As I mentioned in my original post, this was my fault too since they did provide price up front. Will I choose them to do my job next time? Maybe. However I would definitely do some research first if time permits. The new heater is really quiet and I am happy about that. Another point I want to raise is that the plumber did a good job on installation but not the clean-up part. My wife and I spent almost an hour to clean up staircase and basement last night and we also found out there was some new dents on stairs. Initially we thought it was our general contractor that was the problem in getting it addressed. When we reached out directly, Mario twice scheduled and then no-showed. When we reached out again, his office delivered the message that he was too busy servicing contract clients. We had to hire another contractor and found the original install was improper causing a leak that eventually completely drained the system. On top of it, the brand turns out to be a low budget unit. The project was not low budget and neither the GC or Mario ever asked us whether we wanted a higher quality unit.

Spoke to the owner. Bruce is not to worry. I'll get you somebody there tomorrow early afternoon is that OK? And I said yes definitely I got a phone call this morning that they were 40 minutes away and they got there in 40 minutes two men came in came out did it without even batting and eyelash. I've never seen anybody worked so beautifully and so nice. I hope I don't have to use them again for the water heater, but I do know where to go to an experienced plumber. Please people check your water heater and see how old it is and if it's something about it and I would definitely definitely recommend Bruce plumbing and heating.
