Lupe suggested I get the ceiling tiles on my own and just pay him labor cost. I lucked out and located the ceiling tiles on the cheap brand new at Lowes. I set up for Mr Cerda to come and do the work on a Saturday, and they were fashionably late due to another job that held over. No big deal. They completed the ceiling tile repai in about an hour and a half and cleaned up and were on their way. I highly recommend Guadalupe for your drywall needs!

Because it's an exterior door, it has to be fiberglass door because steel door will conduct temperature from outside. Hot out hot in and cold out cold in. No lying. I researched before agreed to get it installed. Also, because of the door frame had been badly damaged with years of abuse from the weather, everything has to go. I was told by some carpenters who wanted to just replace out the bad piece of door frame with a piece of wood plank. No way, José. I was so glad that I refused to get another DIY person's work and getting charged for a professional price.
