When I went to pick it up I was handed a bill for nearly 850! I pointed out he had quoted me just under 600, he reran the numbers and said he made a mistake and had not included the diagnostic. I pointed out that customers depend on estimates to make decisions. 600 is not even close to 850. He claimed he was being generous and took 100 off the extra 250 he tried to bill me. I told him that I have not done business with a different dealership that did the same thing to me 20 years ago. I was not disappointed with the car service, but terribly disappointed in a business that does not honor its word. I will not be back unless Findlay makes this right.

She said they didn't change it, the employee had called off sick.??? How the hell was I supposed to know that. While waiting in line I noticed their sign saying they opened at 7:00 am and closed at 7:00 PM. so a week later I brought my pick-up for an oil change and came at exactly 7:00 AM. There was one car ahead of me. Ok! The attendant came up to my window and asked if I had an appointment ??? I said no I was a drive up. The sign said they opened at 7:00. He told me they don't accept drive ups until 9:00 am, I asked him how I was supposed to know that?? Their sign said they opened at 7:00am. I told him I had driven 20 minutes to there at 7:00, he refused me service. You need to divine their policy's from the "ethers". Their service is pathetic!
