The coffee here is excellent, and the staff ate always helpful and friendly. Besides coffee and lattes, they offer some decent (but not amazing) baked goods, and a variety of water bottles (coconut, sparkling, non-sparkling) and some San Pelegrino sodas. The space is roomy and clean, and a great spot to bring a laptop and do some personal projects. Or buy some of the beans they roast in house and take them home to make your own delicious cup of coffee. A calm place and an enjoyable one.

I came in to buy about 30 pastries for my coworkers and let the employee know it would be a larger order. In a dismissive tone, she told me I had to wait until the store was empty before being served. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes as new customers kept arriving. The wait itself wasn't the issue--it was the way I was spoken to. When I asked for two boxes, I was told there would be a 50¢ charge for the second one. While that may be store policy, I would expect customers making larger purchases to feel appreciated, not inconvenienced. I left feeling unwelcome and undervalued. I ended up getting a Butter Croissant $3.25, Pistachio Croissant $3.95, Kouign-Amann $3.75 and Sourdough Boule bread that was already sliced $5.45. The croissants were so deliciously flaky and buttery and especially loved the heavenly Pistachio Croissant that gave me a Foodgasm! I also loved the Sourdough Boule that was so flavourful and delicious when lightly toasted. I wished I knew the specific ingredients of the bread but couldn't find anything online. The service was fast and friendly. Definitely coming back!

Before you even drink it, the fragrant coffee smell hits you. A bit sweet and almost fruity. When drinking it, the flavours amplify and provide an overall sense of calm, a breath of fresh air. It doesn't just feel like a regular old coffee but that you can take your time with it, like having a conversation with an old friend, it is meant to be savoured. There are a number of tables to enjoy your treats and beverages as well as wifi if you'd like to get some work done. The café uses Pilot Coffee beans as well. I stopped by Paper Route Café on a Monday late morning to grab a cortado. I also ordered a banana coconut oat muffin. The coffee shop only had a few customers and service was friendly where my coffee was made at a reasonable time. I sat down to enjoy my coffee as well as enjoy the space. As the sunlight filtered through the big windows at the front, the brightness of the café filled me with happiness. Such a cute wonderful place to spend some time alone, with friends, or with family. I ate the muffin later in the day for snack and it was moist and delicious with hints of coconut that didn't overpower the other flavours of the muffin.
