I was in the store about 30 minutes sifting through colors and while I didn't need anyone, an employee never came through to check on the customers there. You may need to consider coming at a non-peak shopping time if you need 1:1 assistance regarding colors or paint types. The condition of the prior stain was really bad - highly weathered and uneven. Plus a dog had scratch parts of the door and prior painters splattered stain on the fixtures and frame. Kelly, the painter, spent a several days sanding to remove imperfections, meticulously staining, and restoring the door.
