At the corner of Walnut Creek and Matlock in Mansfield TX you will find an upscale steakhouse that rivals the ones you find in Dallas. The atmosphere everything. High class with a cigar lounge tucked away. The vault display is impressive and the menu is small but everything is flavorful and delicious. Service was incredible. We were immediately given drinks and and a variety of breads and butter. The appear one came out quickly and the server came by just enough. Not too much and not to little. I had a wonderful birthday at the vault. I'm glad I saved room for dessert because it was rich and decadant. Something I would order again for dessert

This seems like a good place for a celebration. We came to enjoy a good meal and a good meal and service it was we had. We ordered the lobster/crab cakes (it was okay), we also had crab claws(fantastic), then I had sea bass(cooked perfectly), Mac and cheese (a good creaminess) and my mom had the lobster pasta which very tasty. We finished with the crème brûlée which was just okay. I forget to add the bread basket is a nice way to start the night.

Excessive $16 Belvedere Bloody Mary upcharge. Waiter asked my preference, but failed to mention the cost.

Friends sent a link and I decided to go for Easter Sunday brunch since I wasn't busy. I viewed the brunch menu online and had already decided on the Crab Cake Benedict Having skipped breakfast I was nice and hungry. The Good: Ambiance: the place is very nice. The bar looks fantastic, but I did grab a table. The wait staff was courteous and many had big smiles. I had a couple very brief and pleasant interactions with other nicely dressed cheerful customers, which added to the allure of this restaurant. My waitress was new, as such, she was paired with a seasoned waiter. My waitress was great. My waiter, hmm? Keep reading. The Food: Very tasty, well seasoned hollandaise sauce and seasoned eggs cooked well. The crab cake was a bit "light", and the flavors blended well. The potatoes were also seasoned well. The picture is what it looked like when the waitress placed it. It did fall apart before it reached the table. However, I'm not a fan of poached eggs and forgot to order them scrambled, so I was very happy when they did not come out runny. This restaurant is worth going back to and trying some other dishes. The Bad: My only challenge with my visit is the $16 unmentioned upcharge for Belvedere vodka in my Bloody Mary. When the waiter asked for my choice of vodka and I replied, it didn't occur to me to ask about an ucharge. I cannot recall ever being in a restaurant or bar that didn't mention and ask if the upcharge was "okay" or "acceptable". This cost them a star. It rubs me the wrong way. The Ugly: None! This is a good choice. It's nestled inside of a little shopping center. Going inside makes you forget about the outside world for a moment in time.

Updating my review because lightning can strike twice. I came here first, for my birthday in 2025, and I came back almost a year later and the service was still amazing. Grace our waitress took care of us and answered our questions about the menu and answered some questions we had about the restaurant. She continuously checked on us as we enjoyed our meal. We also appreciated that as we were about to leave, she also packed up our leftovers. This time I got the snapper and the mashed potatoes. The food was amazing once again. Now I have to come back for brunch!! That will be happening soon!!

9/10 and would definitely go again! The ambience and service were both top notch. My husband prefers his steak with the bone in to give more flavor and the fish I ordered was a bit rough to cut through, but overall we had a great experience and have now added this spot to our steakhouse rotation. Also, there is a cigar lounge for those that partake and a speakeasy located within the restaurant. Very nice additions for more intimate time with family and friends.

My new favorite dinner spot in Mansfield. The Vault! The drinks, the food, and the ambiance was a vibe. Everything was so good. The service was great, our waiters were very attentive without being overly attentive. They also have a Cigar Lounge in the back if that's your thing. It is rare to find both food and service at such a high level, but Vault delivered on every front and Andrew truly made the evening memorable Highly recommend!

Back in this place one more 'gain! This time it was for a private dinner in their New Orleans room. A nice secluded area with several small tables for semi-private gatherings. We were pleased to be served by Vanessa I think her name was. She was pleasant and interacted with our party very nicely. There were quite a few different dishes on the table from a tomahawk (which comes with a wonderful presentation) to lamb chops, seafood pasta and more. Everything was plated beautifully and was enjoyed by all. This visit really showed me that The Vault is a nice getaway in Mansfield and I look forward to dining in again

Eagle Rare old fashioned...way too sweet and way too much bitters..,no good.

