Stopped in for lunch with hubby & 2 sons. Hubby ordered the lasagna dinner which came with a tossed salad & garlic bread. He liked his dinner. I thought the garlic bread was too salty. I got the "Sugar Ray" sub (ham, salami, Powerhouse sauce, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions). My sub was toasted & tasted good. My sons split the Saturday special (med 1-topping pizza, Breadstix w/pizza sauce, 1/2 lb boneless chicken chunks, Cinna-Stix w/icing). I'm sure they enjoyed it as there were no leftovers. Ordered and had my daughter pickup two pizzas from the Powerhouse Pizza. We got a Taco Pizza and Powerhouse Deluxe thin crust and honestly this place now is my favorite pizza joint. I encourage others to try it and I definitely will be back. read more

Powerhouse Pizza delivers its name! We stopped in on a rainy day for some hot pizza and sandwiches and this place delivered amazing food to our table. The decor and theme is perfect for this place. Quaint and cozy the way an old school pizza joint should feel. The WiFi was solid and fast just like the service. Ordered a pickle pizza thick crust and it was delicious. The crust was perfect and the flavor was excellent. Added a thin crust Meatzza pizza and it was perfect. Crust crispy and thin with toppings edge to edge. Spot on for a thin crust pizza. Tossed in a ham and cheese hoagie that was incredible. Perfect top to bottom with excellent quality ingredients right down to the perfect amount of Italian dressing on the bun. Every bite was full of excellent flavor all the way to the last bite. The staff was absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly and busy the whole time we were there with excellent music playing throughout the restaurant. Great local pizza. Locally owned and operated. Their taco pizza and chicken bacon ranch pizza are my go to's. I prefer their thin crust to their thick but both are yummy. Their cheese bread, Grandma's BBQ Pork sandwich, chicken parm sandwich, powerhouse salad, and chicken chucks are also delicious. read more

I was happily surprised by this place. I've passed the place probably 200 times without stopping. Camden always had such a bad reputation, especially for people from Eaton and I lived in Eaton for two years, so I heard a lot about Camden. Pizza is something I can't refuse but I also don't want to spend good money on bad pizza. It's strangely more emotional than other foods evoke in me. If you must know, when I have to have pizza, I would rather have Cassano's, Noble Romans, or Godfather's but Little Caesars will do in a pinch. There are a few non-chain places like Adriatic Pizza in New Falls (township), PA that make great pizza that I have frequented. One thing you might think is that they have almost no parking. The spaces along SR725 are the only spaces you can see from the road but there were several spaces at the opposite end of the building. So, I walked into the restaurant and was greeted immediately. I was told that someone would be with me in a moment but the place was busy. I told him that it was my first time there and I would probably need time anyway, and he was telling me about specials and the woman came over to pick up items for the drive-thru, and was explaining them further. I ended up ordering a 10 inch deluxe with a Mello Yello. The pizza was a bit bigger than Cassano's 9 inch but a bit cheaper, and fountain drinks get free refills. Of course, it took a while to get the food, and I needed the restroom and was surprised that it was extremely clean. In fact, the whole place was tidy, even my table. The woman brought the pizza to my table, after asking if I wanted it for "here or to go", with a plate. It looked very much like a Cassano's pizza--I worked at Cassano's for 2 years. I saw a lot of them. Eaton has a Cassano's franchise, so I started to wonder if other things were similar. The great taste was there but there was one problem--they need to scrape and sweep their oven because it had the taste of burnt dough, even though the crust was not quite that dark. Got an order of 10 wings and the large supreme pizza.... All the wings were cold some were still frozen in the middle. The pizza was dry and made on a tortilla.... WHERE'S THE BREAD, I DIDN'T ASK FOR MEXICAN PIZZA..... I had a coupon that wasn't applied. And it wasn't sliced like pizza, it was chopped up as if it was for a 2 year old child.... They mostly have pizza and subs my favorite is the cheesy bread stick pizza but I like everything there the food is great so is the service and they have kids meals if you have a large order this is the place to go the only flaw is it takes a while but that's ok I would 10/10 recommend read more

Had this for the first time in years. Pepperoni, meatball, onion and mushrooms. Usually a thin crust pizza would have crispy crust. This crust was soggy and half the pizza was stuck to the box due to the moisture. The positives.. the sauce tasted good. The toppings weren't bad. I just couldn't get past the crust though. I'll probably stick with Rons for pizza in town but I might try the subs here sometime. read more

Delicious thin crust pizza! We stopped here after a choir competition at Eaton HS. Based on previous reviews, we were excited to try the pizza and cheese bread. We were greeted warmly by a very friendly staff. I noticed that the guy behind the counter was the employee of the month. I congratulated him and he smiled notified me that the guy in the pic was his twin brother. They helped us navigate through the menu. We seated ourselves and waited patiently. The food came out quickly and was HOT. The pizza was everything we'd hoped for. The thin crust was perfect and the toppings were generously distributed over the pie. The sandwiches were good but the fries were mediocre. The cheesy bread was also mediocre. I expected it to be served with some sort of dipping sauce, but it was just a hoagie bun with melted cheese on top. All in all, the pizza was worth the trip. Skip the cheesy bread and enjoy the friendly service. read more

Their staff was so nice and helpful whenever I have been here. The price was a little high compared to chain pizza places, but the food was good and the atmosphere was decent. We usually wait to get the tuesday special when we eat here, once a month or so. One time, they accidentally gave us the wrong pizza, but they were really helpful, made us a new one really quick, and were apologetic and very nice about it. Human error is understandable, but I think how the staff handles it is what matters. read more

I have ordered plenty of times from this restaurant. Each time I ask them to remove one ingredient from my order for personal reasons and when I have received my order they didn't always listen to my instructions (despite several assurances that they would). The food is tasty, but if you need to make alterations for personal or health reasons then I do not recommend this place. read more
