The staff here is very nice. My issue is whether I'm getting contacts or eyeglasses,the prescription is always off which requires another eye exam and more waiting. At my last visit I explained that I see great with my current prescription. When my new contacts arrived, the prescription was so off. I called back and was told my eyes need time to adjust to the contacts. I don't know how the eye exam could have been so wrong, but I do know contacts are supposed to improve eye vision, the eyes are not supposed to adjust to the contact lens. Dr Baldwin and staff always do a great job. I had a vision issue on a weekend after the office was closed. I called the weekend help line and was contacted by Dr Baldwin, even though he was on vacation. Excellent care and service. read more

Went in to have my glasses fixed. They were bent from being sat on. They were SUPER nice and didn't charge me anything for the repair.

Always a great experience with Dr. Baldwin and his team. Dr. Baldwin listens carefully to what you want in a pair of glasses and delivers. The team of office workers and those staff who help fit you what the actual frames and help you pick out the best glasses for your insurance are excellent. Had a bad experience at this location. I ordered glasses on June 24th. When I went back to pick up my glasses the lab had sent the wrong pair of glasses and the girl in the office was very adamant that they were the glasses I ordered, and only after verifying with the girl who fit me for the glasses told her, "those are not the glasses she ordered" I guess she believed me and then the apologizes came. Only to find out the lab could not find my glasses, therefore the frame had to be ordered and the glasses made again. After 2-3 weeks I called for a status only to be told, yes your glasses are in. I made an appt. to pick my eyeglasses up, only for them to not be the lenses I requested. Fast forward another three weeks I called for a status only to be told there not in yet, I'll call the lab. When she came back on line she said "yes your glasses are in, would you like to make an appt. to pick them up.. At this point I am completely frustrated with this entire process. I scheduled an appt. to pick up the glasses only to be handed my glasses without a eyeglass case. When I asked if there was a eyeglass case, the technician said, the other girl told her I took the eyeglass case at my last appt. Why would I take the eyeglass case without any glasses? That makes no sense. The technician then went to the back and handed me a eyeglass case from another manufacturer. Only after contacting my insurance company to make them aware of my experience, was I able to go back and get a eyeglass case for the eyeglasses I paid for. The Optometric technicians here were rude and not friendly. This is my second time ordering eyeglasses from them and will definitely be the last. Grateful there is Social Media now, where I can share good and bad experiences and tell everyone I know about my experience, so they won't have to encounter such awful service. I visited this office a few months ago and was advised it would be cheaper to order my glasses to be billed through insurance, as my contacts would be $116.00 minus a $65.00 rebate. I went ahead and ordered the glasses through insurance, as I was promised it was a better deal, and then tried the trial for the contacts. I ordered the contacts after a trial and even bragged to the doctor what a great deal $116.00 for contacts plus a $65.00 rebate was. He agreed. Today, my boyfriend goes in to pick up the contacts and they ask for $223.00 and say the rebate is only for a year supply. The $116.00 price was provided for 6 months and I was never advised the rebate would not go towards the 6 month supply. I called in to advise this is not what I was previously told, and they laughed and said i must have been misinformed and there was nothing they could do. I will say the doctor was wonderful, but I feel this business is very deceptive and does not consider their customers. I feel they convinced me to order my glasses, as they knew the trial would take longer than the ordering of the contacts. I was forced into purchasing these contacts for more than I was promised, as I need my contacts. I will no longer be returning to this office, and I strongly recommend other customers to take their business elsewhere as they do not care for their customers, only their profit. read more

This is the BEST eyecare place in town. The staff are wonderful and Dr Wilson is AMAZING!! I wouldn't go anyplace else.

Dr. Wilson has been my eye doctor for at least 10 years. He is very friendly and good at his job. He takes the time to listen to my eye issues in regards to my contacts, and even when he can't find a cause for my issues, he gives me suggestions on how to make it better. The front office staff is not always friendly, with the exception of a few, but I can look past that for the extra attention and care by the doctor. read more

Both doctors are fantastic...the best I've been to. Wait times are minimal. I feel like they really care about me.

I had very good experience when I went here. Due to insurance change, I tried another place the next year and it was horrific. So rushing my way back to Eyecare Associates as soon as possible. Great staff and great glasses. read more
