I cannot…read moreremember the opportunity when he passed me onto Dr. Brad Johnson and truthfully, it doesn't matter. The service, experiences, expertise and care has been exceptional every year under each doctor. The support staff has also been excellent. In recent years I see a LOT of new faces but again, the experience is flawless. The only piece of feedback when I do call to order lenses is I get asked what I wear and typically when I call I'm at work (hey gang..... you're in front of your system and my records - help me out... ;) ) Yesterday's wait time was a bit delayed again, not by much. Maybe 10 minutes delayed in what...16 years? I'll take it. My fiance goes to PVC now and he too has great experiences with the staff. I used to be so specific only seeing one doctor and over the years you let it go and I've seem a majority of them whenever something would happen and I needed immediate care. ALL of them are very reasonable and very much partner with you on care for your eyes. I trust my care with any of them. Huge huge fan of Professional VisionCare. Please consider getting on Dr Johnson's books and you'll be more than happy with your experience. Great service and great care for your eyes!

They were over $1000 and I was told I would get a $300 rebate from Acuvue. I tried to get the rebate from Acuvue and had difficulty. Acuvue has no contact numbers or email. Walking in, immediately Cam (staff) say "Hi", feels very welcoming, Amanda (staff) not serving me but also say Hi Since it was my first time, Cam likes to get some information from me regarding for my past history, took about 20-25 minutes He carefully explained everything to me, I feel comfortable enough to asked him anything, since I just moved here, I already spent so much for moving, so I wanted to make sure the cost of everything is within my budget. Cam was super nice, unlike some other businesses staffs, you tell them you have a budget and they like nah...no, you not spending money here, move on. You know what I mean? But not here. Met with Dr. Cynthia, very nice lady, she explained to me every details about my eyes, and what I need. Once again I feel very comfortable ask her any questions I had in mind. After the visited, I went out and pick out the frame I like, they have to order it for me. Now I don't know how Columbus work, they told me it will take a week and the half. I'm like wa???? Week and the half? Where is it coming from? Cam (staff) told me is from Cincinnati. That's it??? Week and the half?? ‍ I'm from the cities, when I needed my glasses, I can have it latest by tomorrow, I guess I'm in a small town now, I have to wait. Cam told me he always tell people week and the half, just incase, but normally only take a week, but stillllllllllll....a week is a long time. lol A week goes by, and they sent me the wrong frame. Seriously? Now I have to wait for another week...OMG! This taken forever...well to me is forever. I'm from NYC, we like to do things quick But, you all may wonder why, since I ran into some issues, why am I still giving them 5 stars. I'll tell you, Dr. Cynthia, Cam, Amanda and Dana, they all super nice people, and they care, service is 5/5 We all can easily find an Eye Doctor offices, probably one just around your corner, but not easy to find someone that care. As long as I lives in Columbus, this is my to go office

I never heard of this but went for the ride, no expectations. Making an appointment was easy. I followed the instructions and texted the number for appointment time to schedule. It was easy peasy and I had to fill out a consent form that was sent to my email. Since this was our first time, we had to get there 30 mns. early to watch a video and get a tour. Upon entering the place, we found comfortable chairs and a giant waterfall. The place was so welcoming, smelled so good, and had a serene atmosphere. We waited a few minutes and the manager came out to sign us in. She gave us flip flops to use while we were there and showed us first to the relaxing room we will come out to when we were done. We will get complimentary tea, cucumber lemon waters, and 15 mns. of oxygen bar. We were then led to a dark room to watch our instruction video. It was a short and informal video. The leather chaise were so comfortable. After the video, we were finally led to our pod suites and given more instructions and advices. Then it was go time. I locked my door, put the ear plugs in, took a shower and entered my pod naked. The pod was clean and warm. I put my floating head piece on and assumed my position with both hands over my head and feet slightly parted. I relaxed my shoulders and started the breathing technique to slow down my heart rate and closed my eyes. The soothing music and jets would end soon, I manually turned the lights off and tried to relax and think of happy thoughts. It was pitch black and so quiet I heard my heart beat and my breathing. My mind got very creative and I thought of positive things but the thought of not being able to breathe kept creeping in. I'm not sure if it was claustrophobia or normal but the thought of suffocating kept coming back. I would take deep breaths through my mouth a few times and try to change my thoughts. It did relax me 1000%. It was so relaxing once I didn't feel like I was in a coffin, I may have dozed off. The hour went by fast and the lights and sound came back on. I did not want to leave. The float experience is like no other. It's like you are floating in space. I felt so spaced out and relaxed as if I just got a full body massage. There are so many benefits of float tanks: lowers blood pressure, better sleep, gets rid of stress, promotes endorphin production, pain relief, mental clarity, creativity, etc... I signed up for the monthly membership and look forward to my next float. I recommend it to everyone!!! It's sooo good and good for you. Self care is important. I got out and showered again and went to relax in the oxygen room. I sipped on a delicious cranberry orange tea and tried the Bliss oxygen flavor. It was the most refreshing experience.

Place is super clean, staff is great (and helpful) and I've had a relaxing float every visit.read more
