Came here to catch the finals with a couple buddies. It's. Large place with numerous pool tables. I liked that it wasn't Smokey like a lot of others pots with pool tables. The bartender was awesome as well down to earth but made good drinks quickly. She also recommend the chicken saying it's the best wing sin town. While idk if I'd agree about in town those wings were delicious. I ordered 20, don't judge me, and none remained. My least favorite was the lemon pepper but that's only because they were really lemon peppery so for those that love that wing they'll enjoy it. My favorite was the hot honey chefs kiss. I love an Irish pub because there's almost always potato skins, and I really love potato skins. How can you not, really? They're pretty hard to mess up. As long as they're served hot, you can't go wrong with crispy sliced potatoes covered in salt and melted cheese and bacon. And sour cream. Bonus points if they have green onion! McCullar's serves delicious classic potato skins and also their version of "Irish nachos" (which is the same thing plus sliced jalapeños). Yum. The menu has a lot more on it, like a lot more: burgers, wings, nachos, soft tacos, fish & chips, pizza, chicken strips, shrimp basket, fried pickles and mushrooms and cheese sticks and onion rings, calamari, salads, sandwiches, egg rolls, chips and queso... I'm sure I'm missing something. Classic bar food with some Irish pub staples. Friendly bartenders and leisurely service. While there's lots of pool tables here, we mostly stick to darts (because I don't play pool). They also have air hockey and shuffleboard. McCullar's is a pretty large space so it's often quiet during the day. It's nice to have a table and dartboard to yourself for awhile (with your potato skins nearby). read more

I'm a restaurant manager. Been working in and managing in food service for over 43 years. Having said this I don't leave negative reviews unless it's absolutely important that I warn other potential guests, who visit a very poor excuse for a food service establishment. Please note this was St. Patty's day and we specifically researched pubs with Irish fare. Upon arrival we received a zero greeting by the bouncer nor any other employee. My wife and I sat ourselves. We sat for 15 minutes and felt totally neglected. Bartender made eye contact with me three times and never acknowledged we were there. I went to the bar and asked if we needed to place an order at the table or at the bar. He said when you're ready come find me. We felt we might have better luck if we sat at the bar. Nope! Sat there for 8 minutes. Bartender walked back and forth to restock his call bar/well and never said a word. Didn't fill one order while we were sat at the bar. Even though I had approached him earlier about ordering. I finally had to flag him down to place a drink order. Ordered two drinks and an appetizer. Irish nachos with corned beef. Waited another 15 minutes for the appetizer. Please note the bar was dead. The other side of bar was being waited on by a very energetic young lady and she rocked several guests and filled orders efficiently. 18 minutes went by and our bartender finally went to check on our appetizer. he returned and said it would be a few more minutes. 23 minutes and we received a 9 inch plate with checkered wax paper and what was easily a half a medium #2 size potato, sliced and fried. Potatoes with a 2 ounce scoop of sour cream, a half handful of cheese and a half dozen slices of jalapeno. No corned beef. It took another 5 minutes to get the bartenders attention. Told him the issue and he stated the kitchen forgot the brisket. He went to the register and from our advantage I could see him erring the order correctly this time. He returned to kitchen without the corned beef. I pushed the nachos toward the bartender thinking he would have the nachos remade corrrectly but no! 9 dollars for a half potato and cheese??? He said he'd get a small cup of corned beef. I told him we wanted to go ahead and oder an entree. I chose the Reuben. Was told we're out of corned beef and they couldn't make the Reuben??? This was at 8:45pm. This was the straw that broke the camels back. I asked him to bring the check and we were leaving. I asked to speak to the manager. He stated that there was no manager tonight. When I received our check there was no itemized detail just a copy to sign. I wanted to make sure we weren't charged for the corned beef up charge on our nachos. Waited another 5 minutes and had to flag him down again. He was more interested in all the young ladies placing orders for shots the well bar. It took him and the other bartender 5 minutes to figure out how to print the check detail. I left no tip for such great service. If you want medioce to bad service go here to eat. If you want bad food at an unreasonable price come here or throw your money in the trash. You'll feel better giving your money to Wendy's than at this so called Pub! read more

Racist Pool hall and bar ! Cool place until I forgot my id and went back for it. The bartender was clearly drinking on the job and forgot that I had already paid my tab. As I walked in I politely said " hey I left my id from renting a pool table " and the bartender replied and said "and you also walked out on your tab " .. I paid him in crisp one dollar bills and I asked to speak to his manager. The manager said "I trust my employees and he's not a liar so you can't get your id until you pay, the tab is still open so that means you didn't pay" .. I asked him to roll back the cameras and he then said "I don't have the authority and I know my employee isn't a liar " .. after being frustrated and me having to re-scene how I paid the bartender already (10 mins go by) the guy suddenly remembered I paid him . Saw this place has a 5 star rating. Hmmm...not sure how that can be. It's not really an Irish pub as you would think. Yes it has an Irish name but that's about it. Regular bar food and regular drinks. No special Irish beers. Wife ask for 2 different drinks and they were out. I guess if you're a regular it may be different but we came in because of the rating and I'm very disappointed. May just have one drink and leave. read more

I own an aviation repair station and I would never allow my employees to treat customers as bad as the female bartenders treated me and my party.
