I had been in so much pain the last few weeks and was dreading going to the dentists, as I am someone who has Dental anxiety lol. But this visit has totally changed my perspective on getting dental procedures done moving forward. First and foremost, I was referred here, the staff was very easy to work with from scheduling my appointment (there was a bit of a wait, but that's typically anticipated) to giving me a cost estimate prior to my procedure. Once I saw Dr V.B Hajiharis he offered to get me in same day about an hour later all I had to do was come back with a ride. He explained everything thoroughly to me and gave me a treatment plan to go off of. Not only was he thorough, but he made me feel at ease, comfortable like everything was going to be ok-which it absolutely was. I've truly never experienced a pain-free tooth procedure up until yesterday. I woke up feeling like a million bucks believe it or not! The extraction was PAIN FREE I'm still in shock from it all. It actually has me eager and excited to start my implant process at the end of the month with him. 10/10 recommend this office, staff and Dr V.B Hajiharis you are amazing please don't ever retire lol. Do not go there, not terribly nice, send random bills and view you as a dollar sign, not a client.

The guy is calm, cool and relaxed and very professional. I felt well treated here throughout the whole process. His main assistant - I'm sorry I can't remember her name! - was very sweet and also very professional. The front desk were down to earth and treated me like a friend. I also enjoyed seeing some of the senior citizens come in and the funny conversations they had with the doctor. It seemed to me like he treated everyone like family that came in. I was and am impressed. I've had a few problems with my implants since getting them in, but this has nothing to do with the dentist here. Every time I needed to come in, they got me in the SAME day and took care of everything. I'll be moving this week across the country and hope and pray that I can get a dentist half as nice as Dr. Craig! She soon told me that she had never done this before but my shaking was so bad, I'm about to make her vomit in her mouth and she had to put ne out of her sight because she couldn't take me anymore, she spoke do loud that everyone could hear. When Dr Spenser Jr seen me I felt he was trying to get me out as soon as possible. I'm on handicap transportation, when he finished he opened the door for me to leave. I had to wait outside for a while for my transportation to come. I do have a nervous condition where I do shake but she could have been a little polite. I heard her telling them that she just can't take it no more, I just didn't know it was me. Dr Spenser just listened but he never told her to be nicer. Everyone i told told me to put in this complaint.

They also dealt with two different insurance companies and different sets of parents making payments on the girls' braces. They handled it all like it was nothing but their pleasure.
