The ProBatter video simulators allow batters to hit against pitchers, and they offer batting cages and camps. Indoor facility perfect for all year long training. My daughter had her first private lessons with Mia who is an experienced and amazing coach! Mia was so wonderful, loved her energy and made my daughter feel so confident. There is a nice seating area for parents to sit and watch. Booking is easy and packages are available.

There are 3 course Yellow, red, and blue. I didn't realize that there were multiple course until half way through the course I was wondering how I get on the indoor bus. Each course had a uniqueness that made it completely different from the other courses. My favorite from Yellow course was the zip line, red course was the slippery floor and the Rocket , and blue course was the bus and pool table. Each course & hole had an activity thaw was an interactive experience. The cost for this activity was $16 for all 3 courses per person, great price for this experience. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. I didn't eat but definitely bring a water bottle as they have refill station near the bathroom. The bathrooms were clean as well as the inside & on the courses. Employee was dusting the course in between people finishing their shots. The parking lot was huge, so definitely plenty of parking. They offered several cages for hitting and two basketball courts. My hubs decided to do the 65mph and 75mph baseball cages and I decided to do the 55mph softball cage. We probably spent a couple hours in here. They have bats and helmets you can use or bring your own. The prices are reasonable. This was by far a cool place and we will definitely be back!! Enter the Greensboro Batting Center, a one stop shop for all things baseball and softball. They have token-based batting cages for all speeds in baseball and softball form, traditional batting cages where someone pitches to you or you use a machine rented by the hour, as well as indoor turf fields for fielding practice and all sorts of uses. There is even a full fitness center and weight room! For me, I just wanted to hit some balls, so I bought some tokens at the front for a very reasonable charge, selected a loaner bat, and took to the cages. I started with slow softball, but worked my way up through the speeds all the way up to average baseball, which I think was about 50-60mph. I did a lot better than I thought, though people standing nearby surely got plenty of breeze. You get 20 pitches per token if I counted correct, and most pitches were properly over the plate. Enough variance that you'll need to adjust, but none ever came close to hitting me. Plenty of fans for cooling off, and vending is available if you need a drink. It looks like some local travel clubs use the facility, and possibly some schools. Anyhow, a really great facility, and i'll be back!

Luckily I was saved! My wife messaged me and said someone from work told her about this place and I went to check it out and I was stunned. I dove into their blog on baseballrebellion.com and started reading all of their various articles and their approach to hitting and fielding. It all really made sense. They take a scientific approach to baseball mechanics and focus on teaching kids the correct habits from the get go in order for them to be successful in the future as well as the present. They use high speed cameras to analyze your child's swing and fielding, pitching or catching habits. They also have summer camps that focus on specific areas as well as a fully loaded gym and indoor batting cages so that you or your child can hone their skills all year long. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to improve their baseball skills!
