So, I first hired Power Window Repair in April of 2012 to fix the rear driver-side window on my 2004 Mercedes CLK 320; Paul came out to my office and rebuilt the broken window regulator in a matter of hours (it's a pain in the ass, but Paul is a wiz!). Then the other-rear window failed so it was off to Power Window Repair, this time in December 2012. Phew! Back on the road again, thanks Power Window Repair! :-D Fast-Forward SIX-YEARS... I e-mailed Paul after the driver-side window failed; I didn't think it was the regulator that failed, but I remembered something Paul said all those years ago: "This should never break, but if it does, call us because you have a warranty!" Turns out it was the cable, not the regulator - Paul & Power Window Repair honored the warranty and had the car back on the road in under a day. Totally awesome. I've fixed several of my regulators and both the OEM and off-brand manufacturers use plastic pieces that end up breaking again especially with the Arizona heat. The OEM regulator uses grommets for the speakers so when you purchase the panel it's expensive because it comes with the speaker. It's a waste of money and materials to replace a perfectly good speaker. It's also a bit of a pain to drill out the grommets and find the right screws to reuse the speaker if you end up going with an off-brand panel. When I found out they manufacturer their own parts and use metal instead of plastic, as well as offer a 1 year service warranty and lifetime parts warranty, I couldn't pass it up. They also come to your location, so you don't have to leave work or home to get the repair done. The ladies who answered he phone and took care of scheduling were very courteous. I called late Monday afternoon the week of Thanksgiving. Fortunately, they had the part in stock and were able to schedule me for Tuesday afternoon. I had a last minute change of venue Tuesday morning and called to see if they could accommodate the change in location or reschedule me. Not only did they accommodate me, but they were able to have Kellihan come out even earlier than the original scheduled time. He did an awesome job and he was fast! Thank you!! Drivers side window needed repair...called Randy. He sent repair fellow out and for $220, the window was working and I was happy! The very next day it was not working! Called Randy, he sent the fellow out again and wouldn't you know it...he hadn't tightened the screw when he made the initial repair so it worked it's way loose and the window didn't work. He tightened it up and then asked for a $35 transport fee! No mention of that was made when the initial work was done, however when I called about getting the second repair, I was told about the $35 fee if the problem was not theirs. Reminded the fellow of the warranty on parts and workmanship and noted he was responsible for the call back. I refused to pay. Randy called and said he was voiding the warranty! My wife tried to find out details but he hung up on her. Apparently, bottom line is the warranty offered doesn't cover shoddy workmanship! Randy has commented that he isn't a charitable donor but it would be nice if he were simply an honest businessman! read more

I learned this the hard way when my drivers side mirror was ripped off because I wasn't paying attention when I was backing out of a parking garage spot next to a wall. Anyway, found this business on Yelp. They quoted me $218 for the part and labor included. Much cheaper than I was expecting. They said it would take 3-5 business days to order and receive the new mirror but it only took 2 business days. I brought my car in today after work and it literally took them 20 minutes to fix. As I was driving home from work the other day the window on the front passenger door just fell into the door unexpectedly. It was about 3:30 in the afternoon and over 110 degrees. Dead in the middle of the day in the middle of summer! Frustrated I began calling around for a quick solution and stumbled across Power Window Repair and called for a quote. Now, the gentleman who did the repair, I believe was Sam. He called me when he was on his way and when he was there. He took no more than about 20 minutes and called when he was finished (as he came to my place of business). I had broken my interior door latch about three months ago and a friend visiting from out of town was able to quick-repair it without parts. When I re-broke the latch last week my friend was back home and I had no choice but to seek professional repair.
