Edited: Excellent responsive service from call to completion in less than 1.5 hours! ********************************* Had to call Power Locksmith a few days later after I got locked out of house even though I did not lock the front door handle. Haim came within an hour only to tell me my front door handle lock was unpickable. Luckily, he was able to unlock using his "secret" method. Turns out the lock mechanism had somehow jammed despite it being in the "unlocked" position. Either way, he recommended replacing door handle with nonlocking Schlage, since it had a proprietary "through bolt" that would slide up and down to accommodate the previous hole. Haim said we could buy it online. My husband and I only had to widen it a little bit for a snug fit and replaced without any other problems. All in all, I've found my Vegas locksmith, who is reliable and helps me solve my locked issues. (We bought similar shaped door handle set to avoid having to repaint door.) ********************************* Needed a locksmith to come out and help me install electronic locks that I've had from my previous home. After fiddling with it for a period of time, I realized I needed a locksmith to come and get this lock to fit but the barrel of the bolt was too short. Clueless here did not know how to lengthen it, but Haim came quickly and installed both locks without any problems. I thought for sure we'd have to redrill the one door hole and chip the paint on the other door which was painted over the hardware (lazy's man method causing problems for others later on). But Haim quickly solved the issues without too much ado and now my electronic locks are good to go. Haim had me check to ensure that they were working properly and aligned properly.
