Reservations on the next exercise you are going to use? Really? So nobody can use in the mean time. Later, speaking to another member in a derogatory manner. Terry is training someone in front of the dumbbell rack. Woman walks over to get a set of weights, Terry tells member to say excuse me. How rude. Creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. The woman responds and now everyone in the room is uncomfortable. Terry responded with I'm the training manager. Does that mean she can act like that?

This is the worst retro fitness ever and the biggest scam with the worst management and worst…read morecommunication Ive ever experienced in a gym. I am extremely disappointed in this Retro Fitness as I actually have never even gone to the facility to work out. I signed up one day in the spur of a moment and boy what a mistake. I cancelled my membership with this Retro Fitness on May 21( I have proof of the exact date sent). I followed all proper procedures in sending a letter, signing and dating it. On May 27 I was charged once again, I called and was explained their procedure and that unfortunately I would be charged one last time. So I sucked it up but was assured that they received my letter and I would no longer be charged. Over a month later on June 30th I was once again charged. I called and explained to the front desk that I had followed the procedure sent a letter and that I would like a refund immediately. I was then told my letter was never recieved........It's just very irritating that I have to take the hit for the mismanagement of this facility. After speaking with the receptionist today on July 2, I was advised that I will NOT be getting a refund and that their manager put in a note that the cancellation was done on June 30 which is complete LIE. Join this retro fitness if you wanna get scammed every month because they clearly don't care about their customers.

A few of the instructors are really good but the newer ones seem to be just thrown out there and don't know what to do. I would look for another gym that has certified teachers and an owner who cares.
