Cute coffee place. Ordered a cappuccino as my post run treat! Very cute! Barista was very friendly. Super nice! Found a new spot for my coffee runs

New coffee shop in the block! But this is quite unique.. you won't find a paper cup here. They are sustainable. So you either can bring your own cup or else they give you a reusable cup. Not to mention.. their coffee is amazing! The interiors, customer service and overall vibe here is great. Also I bought a coffee mug and I get 4 coffees for free in the next visits Definitely looking forward to it, going to update again soon!!

    Americano + cinnamon bun

Weekend visit on a crisp Autumn morning. There was a musician playing guitar contributing to the ambience. Ordered an Americano and cinnamon bun (based on barista suggestion). Wow to both! I don't usually notice a big difference in most coffee flavour but it was really good here. The cinnamon bun is a definite winner too. The cafe shares space with a store that focuses on environmentally friendly products. Now for stats on the cafe: WiFi tested at 76mbps. Seats about 23 inside across 9 tables and bench seating with additional seating outside. There are electrical power outlets everywhere which makes it easy a good place to work. Adding to my best cafes in Toronto list.

The shop attached sold some great sustainable accessories. Good coffee as well - will always stop by when I'm in the area

Really friendly gentleman working behind the counter and what a gorgeous place. I wish I could sit down, read and have a cup of their amazing coffee. We got a latte and a chai latte. Mmmm so good. The coffee was flavourful but not too acidic and the chai was so delightful. They had a ton of great looking treats to try as well. I highly suggest this place if you need a little pick me up. Even the music was great

I stopped by in a recent visit to Toronto when it made more sense to wait for my wife than to drive back and forth from our hotel in Mississauga amidst... hey did you know that (unscientific as this may be) traffic may actually be worst on weekends than during the week? Reason is that, while many folks commute using public transit, car owners drive to their destinations on weekends. This is a small, sun-shiny kind of space, with Wifi. The front part, especially, is a good place to bask in the rays. They seem to offer a few food choices for breakfast and lunch, but since I was just looking for a place to hang out for 90 minutes, I was going to be "minimal patron". I thought about another coffee, but decided against it, since I already had double the caffeine I usually consume before noon, I opted for the "cheapest" choice, in the form of a Perrier. Cha-ching and "ouch" and $3.74 later (OK it's CAD, but still), I'm left wondering whether I could have made a better choice: as in, a cookie and that bottle of water I had with me?

I came in to buy about 30 pastries for my coworkers and let the employee know it would be a larger order. In a dismissive tone, she told me I had to wait until the store was empty before being served. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes as new customers kept arriving. The wait itself wasn't the issue--it was the way I was spoken to. When I asked for two boxes, I was told there would be a 50¢ charge for the second one. While that may be store policy, I would expect customers making larger purchases to feel appreciated, not inconvenienced. I left feeling unwelcome and undervalued. I hope the customer service improves because the pastries are excellent.

It took me a long time to decide on what I wanted because everything looked so delicious. I ended up getting a Butter Croissant $3.25, Pistachio Croissant $3.95, Kouign-Amann $3.75 and Sourdough Boule bread that was already sliced $5.45. The croissants were so deliciously flaky and buttery and especially loved the heavenly Pistachio Croissant that gave me a Foodgasm! I also loved the Sourdough Boule that was so flavourful and delicious when lightly toasted. I wished I knew the specific ingredients of the bread but couldn't find anything online. The service was fast and friendly. Definitely coming back!

This second location is located outside on the beautifully picturesque cobblestone road named Temperance Street. The building is historic and the calm interiors make you feel instantly at home. The staff was really nice and told me about their menu and seasonal items. In addition to coffee and matcha based beverages, the store offers food and merch as well. Apparently this location is a laptop free zone, offering an incredibly welcome oasis from the hustle and bustle of financial district. Today I ordered a cortado. Before you even drink it, the fragrant coffee smell hits you. A bit sweet and almost fruity. When drinking it, the flavours amplify and provide an overall sense of calm, a breath of fresh air. It doesn't just feel like a regular old coffee but that you can take your time with it, like having a conversation with an old friend, it is meant to be savoured. I absolutely plan to go back for one of their seasonal matcha beverages and to get away from it all. 5/5

The neighbourhood café serves up caffeinated beverages (coffee and tea), cold drinks (juice, sparkling water) as well as baked goods (muffins, cookies, quiches, scones). The café is bright and welcoming where the accent wall with the yellow wallpaper brings life to the space. There are a number of tables to enjoy your treats and beverages as well as wifi if you'd like to get some work done. The café uses Pilot Coffee beans as well. I stopped by Paper Route Café on a Monday late morning to grab a cortado. I also ordered a banana coconut oat muffin. The coffee shop only had a few customers and service was friendly where my coffee was made at a reasonable time. I sat down to enjoy my coffee as well as enjoy the space. As the sunlight filtered through the big windows at the front, the brightness of the café filled me with happiness. Such a cute wonderful place to spend some time alone, with friends, or with family. I ate the muffin later in the day for snack and it was moist and delicious with hints of coconut that didn't overpower the other flavours of the muffin. Overall, a great new addition to the neighbourhood! Definitely will become a new favourite among the locals for sure.
