When I went to pick it up I was handed a bill for nearly 850! I pointed out he had quoted me just under 600, he reran the numbers and said he made a mistake and had not included the diagnostic. I pointed out that customers depend on estimates to make decisions. 600 is not even close to 850. He claimed he was being generous and took 100 off the extra 250 he tried to bill me. I told him that I have not done business with a different dealership that did the same thing to me 20 years ago. I was not disappointed with the car service, but terribly disappointed in a business that does not honor its word. I will not be back unless Findlay makes this right.

There was one car ahead of me. Ok! The attendant came up to my window and asked if I had an appointment ??? I said no I was a drive up. The sign said they opened at 7:00. He told me they don't accept drive ups until 9:00 am, I asked him how I was supposed to know that?? Their sign said they opened at 7:00am. I told him I had driven 20 minutes to there at 7:00, he refused me service. You need to divine their policy's from the "ethers". Their service is pathetic! These guys are extremely knowledgeable and do fantastic work. I took my Jeep in to get front and…read morerear trusses, regeared, new frame side LCA brackets, and aligned. When they pulled it apart they were quick to call with the extra stuff they found wrong. Best of all, they were completely honest in which of the stuff they found they thought should be fixed, and it wasn't all of it. The parts they needed didn't arrive until last in the week and I was on a hard deadline to pickup the Jeep. They put in a couple late nights and ensured the Jeep was ready to be picked up on time. My Jeep is wheeled pretty hard and a bit beat up, but they worked right around it all and did some minor fan work to get everything installed. After putting about 100 miles on it, the Jeep started pulling to the left. I'm 3.5 hours from their shop, but they worked with me to trouble shoot the possible issues. With a little tinkering the Jeep drives as straight has and arrow. It's hard to find a good shop you can trust with an offroad vehicle who also has incredible customer service. The battery barely started my gen the first time, then failed completely. THEIR load test said it was bad, manager refused to warrantee it 3 weeks after purchase. He said it wasn't getting charged in my gen...BS, the other batteries I try in it charge great, AND START THE GEN.Manager (Kevin) refused to warranty it. DO NOT SHOP HERE, they won t stand behind the products. Just to get ya know...I'm a very experienced individual when it comes to batteries.​
