Poured is very beautiful, elegant nice... The food is nice little tapas and the wine is amazing. You can get a half glass and 3/4 or full and for your special price you get like three. They even have a brunch on the last Sunday of every month and they have special menu for that one with shrimp and grits and chicken and waffles and other favorites. Really recommend it.

We absolutely loved our time at Poured. All of the small bites were very good. The staff super friendly. It was j ie to go hang out, have a glass and relax in a laid back environment. Great for a date night or with friends. It's perfect to sit back and chat.

Cute and affordable spot for wine and appetizers. We loved the spinach artichoke dip and baked Brie. I would definitely recommend.

An intimate venue that needs more staff. The wine selection is above average with market price points. The food tries really hard to be something more than average but it's not there. Hummus was a little chalky and I understand the reason to use pecans on the charcuterie because it's Texas but let's get some Spanish almonds on there. It's the best wine bar in the Mansfield and Arlington area. However, it has room to mature.

This was our first visit. We needed to kill some time, so we decided to give it a try. It was cute and comfy, but not very lively. There seemed to be only 1 person working, which seemed weird to me since it was a Saturday night. They had a pretty good selection of wines and a few bubbles. The wines are listed from sweetest to dry. We decided to go with a bottle because their pours are a bit on the small side in my opinion. You can get a full glass (4oz) or a 1/2 glass (2oz). They also have flights with 3 ounce pours. They offer a few bites and desserts. They have a few games for you to play also. The restrooms are clean and spacious. I'm used to Frank Kent Wine Bar in Fort Worth. It's more of an experience and the people are friendly and knowledgeable. It's a completely different vibe. Poured fits the area that it's in. I guess they want you to feel like you are sitting in your living room.

The best wines. Great beers and assortment of appetizers. Very comfortable seating with low lighting. The staff is very knowledgeable and not hovering. It's a place to enjoy wine and conversation. Music drowns out conversation from other patrons. Love this place.

There are daily specials, a lunch menu (that has strict hours). I don't believe I saw pizza in the menu, but there are all sorts of pasta dishes, sandwiches, steaks, chicken dishes, seafood dishes, and other Italian entrees. The menu isn't too lengthy. In fact, I would say it's relatively small for most Italian restaurants. There is plenty of win, beer, and other drink options, as well as desserts The ambiance is fairy dark and intimate. We went on a Friday and there was live music, but the acoustics of the open layout made it challenging to hear the person next to you let alone the performer The service was fine. We were given the complimentary garlic bread, which was tasty and plentiful, but a little salty. Servers kept coming by to refill our water, but not our server. In fact, it took way longer than we expected to get our meal, which our server brought, and then we didn't see our server again for 30min or more to ask for a box. We weren't checked in on. The server was loud, and made jokes/small talk, but we didn't feel overly taken care of. Also, you are given the option of soup or salad with most all the entrees, and we were told there was only ranch and Italian dressings and then we overheard the server next to us tell another table there was honey mustard and other dressings. Also, someone at our table wanted French and onion soup and thought that's what they were getting, but the "onion soup" was a cream of onion soup. We couldn't inquire more about if this was a mixup because our server was no where to be found The food was fine. Again, certain portions were a little salty. The lasagna was a huge disappointment. I expect layers or noodles and there were none to be found. The noodles, if they were noodles, were the consistency of melted mozzarella. I wanted it on a plate and not wet and messy in a bowl Some tips: It would be amazing if there was an option to get the lunch menu later in the day, or "half" portion options Also, I am a huge bolognese fan, and that's the reason I got the lasagna, but I would like to see it as a typical bolognese pasta dishes, or at least have that option Someone at our table was trying to pay with a prepaid visa gift card, but our server said their system "wasn't with the times," and we had to use another payment method. I feel like they should be able to enter this in as a VISA (manually), and if not, they should probably update their system Cheers!!

