The guy is calm, cool and relaxed and very professional. I felt well treated here throughout the whole process. His main assistant - I'm sorry I can't remember her name! - was very sweet and also very professional. The front desk were down to earth and treated me like a friend. I also enjoyed seeing some of the senior citizens come in and the funny conversations they had with the doctor. It seemed to me like he treated everyone like family that came in. I was and am impressed. I've had a few problems with my implants since getting them in, but this has nothing to do with the dentist here. Every time I needed to come in, they got me in the SAME day and took care of everything. I'll be moving this week across the country and hope and pray that I can get a dentist half as nice as Dr. Craig! I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone needing basic to very serious dental work.

She soon told me that she had never done this before but my shaking was so bad, I'm about to make her vomit in her mouth and she had to put ne out of her sight because she couldn't take me anymore, she spoke do loud that everyone could hear. When Dr Spenser Jr seen me I felt he was trying to get me out as soon as possible. I'm on handicap transportation, when he finished he opened the door for me to leave. I had to wait outside for a while for my transportation to come. I do have a nervous condition where I do shake but she could have been a little polite. I heard her telling them that she just can't take it no more, I just didn't know it was me. Dr Spenser just listened but he never told her to be nicer. Everyone i told told me to put in this complaint.

There was no dental hygienist and it took an hour for me to see the dentist since he was running behind. I went back to my other dentist and I didn't have the 7 cavities he told me and said I only needed the one wisdom tooth taken out. Never going back.
