She cares about doing a great job We ordered old stove Amber and the single hill hazy for beer and agreed they were winners. For apps we got deer ears and onion rings. Both were good but onion rings won out - would have liked them a little earlier since our entrees came out pretty much the same time but it was a reasonable wait for food all together. Everyone enjoyed the food- Fish tacos were tasty but the burgers we had rated slightly higher- the bacon Swiss mushroom, and the pour house. Here around 4p on a Sunday, party of 5, also happened to be Mothers Day (not my typical choice but it is what it is). We had spent the day flying from Denver to Seattle, driving home we stopped here for some not too shabby bar food (def the local dive bar vibe, in a good way). Not busy but didn't really expect it to be. A few guys playing pool and baseball on the TVs. Their outdoor area in the back is huge. Some covered area, some not. There is a giant RV wrapped in Seahawk livery, pretty cool. Hubs had the Old Stove IPA and I had my customary Mothers Day Bloody Mary, both were yummy. My Bacon Swiss Mushroom Burger was amazing paired with super fresh tasting giant onion rings. Our son-in-law had the Philly Cheesesteak upgraded with prime rib, he loved it but it could have had more meat, and then they mistakenly charged us double for his order. The homemade chili had a little spicy kick to it. We also all enjoyed the Spicy Mac N Cheese Bites. We will keep this place on the radar for future drives home. read more

This place is huge, but doesn't look like it since it's divided into different sections, including two patios. So if the parking lot Is packed, don't let that prevent you from visiting. It's not the cleanest bar around, but this isn't fine dining. Oh, and well behaved dogs are welcome and fit right in. I appreciate that they change their beer tap lines often and even include the dates they change them near the bar. That's rare for most bars and a great sign if you like great beer. Their food is also excellent. Better than most bars and they offer happy hour, lunch specials and daily specials in case you're looking to save a few bucks. They have many TV's and will even have audio of big games which can be nice. Second time here for a post hike lunch. And I ordered the exact same thing. Not on purpose. The prime rib au jus sandwich with homemade potato chips and onion dip. Hold the front door: delicious!!! Fun vibes and friendly service. It was not a sunny day so my friends and I sat inside. There is a pool table, some juke boxes, and touch tunes so you can choose music. I forgot what kind of beer I had. A hazy of some kind. The sandwich was delicious! Beef sliced with mushrooms and Swiss cheese. On a super soft roll. With a side of broth for dipping. Went here post hike and it hit all the right spots! Exactly what we needed, great beers on tap and pretty good menu selection. They serve breakfast food until 2pm as well. I had the works burger which was delicious, the grilled onions in the burger added so much flavors to the burger. My friend ordered from the breakfast menu, an omelette which was also great, the house potatoes were a hit with crispy skin and perfect seasoning. We will definitely be back! read more

Coolest place I've been to in a long time. And didn't even mean to come here except the place we agreed to meet at for lunch had an emergency closure. Found the next closest sports bar and we absolutely won. Somewhat divey and very much a country themed bar, the music was great and so was the food. We loved it. Service was excellent. We had a newbie but he was attentive, friendly and very hard working. The bar has 2 levels inside with a large back patio outside. Some of it was covered and some in the sun. So take your pick. The table next to us brought they're Golden dog inside so we had to get our lovins in before sitting down. We ordered the Chicken Strips with tots, nachos and cheesy Mac bites. The nachos were not very good and we won't order them again. We ordered the full nachos as opposed to the half but I definitely think we received the half portion. It wasn't piled high with topping and really it lacked any flavor or cohesiveness. The chicken strips were big fat pieces of white meat with little breading. Some people probably prefer them this way but I definitely like the greasier heavy breading type. I ate one and gave the rest to my hungry husband (because a half plate of nachos wasn't enough for him.) Tots were fine and tasted like tots. All of it was hot and fresh. Our Mac and cheese bites came late because there was an error. After 2 Blue Moon beers, I was pretty full so I ate one Mac bite and took the rest home. They were excellent! They were the tables favorite item. They were square shaped, slightly spicy and reminded you of a homemade item. We came to see the Snoqualmie Falls and saw this pub on the way. It was a welcoming vibe, good choice of brews on tap. Came here on our first night in North Bend for a long time weekend. We were wanting some burgers and bar food that had outdoor seating so that we could bring the dogs. We walked to the back, and there's a large outdoor area. Definitely a local watering hole which is my type of place. The reason for the 3 stars is that despite ordering medium rare burgers, they were cooked to the point of being extremely dry. The ketchup I used for my fries was spoiled, it tasted fermented almost. I try to stray from involving any sort of controversial topics in my reviews, but... Had to share so others can avoid this place if they prefer to! After hiking, we were looking for some food and a quick drink. The menu at Pour House is stellar and sounded like just what we needed after 6 hours of being out on the trails. When we walked into establishment, I noticed a sign that said, "YOUR GOVERNOR JAY INSLEE..." andddd knew it was downhill from there. Sure enough - no staff wearing masks. Bartenders, waitresses, kitchen staff. No one. One guy was wearing gloves - but he was texting on his phone behind the bar. With his gloves on. And as you might've guessed, customers aren't enforced to wear a mask. We should've left, but we had already been seen to a table, so it felt awkward... I will say the food is good. Really good. But I was very wary as the waitress was not wearing a mask - she was also kind of rude. When we asked what kind of dipping sauces they had she goes, "the normal? Ranch, mustard, ketchup..." I dunno. Just a very uncomfortable experience - granted, I should've dipped as soon as I noticed people were maskless. If this kinda thing is your jam, definitely check out Pour House. If not... This place seriously has phenomenal fish and chips. The cod is moist, flavorful, and the breading is crispy and light. The fries also have that crispy yet soggy texture, perfect to dip in your sauce of choice. And, any place with Space Dust on tap is a winner in my book. You won't be disappointed with the food in comparison to the atmosphere. The staff has always been extremely nice and courteous to me, yet I can see how thin-skinned guests may take server attitudes a bit brash. Our friends order pounders of Blue Moon. My wife and I shared the Buffalo Chicken Tenders w/ tots instead of fries for $8.99. The kitchen was kind enough to split our meal in the back. The Pour House is a great place to go to meeting up with friends, kick back relaxing with food and a drink. Not many places serve up a view like this....(photo attached) from the front porch.
