in horrible condition to the immaculate. Most of the coaches that we liked were either out of our price-range or, would have resulted in a budget that was stretched terribly thin. Our search led us back to Poulsbo RV. Even though most listings for used RVs are on their website, CALL THEM. They have many coaches that come in on trade and sometimes it takes a few days for those to show up in the online listings. We called and spoke with the internet sales team and drove to Auburn to take a look at some of the used coaches on the lot. On the phone we spoke to Paul, but he was at another Poulsbo location the evening we arrived, so his associate Alex showed us what they had. Although we looked at many motorhomes that afternoon, the first one that we looked at grabbed our attention, and we ultimately circled back to that coach. It was within our price range, although at the upper end. There was no high-pressure sales pitch, Alex simply showed us the coaches that we wanted to look at and recommended the ones within our price range. We looked at some above the range to compare the value and features. Alex highlighted the amenities and features of each coach and then moved on to the next so that my wife and I could have frank, non-pressured discussions about what we were looking at. We finished looking at coaches and let Alex know that we had some more coaches to look at the next couple of days. We had Paul's contact information, and Alex provided us with his. We looked at three comparable coaches at dealers in the local market place (same year, manufacturer, model, and in two cases, same floor plan/layout). While overall, they were in the same condition, many of the coaches hadn't been cleaned, which surprised us because we had scheduled appointments to look at them. The coach at Poulsbo RV was very clean, and immaculate, and in-fact it had even been staged with interior plants, place settings, etc. The comparable coaches were priced somewhat lower, however the attention to detail and friendliness led us back to Poulsbo. Poulsbo may take some coaches that aren't in great shape as trade-in, however those coaches never make it onto their lot for resale. Our coach was like brand new inside. The carpet, cabinets, furniture, upholstery, dash and bath were all in excellent condition. We told Paul what our budget was and the figure that we had to work with. Paul worked with the GSM and GM of the dealership and we purchased our coach at a competitive price-point. We purchased the PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) which I highly recommend. Brad and the service team went through the coach top to bottom and then performed a walk-through with us and highlighted the features and functions of the coach. They also walked us through the PDI and any items that had been fixed or that needed to be fixed. Overall we are very happy with Poulsbo RV in Auburn. Will Rogers and his team (Paul, Brad, Tina and the rest of the crew) made sure that we had a quality coach that met our needs and was ready to go. read more
