Update: 7/23/26 After a year at this gym. I've spoken to some of the team member - especially a person name Javier. I inform him my concerns, thoughts and recommendation. This gentlemen listen to me closely and heard what I said. The gym updated paper towels and chemicals to wipes. I see staff and cleaning crew helping out by keeping the gym clean. Sweat is being wiped down from the machine. Javier has updated me that they are looking to post signs as a respectful reminder for folks. I want to upgrade my 3 star to 5. I have found this gym very frustrating. We joined as a family and they did not have any family plan. It was very expensive. I love classes and their class schedule has been very weak Very few classes and the ones I went to were substandard. Trying to downgrade our plan and just use the gym has been difficult as well. I started out really loving this gym, it's always very clean and they have a wide variety of equipment, and it's a great price for everything they offer. However, this gym is very busy and with people who have questionable gym etiquette. You'll often see guys working out with their shirts off, saving 2 machines at once with their gym bag on one, and on their phone on the other, while flexing into their selfie sticks. It wouldn't be a big deal if this gym wasn't constantly busy, but it is. It doesn't matter what time of day you come, it's always full. Today, there was a hot pink Lamborghini parked in the handicap spot directly in front of the door. Really? I said something to the front desk, not to be a "Karen," but because there are indeed real disabled members that work out here. Oh... and it's uhhhh... illegal and just plain disrespectful. He shrugged his shoulders, and totally blew me off. Curl management could really improve on setting some etiquette rules for the members it's getting really out of hand. read more

This gym was great when it first opened, but unfortunately it has quickly turned into a place that's **waaaaay too crowded to even get a decent workout in**. Don't even bother going in the evenings unless you plan on spending a good portion of your workout waiting around for equipment. On top of that, equipment regularly isn't wiped down after use, which makes the overcrowding even more frustrating. It's also really not a great option for families. We originally joined thinking it would be a good fit for our family, but there really isn't anything about the membership structure that caters to families, nor do they offer an actual family plan. When you're paying for multiple individual memberships, it adds up quickly and there are simply better options in the area. Most recently, I've been extremely disappointed with the cancellation process. I found the policies confusing and misleading, particularly when dealing with multiple memberships for a family. Even after going through the cancellation process and receiving confirmation, I've had to deal with additional billing issues afterward. It shouldn't be this difficult to simply end a gym membership. It's disappointing because we genuinely liked the gym when it first opened. But between the overcrowding, cleanliness issues, lack of family options, and frustrating cancellation/billing experience, I can't recommend it anymore. There are better options out there. read more

Worst gym experience I've had. I considered joining this gym and spent a few days researching it before signing up. I spoke with several current and former members and also reviewed the Yelp and Google reviews. Unfortunately, the feedback was overwhelmingly negative. One concern I heard repeatedly was that members were asked to provide their bank account and routing numbers, and some reported being charged fees that they said were never clearly disclosed. When questions were asked about those charges, there seemed to be little explanation available. I also had concerns about the staff's ability to answer basic questions. When I asked for the corporate phone number, I was told they didn't know it, yet I was able to find it with a quick Google search. I also asked who had opened my account and was told the system didn't provide that information. Overall, I found the experience frustrating due to the lack of clear answers and transparency. The gym atmosphere also wasn't a good fit for me personally. It felt more like a social scene than a place focused on fitness, and that simply isn't the environment I'm looking for. Love what this gym could be, just needs a little better management. Couple of things we have run into since joining: People working out in crocs or slides? No shoes and walking around the gym or in stretching area. Gym bags everywhere and being left unattended at equipment. There are lockers for a reason. People filming content everywhere even in locker rooms. As an insurance broker, this place is a liability nightmare. I've been coming here consistently for a few months now and it's been a solid experience overall. Let me start this off by saying for the most part I absolutely love Curl fitness. Everyday I am so excited to go and enjoy my workout with great people that I've met at the gym. There is a big downside to this gym and it is the employees. There are a handful of employees that are absolutely the sweetest and I'm so glad I've made friendships with. Carlos, Edgar, and Victor have been nothing but helpful and always making sure to be on top of it when it comes to greeting people and helping everyone that comes up to them with enthusiasm and manners. Those 3 are super helpful and just are a great example when it comes to people who actually look like they enjoy their job. Some of the employees and trainers on the other hand are some of the rudest people I've encountered and it's so uninviting. When you work with so many people everyday coming in and out of your workspace you think you at least greet someone, say Goodmorning or goodbye, or at least a friendly smile. Instead your met with trainers who come in with nasty looks on their faces who have no problem showing that they don't want to be there. Even some instances where you have assistant managers who feel the need to never have actual answers to your questions just a response of "I'm not sure" or telling you take it up with higher management. Maybe a class on how you should be treating paying members of the gym...or maybe just to even brush up on basic manners and how to talk to people would really help. Just a suggestion. These people are the face of the company they should act accordingly. read more

Definitely recommend for working out but not for the bathroom / facilities / amenities. Shower curtains don't close all the way so people can see in. There's no towels or paper towels available. Great vibe otherwise. Also FYI - must bring your own lock for lockers. read more

Been going here since they opened. Was excited back then. Two stars because the equipment is good but not worth how much money it is. I'm going to cancel. I signed up for classes but there are never any classes. The staff are always on there phone, have there shirt off when they work out or are not welcoming in the slightest. Everyone is one trying to be an influencer in this gym, it's does not seem to be focused on health and wellbeing in my opinion. I really love going to this gym. It's always very clean and they are quick with cleaning if something does spill. The machines are amazing and it's the only gym i've been to where they've gotten 10+ new machines in just the few months i've been there. Love the gym very clean and good machines, overall friendly staff however, the Asian girl with bleached hair and glasses is very rude and when buying drinks passive aggressively shows that it is bothering her from scrolling on her phone, which she is always doing. I know numerous people who can attest to the same experience with her. I have gone up to her to ask questions and only to be met with hostile "I don't know" or nothing at all because she just didn't look up from her phone and waited for another team member to assist me who was farther away. read more

Only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars is the team up front. They seem like amazing people so it's a shame it's so rare to be able to get a "Good Morning" or "Have a great day" from them. I'd say the majority who work out early first interaction with someone is with the Gym staff so it'd be a nice change if this is something they could improve.
