Promised us we would be ok, we would get the mortgage, there was nothing to worry about. He dragged us nicely to ensure we defaulted this way our mortgage got bought by a loan shark. We were charged 24% on a daily basis and our mortgage went from 590k to 850k. They truly wanted us to loose our property and did absolutely nothing for us but to put us in the hole. After consulting with my attorney he advice this was the oldest trick in the book. This company continued to reach out to me for business and after asking several times to please stop calling me I asked to speak with Nate. He got very aggressive over the phone and stated cursing and threatening me. Avoid this company as they will do nothing for you!
