When they pulled it apart they were quick to call with the extra stuff they found wrong. Best of all, they were completely honest in which of the stuff they found they thought should be fixed, and it wasn't all of it. The parts they needed didn't arrive until last in the week and I was on a hard deadline to pickup the Jeep. They put in a couple late nights and ensured the Jeep was ready to be picked up on time. My Jeep is wheeled pretty hard and a bit beat up, but they worked right around it all and did some minor fan work to get everything installed. After putting about 100 miles on it, the Jeep started pulling to the left. I'm 3.5 hours from their shop, but they worked with me to trouble shoot the possible issues. With a little tinkering the Jeep drives as straight has and arrow. It's hard to find a good shop you can trust with an offroad vehicle who also has incredible customer service. It would not make sense for me to carry a case of that around as I have all of my other gear in the car. When I pull into town I usually try to find an automotive shop. I tend not to go with local non-brand stores because you just don't know what you're going to get and I don't like wasting my time. That's why I always look for an O'Reilly's Auto parts. When I stopped for gas Idaho, I drove right past one. I quickly made a u-turn and went in and picked up a can of seafoam. This particular store was well organized, clean and the shelves were stocked very neatly. I appreciate attention to detail and this place had it in spades. Bottom line? When I'm traveling through Idaho, particularly Post Falls, I know where I can go and pick up anything I need at this particular O'Reilly's.

They've also helped me put on windshield wipers and also helped me with my license plates when I couldn't get the bolts off because they were too rusted on. lol. Just helpful guys. They don't act like you are disturbing their time or anything, which I love because if they wanted to they could have been rude with me and not helped, but they went out of their way. Also! There is a really cool girl who works here! Her name is Brianna! Anyways I definitely recommend this little O'Reilly's right off of Seltice.
