Our first meeting was 4/16, which went fine. 2 days later, I was sent quotes. After looking over quotes, I changed my mind and went with black windows and black wrap because my house is white. Lisa text'd me she was too busy to provide an updated quote, and she would have a Vanessa W. send a revised quote. When the quote was received, it was a quote for white, not black, windows, and not all windows were included. So I started calling, emailing and texting; I'd either get no response or a long, drawn-out text message about her health/family issues. This is not the way to gain or retain a customer base. First trip the only thing they could install was the replacement bumper and ranch hand. Which took about 7 hours. Couldn't find the tool box we ordered. Few days later called and talked to the manager and she said the tool box was in the back and she verified it was there. Second trip to have tool box and hitch installed on one vehicle and bed cover and cargo manager on another one turned out horrible! Took 6 hours to install the hitch and that was even done incorrectly. They miss-measured and now there is a gap between the hitch and bed liner. Tool box was installed fine. Then get told they do not have all the stuff to install the bed cover and cargo manager. Extremely unprofessional. Will not do business with again.