I think this is the best (by far) restaurant in Mansfield. No just the service and the restaurant it self are excellent but the food is well made and fantastic. For us that normally have to drive all the way to Dallas or Fort Worth (and beyond) for a great dining experience, this place is second to none. They take really good care of every single detail in the kitchen, the bar, and with the customers. Now people from Dallas and Fort Worth can come to Mansfield for a nice dining experience.

Wine selection is lovely! Food was delicious! They also had live music and the ambiance was great. The service id give a 3/10 for the restaurant. They Also have a speakeasy and cigar lounge! One stop shop for a great night!

This place has it all!! Restaurant...several bars...speakeasy...cigar lounge...definitely a one-stop-shop! Food was absolutely amazing and so was the service! Huge shoutout to our server JAVONTE for providing exceptional service. The ambiance was also top tier and sexy! the lamb chops were flavorful, well-seasoned, and very tender. The shrimp was also very good. I had an Old Fashioned, and it was the best one I've had in awhile! The asparagus was also extremely flavorful. If you're seeking an upscale experience, this place is definitely it!! After dinner, we made our way over to the cigar lounge, and the phenomenal experience continued! It was well ventilated with a complete bar and plenty of seating. I took a brief tour of the speakeasy and that also has plenty of seating with a complete bar. This place has multiple dining areas complete with tables and booths.

Ambience is perfect for date night. Plenty of space between tables for conversation. Service is outstanding. The portions are shareable. I came for a business meeting so $70 for a ribeye is bearable when I'm not paying the bill. If money is no object, then the value is there. It's a five star experience at a five star price.

The atmosphere is top notch. The entrance to this restaurant gives you plenty of areas for beautiful photos opportunities. Once you walk in your eyes are taken to all of the various wines in the white vault. The bar top is lit up but not to bright so you don't have that dark cave feeling at the bar. The menus light up so you can actually read it without trouble. The cocktail and lobster crab cake appetizer was on point. The Seafood Alfredo was absolutely the best I've ever had. The blackened red snapper and shrimp was perfectly cooked. The wait staff was attentive but not over bearing. He knew the menu and helped us with our food choices. We will definitely make this one of our go to places. This is a great place to take some friends or to celebrate a birthday.

The cigar lounge at The Vault...
    Alan N.

Went and sat in the cigar lounge and it was awesome. The vibe was lowkey and relaxing and Kaylee's service was outstanding. Did not eat anything, but the drinks were really good. Highly recommend, especially if want a good relaxing time.

There are daily specials, a lunch menu (that has strict hours). I don't believe I saw pizza in the menu, but there are all sorts of pasta dishes, sandwiches, steaks, chicken dishes, seafood dishes, and other Italian entrees. The menu isn't too lengthy. In fact, I would say it's relatively small for most Italian restaurants. There is plenty of win, beer, and other drink options, as well as desserts The ambiance is fairy dark and intimate. We went on a Friday and there was live music, but the acoustics of the open layout made it challenging to hear the person next to you let alone the performer The service was fine. We were given the complimentary garlic bread, which was tasty and plentiful, but a little salty. Servers kept coming by to refill our water, but not our server. In fact, it took way longer than we expected to get our meal, which our server brought, and then we didn't see our server again for 30min or more to ask for a box. We weren't checked in on. The server was loud, and made jokes/small talk, but we didn't feel overly taken care of. Also, you are given the option of soup or salad with most all the entrees, and we were told there was only ranch and Italian dressings and then we overheard the server next to us tell another table there was honey mustard and other dressings. Also, someone at our table wanted French and onion soup and thought that's what they were getting, but the "onion soup" was a cream of onion soup. We couldn't inquire more about if this was a mixup because our server was no where to be found The food was fine. Again, certain portions were a little salty. The lasagna was a huge disappointment. I expect layers or noodles and there were none to be found. The noodles, if they were noodles, were the consistency of melted mozzarella. I wanted it on a plate and not wet and messy in a bowl Some tips: It would be amazing if there was an option to get the lunch menu later in the day, or "half" portion options Also, I am a huge bolognese fan, and that's the reason I got the lasagna, but I would like to see it as a typical bolognese pasta dishes, or at least have that option Someone at our table was trying to pay with a prepaid visa gift card, but our server said their system "wasn't with the times," and we had to use another payment method. I feel like they should be able to enter this in as a VISA (manually), and if not, they should probably update their system Cheers!!