To name a few there's creme brulee, charcoal honey, ube, pandan...along with all the regular flavors. The pastries are good, they are average, which is still a good thing. Ham & cheese came out flaky. :) Presentation is beautiful. Sometimes I'll go there midday & there's not alot to choose from so it will prevent me from getting a snack. Charcuterie & wine is available but I haven't ordered any of those. A fun atmosphere, along the wall are built in seats with chairs on the opposite end of the table. Other seating includes table with benches (beware you can't move the benches to get in & out, if I'm wrong I apologize), then some a few tables with chairs by the windows, on the other side they do have benches facing each other with tables in between (great for groups!), & beautiful outdoor patio seating. They have a small upstairs with chairs & use wine barrels as tables. Clever! Customer service is okay, let me say that every person there has been extremely pleasant but out of the four times I've been there, only once I didn't have an issue. They seem to enough their jobs & working together, which is a green flag for any place, but sometimes they get distracted. One time I stood there & staff was chatting in the corner, a good amount of time passed before anyone noticed me. Another time, they just forgot my drink (it was the only thing in my order) & there were no other order left... the group was again chatting away with with each other, then during another visit they forgot my croissant. Each time they did apologize, but three out of four times aren't good odds. I probably won't frequent this location as much, but I will stop by once in awhile because their drinks are worth it.

We fully understood that we were early and were told that we had been checked in and that our table would be ready closer to our reservation time. We had absolutely no issue with that. While waiting, we found an area near the bar and ordered appetizers and drinks, spending close to $300 before we were ever seated for dinner. At approximately 8:20 p.m., after our reservation time had passed and we had received no update, we approached the host stand to make sure they knew we were still waiting. We were told that they were waiting for seats to become available and that we would be seated soon. At 8:30 p.m., we were still waiting. When we approached the host stand again, the response was noticeably less courteous. We were told that they could not ask people to leave their tables and that we would be seated when they could accommodate us. At some point during this exchange, we were also told that once we were eventually seated, they would provide us with complimentary appetizers. I want to be very clear: this was never about receiving free food or having something taken off our bill. We had already spent close to $300 on drinks and appetizers while waiting. I neither wanted nor needed complimentary appetizers. What I wanted was for our reservation to be honored within a reasonable amount of time--or, at the very least, for someone to communicate honestly with us, acknowledge the problem, and treat our family with respect. Offering free appetizers did nothing to address the actual issue. By approximately 8:35 p.m.--20 minutes after our reservation time and nearly 50 minutes after we initially checked in--it was apparent that there was no urgency to seat us and, more importantly, no meaningful communication about when we could expect to be seated. At that point, General Manager Landry became involved. Unfortunately, rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation or offer any reasonable solution, his attitude made an already frustrating situation substantially worse. When I reminded him that we had an 8:15 reservation and asked when we could realistically expect to be seated, he again told us that we would be seated when they could seat us. I explained that our party included a pregnant mother-to-be who had not eaten and was beginning to feel unwell, as well as a young child. There was no apparent concern or effort to accommodate the situation. When I pressed him for a more specific timeframe, Landry responded that "it's just a reservation." That statement was astonishing to me. A reservation is a commitment made between a restaurant and its customer. I certainly understand that restaurants run behind and that unexpected circumstances occur. What I do not understand is a General Manager dismissing a customer's reservation as though it carries no significance whatsoever. I asked Landry what Sixty Vines' policy would be if I had arrived 30 minutes late for my reservation. Instead of addressing the obvious point behind the question, he accused me of being "aggressive" and informed me that, if he wanted to, he could simply ask our party to leave. That response was completely inappropriate. Rather than acknowledging that his restaurant had failed to honor our reservation, apologizing for the delay, or attempting to find a solution, the General Manager chose to threaten to remove a family that had been patiently waiting and had already spent nearly $300 at the restaurant. A few minutes later, Landry walked past our group and visibly shook his head at us. It was dismissive, disrespectful, and entirely unbecoming of someone entrusted with managing a restaurant and representing the Sixty Vines brand. Ironically, the person who demonstrated the most professionalism and empathy that evening was the young server who had been taking care of us near the bar. She observed what was happening, approached us on her own, apologized for the situation, and asked whether there was anything she could do to help. Her response stood in stark contrast to that of the General Manager. By this point, we had closed our tab. The pregnant member of our party had become so unwell while we waited that she actually vomited. We informed Landry of what had happened, and again there appeared to be little concern. His primary focus remained his assertion that we had "yelled" at him. To be clear, customers who have waited well beyond their reservation time, received virtually no meaningful communication, and then been told by the General Manager that "it's just a reservation" are understandably going to become frustrated. A capable General Manager should know how to manage that frustration professionally rather than escalating the situation and threatening to remove the customers. Ultimately, we left without ever having the birthday dinner.
