Great customer service from a gentleman at the front desk minutes before they were about to close. I needed to have two engine bay pieces powder coated black. He told me, although the pieces were not big they had a minimum charge to which I agreed. After showing me a few pieces that were powder coated black because I didn't know what kind of black to get. I told him, I wanted it to be the same as the pieces (in red) I brought in but in black. He then showed me a sample of the black he thought I wanted and he was spot on. He then told me that he is having some pieces powder coated the same color and that he would throw mines in with that batch and save me some money (Saved $30). read more

Talk to a guy there named Ivan who I think was the manager. Super helpful guy and was able to give me a quote right over the phone. I got my truck rims powder coated glossy black and they came out awesome. The cost was actually pretty cheap too, I got quotes from two other places and Valley powder coating was about a hundred dollars cheaper. I've sent a couple of my other friends over there and they all have been really happy with their work. I take these guys all types of metal parts to be blasted and powder coated. They always do a safe and through job. Most of my parts are from my classic car. I have heard the sandblasting can warp sheet metal of not preformed properly... and most car restorers prefer using media to blast their parts. Valley has always been very careful not to warp any of my parts when sandblasting them plus the sand takes out any rust that may have built up over the years. INCREDIBLE company with IMPECCABLE service! I wish I could give 50 stars to get the point across, and make sure that everyone understands: these guys are GREAT!!! Ivan answered the phone immediately, and was very patient with me while I described exactly what I wanted. He was excellent at explaining the procedure, and communicating throughout the entire process. I had a beach cruiser that I received for a special birthday, and after living at the beach for a few years, it was ruined. I didn't think it was salvageable, but they completely brought it back to life, and it looks better than NEW! They're pricing was reasonable (and actually lower then most other companies) and it was finished within a week! Aside from the incredible workmanship, these guys are SO friendly and helpful. They can also sandblast & powder-coat anything!!! My brother needed his rims powder-coated, and I sent him there. He was so happy with the results, and referred all his friends. My mom needed her patio furniture powder-coated, and I sent her there, and she said that it looks the best it's ever looked.
