I love dog friendly breweries that also have a food truck schedule and I'm so fortunate that Washington has a lot of them around in different cities. Their website was easy to navigate to find out which food truck would be there and when. We ordered our food first then handed inside to warm up before picking up our order. The space was really spacious and nice. The vibes were warm and cozy with a large TV projector screen playing sports, good music and all types of seating and tables. They have a dog water bowl near the front where you can also get water with clean cups nearby too! You can also tell it is a beloved location as it was getting quite busy and there were children, dogs, and adults enjoying the space and time with one another. We got two 10oz Diamond Knot root beers which was divine! I recently started drinking root beer from breweries and I am a huge fan, as I think brand named root beer is gross. The drink paired really well with our soul food order. The bartender was really polite and seemed to be good friends with his regulars which is a good sign. I asked him where we should put the drinks and he politely let me know to the side of where he served me would be great and there is a sign to put empty glasses as well. We will look forward to visiting when we can as we are all the way from Tacoma but it is definitely worth coming back to! read more

I'm not sure why this would deserve more than 3 stars. The actual setup with seating and potential atmosphere I may have given a 4, possibly 5. The Five Forks food truck deserves a high five, it was great. We were there with 8 of us to celebrate a birthday. First of all, the beer selection at the time had 4 or 5 pilsners and the rest almost all IPAs. I get it, IPAs sell but I don't know about the pilsners. The lack of beer variety isn't even the issue as much as NOT ALLOWING FLIGHTS! OMG, YOU'RE A SMALL BREWERY! WHO DOESN'T OFFER FLIGHTS??? I get it, investment in glasses and a little more maintenance BUT YOU'RE A SMALL BREWERY! As a business and finance person, the flights give you maximum margin on your product AND serve as a marketing tool for exposing consumers to your various products. It's actually a negative NOT to have them. Instead, we had to order multiple full glasses and shared the backwash (sarcasm but it was family). Actually you would have more money because we would have all ordered flights and then likely ordered larger of the ones we liked instead of finishing off the stuff that was meh. The beer itself was fine. There was one IPA that had some unique qualities but overall as a whole, they were just ok. Another downfall was that they sell themselves as family friendly, but had a single root beer as the only non-alcohol offering. How about just having some canned soda for the kids? I had inquired in advance about ciders for gluten free options for our celiac and they said "we have ciders" which turned out to be a single cider so that was disappointing as well. Service was slow being there was only one person working the entire taproom; the bartender almost sinking with the constant stream of folks. Unique taproom ~ largest movie screen you will ever find at a brewery, indoor shipping container as the restrooms. A warm sunny day lead us to sip outside on their widespread parking lot patio. Variety of tables ~ shall two seaters, benches of the side, picnics for large groups. Filled with small bushes & trees masked the parking lot and gave it great dimension & vibe. No Boat has become one of my go to breweries in the area. They are always working on new brews and tweaks on old ones. Service is alway friendly, helpful, and welcoming. After a long hike, a great place to chill. Great inside and outside seating. A good rotation of food trucks, it smelled wonderful! This was one of a later times I've been here, it was very busy, the weather definitely brings people out. Dog and kid friendly when well behaved. After visiting family up on the ridge, we stopped by to check out No Boat. It was a super sunshiny day and the outside area was lovely with many different areas to sit outside with as many inside the brewery for colder days. The customer service was wonderful. There were lots of beer choices for everyone. They do offer wine for any wine lover in your group. I will mention the wine prices are much higher than other breweries that I have been to in the area. Although the wine prices are higher, hats off to them for carrying wine and offering a selection of choices. Love the space and ambiance. read more

Was on a beer bus tour of breweries out were we stopped by 4 different breweries in the Snoqualmie Falls area. "No Boat" was hands down the best brewery as far as ambiance, beer and a friendly staff. Could have easily spent more time, drank more beer and hanging out as this place can grow on you. With the mountains covered with snow this brewery has a bit of that ski slope feeling as I wouldn't have been surprised to see some skiers come in with there ski boots on. I've been to quite a few breweries and I'm surprised I've not actually heard of this brewery. Will definitely remember "No Boat" and will make a point of dropping by when I'm in the area. read more

While I wish they had less IPAs and maybe a Hefeweizen or two on the menu, I know my preference isn't the popular one. They don't serve food, but they have a great food truck schedule. When you have a baby fun adult outings are limited. When someone recommended No Boat to us as somewhere we could have a beer while still enjoying our time with our baby...we knew we had to check it out. We planned a visit with some friends of ours who also had a ten month old baby. This place did not disappoint. There was a game playing on a large screen, lots of bright shiny brewing items in plain sight, and plenty of room. In a nutshell, it was perfect to keep baby eyes occupied. From the adult side of things: the beer was great, the bartender was personable and chatty, and the atmosphere was chill. I asked if they did flights and the bartender said "we don't advertise it with COVID, but I can definitely make you one!" which I thought was wonderful. It was in the middle of a snowstorm when we visited so they were low on beer- I am looking forward to visiting them again and trying their full selection! No Boat is an excellent brewery that I have been to recently! Their beer is unique in nature and it seems like they genuinely enjoy brewing "outside of the box" from your typical or average breweries that you come across. One of their beers that I immediately fell in love with was the Bia Hoi which is a Vietnamese Lager. Wow! Now that was a delicious beer! After really enjoying that beer I had to try another one that they brewed but I went with something a bit different than a lighter beer. I went with the My Beautiful, Dark, Twisted Oatmeal Milk Stout. That beer was excellently crafted as well! It was nice and rich... an excellent body to it! Parking is a bit snug, spots are compact, so half the parking lot can't be used, cause people come with regular cars and leave a spot in between (totally get it, cause you can't even fit a tiny car in between two regular ones). Recently I found myself in the burgeoning metropolis of Snoqualmie for work and was craving a beer. Almost magically, the ginormous No Boat building appeared before my car and before I knew it I was walking in the door. No Boat occupies one end of a huge warehouse, but they've remodeled it in a way that you don't really feel like you're sitting in an aircraft-sized hangar (unless you look up). And during a more recent visit I discovered they added a beautiful new beer garden! Each time I've been here there's been a different food truck, too - this time it was a seafood truck which was yummy. But their beer, oh their beer, it is SO good. I feel like I'm cheating on my beloved Bellingham breweries but I gotta say, their Vienna Lager is wonderful. And their red is a perfect blend of hoppy and malty. This is a great place to come to chill if, like us, you are always on the lookout for places with comfortable, cozy, and family- or pet-friendly outdoor seating due to COVID. The brew selection is ample and decent. They do not even pretend to be a food place, so I do not take away any stars from my review for not having good food. I hope they keep the big patio for the summer - I can see myself sipping a few beers with the dog after a weekend hike. Fun little stop near the Snoqualmie Falls area. (Best when visited after a nice hike.) It's located in a warehouse building that we drove right by the first time. Parking was not an issue. The space is cute with string lights everywhere. The heat lamps hanging overheard are a bit too high up so the place is pretty chilly, although nothing a few beers can't fix. The place is dog friendly too, which is cool. The beers were good and the bartenders were really nice about giving samples. No wine or beer alternative options, except for their cider which was really good actually, and not too sweet. I don't think they serve food, but they do have rotating food trucks parked outside. There was a bowl of self-serve pretzels at the front of the place when we visited, but it was near empty and wasn't refilled while we were there. read more
