Absolutely do not let this company touch your home. 10 day project still not complete after almost 8 weeks. Refused to guarantee work. Do NOT fix there errors. Owner is non-responsive. They agree to everything but actually do nothing. Abandoned job site. Foreman seldom if ever checked work. Do NOT know proper way to lay tile. Their answer to all issues is to walk off job. read more

Do not hire this company. Naim at PR center said they were a licensed contractor and also had a plumbing and electrical license. They had no licenses at all - and they never did things right the first time. Their plumber, electrician and carpenter were the same person, and he did everything wrong. They were going to hide an electrical junction box in the ceiling which is against code. The cabinets started falling off the wall the third day because they were not installed properly. (Said they were not done yet!) They cut the quartz counter wrong and wanted us to pay for their mistake. They did not know how to reinstall the dishwasher with the quartz cabinet. They turned a three-week project into an eight-week project and never finished. I had to hire another contractor to finish the project. Fortunately, I did not sign their contract I did my own and was able to use the balance of the money to complete the project. These guys may have been good at one time - but not anymore. read more

Outstanding service. They are kind of set back on Bandera but if you're looking to renovate your home either inside or out small or large they will do beautiful work. I'd have given it a 5 star if the job hadn't stretched out in completion time. It was supposed to be a few days but instead it took about 3 weeks to install wood floors. It was only because they had to order additional materials due to miscalculation but no biggie. We're super happy!! Oh and great showroom. Ask for Ray!! We hired the to remodel our kitchen. Demo went great. But then the misery started. They were short staffed, we never new from day to day what the plan was. The workers would show up with no supplies and no direction on what to do. Then they ruined our ceiling and promised to fix it and never did. Very shabby work. Had to have several areas that had to be redone. They promised to fix another area and never did. A job that was supposed to be done in four weeks took ten. Got so frustrated with their work had to take a vacation. Then they got demanding on the payment without the job being completed. They damaged a wall didn't fix it. If you do not speak Spanish you will not be able to communicate with them. They remodeled our bathroom few years prior we were happy with it. But do not hire them for a big job read more

Naim and his entire crew are awesome. I feel i can toss him the keys and he will get the job done right. At least the second remodel(different areas) i have used PR center. Very reasonable on price, and flexible on changes. Danlito(hope i got the spelling right) is a perfectionist on tile work. Naim checks in regularly to make sure the details are covered. After getting several estimates to renovate our master bath we settled on the PR Center because their price was right and their reviews were great. Having read all of their great reviews I was still blown away with the job they did. They were courteous, professional, and super easy to work with. Plus they finished the job sooner than expected. This is the second remodel that we've hired PR Center for and could not be more pleased. Our first one was a kitchen and this time was to install a fireplace. I had a really hard time finding someone willing to install an interior fireplace in an existing home instead of a new build. We found a company in Boerne that would install the actual fireplace box but I needed someone to build out the surround. We talked to Naim and he was willing to take it on. The guys were at our house by 8:30-9am each day, took a lunch break and worked until 5. They cleaned everything before they left, including sweeping and Swiffering our floor to make sure it was clean. Naim stopped by frequently to check on the work and see if we had any concerns. Jose did a fabulous job with the framing and Carlitos did an incredible job on the tile work. The fireplace company that we used commented several times that they PR Center did an outstanding job and it "fit like a glove". They said they work with builders on multi-million dollar homes that don't get it right and leave a sloppy job. They were impressed with the job that these guys did. We were looking for a Kitchen faucet to replace an old one. Didn't realize that Faucet Parts sold faucets. To our surprise they carry lots of them. We purchased a Premier Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet and are VERY happy with it. read more

They just remodeled my entire kitchen it looks amazing. Super satisfied it was everything I hoped for. The owner Naim and his crew were very professional and productive. We had our cabinets refinished. We were told it would take 5-7 business days, it took 2.5 weeks. On the last day, there were issues with two drawers and they were taken back to the shop. I was told they would be right back before 3 so I could attend a meeting. They did not show and I missed my meeting. If u value your time, do not use. Workers were great but Naim gave us the runaround! read more

No stars for this business! I ordered kitchen cabinets in February and on the 3rd try finally got them in July. The work was incredibly poor so my husband had to fix all their mistakes. That isn't the worst of it. When the workmen were in my home, thinking we didn't understand Spanish, they completely disrespected our family by saying dirty things about my daughter. Things so bad she was too embarrassed to repeat them to my husband. Unfortunately for them, my daughter translates technical training courses into French and Spanish so she knew every filthy word they said. What kind of people are they sending into your home??? I was trying to work with them and be nice through the whole debacle and don't feel we deserved the way we were treated. Disgusting and completely disgusted! read more

After getting my price from rebath I was able to catch my breath long enough to get a second estimate. I always love to see a builder come in to look at my job. Turns out the price was a third the price of rebath and the mat's were far superior. Hand tiling on the walls and floors and they instantly fixed and replaced anything I was not happy with. The workers were very nice and polite. The only complaint is the work took 2 weeks to complete and I had to go purchase the tub and sink. In the end I got the bath I wanted and the work was so good they signed up for another job to redo the porch, and yes it was great as well. On of the best experiences I have had with a contractor in some time, highly recommended. read more

This was one of the very best experiences I have ever had with a remodeling company. We had two countertops replaced and a cast iron tub removed and a very detailed tile shower installed. They also moved a window over about one foot. All work was handled by PR, no other companies involved. Work included plumbing, carpentry, concrete work, tile setting, and painting. This was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I bought a house and found out through the prior owners that they got the floor from this place. I called and explained this to them, they confirmed the floor type from the prior purchase and ordered it for me. When I picked it up and went to install it the locking system was different than the floor in the house. When I took it back he explained to me that it was a new batch and that's just the way flooring works and the manufacturer changes things in different batches. Would have been nice if he would have told me this when I called and ordered the floor but then he wouldn't have been able to screw me out of my money by not taking the floor back. Good thing they made some more money off me when I had to buy my transition pieces from them. I ordered a cultured marble rectangle under mount sink vanity. They had this exact sink displayed in their show room. After 7 days they called and told me that they could only provide me with an oval under mount sink, was this okay. No it was not! When questioned why they had taken a week to call back they stated Alamo marble does not provide this product and they order from them. The person they sent to measure the sink was from Alamo marble and he never told me that they did not provide the product. Poor service from both companies and I would not recommend either company. read more
