It's a welcoming environment where excellence and care are clearly a priority. This gentlemen listen to me closely and heard what I said. The gym updated paper towels and chemicals to wipes. I see staff and cleaning crew helping out by keeping the gym clean. Sweat is being wiped down from the machine. Javier has updated me that they are looking to post signs as a respectful reminder for folks. I want to upgrade my 3 star to 5.
