Admittedly, nearly a year ago, I didn't see this place surviving the rampant competition in the area. Now, they have survived and there is good reason for it. What was a little start up shop is now a full fledged operation. They keep building new brands and keeping inventory behind it. The service, knowledge, and helpful staff is bar none for the area (or any shop I have been in within Dallas). Do they have the occasional "chink in the armor"? Yes. No retailer is perfect. But this is by far my go to shop. The manager is super helpful and informative, as is the staff. I can't tell you how many times a mod has broken or I have run out of juice and come to this place in desperation. They consistently exceed my expectations. They have new premium juices and tanks sooner than anyone in the area and they know that they're talking about. They don't demean you for being new and they are always looking to teach you new things or find that perfect juice for you. They have raffles and get togethers, none of which I have attended but I hope to in the future and I appreciate their effort. Recently I bought a Cleito tank from them (barely any shops in Dallas sold them at this time). The glass is GLASS (not Pyrex) and super thin. For the first time in my vapor life I found myself breaking the glass to my tank repeatedly (I've had nautilus, Atlantis, etc. and never had broken glass/tank. Seriously this thing will barely tip over on a coffee table and shatter. I called all around Dallas looking for replacement glass to prevent buying a new setup. No one had them; the product was too new. This place didn't either, but after I told them my experience they sought out and ordered new glass replacements. They're always on top of what's next in the industry and really informative and cool. You don't see some 18 year old behind the counter that's been vaping for 2 months and thinks they know everything. These people are down to earth and will teach you everything you need to know if you're a noob. The other shops in the area/city just don't come close, and believe me, I've tried nearly all of them. Did I mention they have a water cooler??? Nice touch after testing multiple drying flavors! Let me start off by saying, i'm an avid vaper and I shop the internet to the ends of the earth to find deals for mods and accessories. I'm very passionate and my wallet is only so large so i try to balance the two when shopping at B&M's. This place is located in a very familiar part of town for me just south of mainstream Addison. They have a very decent sized store for the amount of stock they carry which works very well for them at this current point in time. The layout is very nice with the tasting bar right up front, one thing that makes this place shine is the fact that they do not sell premixed e-liquid that tastes like bubble bath. This place sells only the best premium e-liquids on the market. They carry everything from Suicide Bunny to Five Pawns and many that I hadn't heard of or at least had the please of trying. Their mechanical mod selection is decent, they currently have more clones than authentic s however the authentic s they carry are nice. The RDA selection is very heavy on clones and i was rather unimpressed by the selection of legit RDA's. They have a few VV/VW devices like the VTR and Vamo to the Cloupor DNA30 Box Mod Clone. I noticed a few Sigelei 30w tube mods and even the Provari. They also carry the basic supplies like kanthal, cotton and batteries from 18650 to 26650 and even a few other things you don't normally see. In the back of the store they have a chill lounge area with table which i really liked as it looks like a great place for people to vape and just build coils while listening to music which is something i personally love to do. I love the juice selection and the friendly store vibe but these are the only reasons i gave 3 stars on this review. I understand a B&M needs to markup items in order to turn a profit however this place gouges pretty hard on certain items. If you're buying juice or clone devices you'll be in good shape when shopping here but if you're looking for authentic's it might be better to shop online. All in all i really like the place and i would give them more business if only the prices come down a bit. read more

I bought a new cape today and they helped be built it and put it all together and even gave me step by step instructions on how to maintain it and what to do! This will become my spot to go buy juice and mods!!! Really friendly place and chill! I love the layout of it and the little lounge area in the back!! One of the best cape shops I been to before!! Everyday they have a happy hour. Every Wednesday they drawings for free e-juice and they are set up with the Five Star system where you earn points with every purchase. This is my favorite vape shop of Many I have patronized in the Dallas area. Not only do the generally have the newest and most up-to-date e-cigs ( I call them "smokerettes"), and all the accessories, they also can be relied upon to have my favorite flavors in stock, and at my strength. Best of all, though, is that without exception these folks who work there know their stuff! I gave up smoking going on 5 years ago, and the market for "Vape stuff" has changed rapidly. I have walked in that store with a handful of pieces, dumped it all on the counter, and said, "help me!". Inevitably, they do, and do so with friendliness and patience. The market that got ahead of me so easily has nothing on these guys. They just know how it all works, and better yet, they are not afraid of making recommendations for me after asking questions about my needs. I bought a vapor tank with a battery "small version" and I took it home and it kept throwing liquid in my mouth I tried several things and finally took it back and they tried it at the store and did the same thing. They said they can only replace it not give me a different product or a refund. I then took the "exchanged" one home and the device did the same thing and now I burned my lip and arm! If this place would of simply listen to me I wouldn't have a burned lip and arm. I'm so over it and they will not return it and/or exchange it for a DIFFERENT one.
