They worked quickly & nothing is missing. They tracked mud all over brand new carpeting because wiping their feet on the carpet outside the door was apparently too difficult. Only hire them if you're in a bind & no one else is available. But at least nothing is missing, just banged up. They did work hard & got the job done. Would not recommend.

We'd gotten several quotes and, I'll be honest here, I wanted to go a cheaper route with a different provider. My wife, being the smarter one of us, stood her ground and insisted we use Absolute. She could tell by the attention to the quote alone that they were going to provide excellent service. The communication between the company and us before the day of the move was great. On the day of the move, they called us when they were on the way, they showed up when they said they would, the crew were all very polite and treated our stuff with care, and they worked quickly and efficiently. I can't recommend them enough. As my wife said while standing her ground - "there are some things you just don't try to cheap out on!" I'll learn one day. Maybe.

He wrapped up and made sure our furniture was safe during the transit. But it appears the overall team may have some trouble in maintaining decorum. I paid for a service that included three people to help with move. But for a good chunk of the time, only two people were available. This kind of took my estimate off since I was expecting the work would be done sooner. Otherwise you could still trust Mr.J's words on the service quality.

He acknowledged the damage and advised that he would replace the glass. When the door was returned, the glass appeared dark/painted and was not restored to its original condition. Over the following weeks, there were multiple delays, inconsistent arrival times, and communication issues while attempting to resolve the problem. My concerns extended beyond the dryer damage. The company charged by the hour and during my move there were multiple breaks taken while the clock was still running. There was also a significant delay between arriving at my old address and arriving at my new address which added to my frustration with the overall experience. Because I was not comfortable with the condition of the repair, I ultimately contacted LG and had the dryer professionally repaired. On April 30, 2026, an LG-authorized technician replaced the dryer door. The repair cost was $404.98. I provided the repair documentation and requested reimbursement, allowing 10 business days for a response. Reimbursement was refused. I was also disappointed with the way concerns were handled after I raised the issue. Communication became argumentative and there were instances where items were left at my home without prior coordination. My experience was frustrating not only because of the original damage but because of the delays, communication issues, handling of the repair, and lack of resolution afterward. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision when choosing a moving company.