Charcuterie & wine is available but I haven't ordered any of those. A fun atmosphere, along the wall are built in seats with chairs on the opposite end of the table. Other seating includes table with benches (beware you can't move the benches to get in & out, if I'm wrong I apologize), then some a few tables with chairs by the windows, on the other side they do have benches facing each other with tables in between (great for groups!), & beautiful outdoor patio seating. They have a small upstairs with chairs & use wine barrels as tables. Clever! Customer service is okay, let me say that every person there has been extremely pleasant but out of the four times I've been there, only once I didn't have an issue. They seem to enough their jobs & working together, which is a green flag for any place, but sometimes they get distracted. One time I stood there & staff was chatting in the corner, a good amount of time passed before anyone noticed me. Another time, they just forgot my drink (it was the only thing in my order) & there were no other order left... the group was again chatting away with with each other, then during another visit they forgot my croissant. Each time they did apologize, but three out of four times aren't good odds. I probably won't frequent this location as much, but I will stop by once in awhile because their drinks are worth it.

What I wanted was for our reservation to be honored within a reasonable amount of time--or, at the very least, for someone to communicate honestly with us, acknowledge the problem, and treat our family with respect. Offering free appetizers did nothing to address the actual issue. By approximately 8:35 p.m.--20 minutes after our reservation time and nearly 50 minutes after we initially checked in--it was apparent that there was no urgency to seat us and, more importantly, no meaningful communication about when we could expect to be seated. At that point, General Manager Landry became involved. Unfortunately, rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation or offer any reasonable solution, his attitude made an already frustrating situation substantially worse. When I reminded him that we had an 8:15 reservation and asked when we could realistically expect to be seated, he again told us that we would be seated when they could seat us. I explained that our party included a pregnant mother-to-be who had not eaten and was beginning to feel unwell, as well as a young child. There was no apparent concern or effort to accommodate the situation. When I pressed him for a more specific timeframe, Landry responded that "it's just a reservation." That statement was astonishing to me. A reservation is a commitment made between a restaurant and its customer. I certainly understand that restaurants run behind and that unexpected circumstances occur. What I do not understand is a General Manager dismissing a customer's reservation as though it carries no significance whatsoever. I asked Landry what Sixty Vines' policy would be if I had arrived 30 minutes late for my reservation. Instead of addressing the obvious point behind the question, he accused me of being "aggressive" and informed me that, if he wanted to, he could simply ask our party to leave. That response was completely inappropriate. Rather than acknowledging that his restaurant had failed to honor our reservation, apologizing for the delay, or attempting to find a solution, the General Manager chose to threaten to remove a family that had been patiently waiting and had already spent nearly $300 at the restaurant. A few minutes later, Landry walked past our group and visibly shook his head at us. It was dismissive, disrespectful, and entirely unbecoming of someone entrusted with managing a restaurant and representing the Sixty Vines brand. Ironically, the person who demonstrated the most professionalism and empathy that evening was the young server who had been taking care of us near the bar. She observed what was happening, approached us on her own, apologized for the situation, and asked whether there was anything she could do to help. Her response stood in stark contrast to that of the General Manager. By this point, we had closed our tab. The pregnant member of our party had become so unwell while we waited that she actually vomited. We informed Landry of what had happened, and again there appeared to be little concern. His primary focus remained his assertion that we had "yelled" at him. To be clear, customers who have waited well beyond their reservation time, received virtually no meaningful communication, and then been told by the General Manager that "it's just a reservation" are understandably going to become frustrated. A capable General Manager should know how to manage that frustration professionally rather than escalating the situation and threatening to remove the customers. Ultimately, we left without ever having the birthday dinner.
