During my research, I found out I can just have the glass replaced and not the entire window, saving some money. One window replacement company recommended Budget Glass and Mirror. When I called them, Stephanie was so helpful and she provided an initial quote pending a visit from one of their installers. The installer came and took measurements and the quote was finalized. I had a local company come out the same week and their quote was about $100 more than Budget Glass and Mirror's. Payment was made and the glass ordered. Took about a week before ordered items were available for install and installation was pretty quick. We are very pleased with the work!

I brought this window back two times to get the mistake rectified to no avail. The window still does not seal as it had before.
