This is completely not the value I had when I first brought a different car, even though it still has SOME bubbles, it is no where near how my car had turned out. I had tried to talk with them and apparently it doesn't go under "warranty" so what does? I now have to go to somewhere else, and pay for removal as well as getting tint redone without anything from this business. I was planning on getting more things done to my vehicle with TX Tint Club, but I will never recommend someone to this business.

Long story short, I was supposed to get my car back on August 10, which turned into August 20, with…read morelots of lies & deception in between, I was left with a car whose door is falling off, tailgate is inoperable, rear tire cannot be put back on, a poor wrap job with puckering and wrinkling all over, and yet I still had to pay the full amount with no discount or compensation. Here's the long story for the fully detailed awful experience with a company whom has no understanding of quality customer service, and seemingly lacks the ability to even just adequately complete the task for which they are being paid a very large sum of money for: After reading all other reviews on here, I thought I would have an amazing experience with Modish Wraps, but that thought quickly diminished as the experience soon turned into an ongoing nightmare. It started off well, I met with Carlos on and his office manager on July 20, we discussed what I wanted, and he came up with the option of having two wraps laminated together, to make the color I wanted. After Carlos spoke with his friend to ensure the laminating was possible, I received a call from him, I was told everything was good, I paid my 50% , and I would drop my car off on August 1 and pick it up August 10. This is where it starts going downhill, August 1 comes around, I show up at their facility to leave my car-nobody is there-after about 5 unanswered phone calls, the office manager calls me back and says he forgot I was dropping my car off that day, and that I needed to give him 5 hours to finish what he was doing. August 10 then comes around, it's about 4 pm, there has been no communication from them, so I call carlos asking what time I could come pick it up. He proceeds to tell me that the wrap came late, and he would need a couple more days to work on it, I say okay. About 4 days go past, my car has now been with him for 2 weeks, still no communication, so I decide to go out to his shop to check on my car, since I asked for a picture several times, but never received one. I arrive, and my car has not been touched, not taken apart, still it's original color, nothing done to it for the 2 whole weeks it had been there. He says it will be done in the next 4 days. 4 days pass, no communication, so I call, he says he just needs one more day. I'm sure at this point you see the pattern, so this game of telling me it will be done, then at about 9 pm saying it won't be done continues until August 19 comes, and he says it will be done by afternoon, afternoon then turns to done by 5, then 6, then at 7 I go out to his shop, and my car is still not complete, so I wait in his shop for the next 5 hours, when my car is completed at just before midnight. I drive my car off, hoping that this ordeal has come to a close, just to find out my passenger door won't shut, meaning my door is halfway open while on the freeway. Additionally, I had to remove my rear spare tire to be able to physically lift my tailgate door up to be able to shut it, because the hinges were put on fully crooked. Not to mention my car had none of these problems prior. I attempt to contact Carlos about the issues, and I am met with an unanswered call and a full voicemail, 2 days later I get a call back in which we discuss me bringing the car back in on the following Friday, then Friday comes, and I ask him what time, he then says we would have to reschedule for Sunday, which required me to change plans that I had, then when I contact him asking what time again, he says he is unavailable. I am beyond disappointed and disheartened, and I 100% recommend you do not bring your vehicle here.

Worst experience I've ever had…read more The job took 9 total days between the initial install and the touch up session although we were quoted 2 days for the install and 1 day for the touch up. It likely would have gone longer if I was not bugging them constantly for updates because I was Ubering to and from work after they had the car much longer than I thought they would. I guess they don't realize the Tesla sentry mode remotely tells me when they are working on the car. They only worked on it after several days of me bugging them for updates. They are fast talkers on the phone and say all the right things to get you in the door ("we can add that service no problem", "we will have a dedicated person on the job", etc) but once it's in, they dodge calls and texts go unanswered for multiple days. After confirming via phone that it would be done at 5pm for the initial install pickup, I arrived at 5:30pm and was told that they were still working on the windshield tint and it would take an hour. I decided to stay; an hour in they were still working on it and I had to wait until they were done at 8pm. Only at this time did they let me know they did not have the right size sunroof tint and I would have to come back later. I would have gladly let them keep the car for longer if they had just told me upfront instead of dragging me along. I Ubered out there for a rushed incomplete job (with poorly installed windshield tint that needed to be pulled off and redone anyways) and this caused me to miss the first time ever putting my 1 year old to sleep. They don't value your time. I had front ppf and all windows tinted. The ppf had multiple bubbles, creases, and corners lifting everywhere. The precut pieces didn't exactly lineup and left about 1/2 inch gap of paint between one of the sections. I will have to get these pulled off and reinstalled somewhere else. The windshield tint had a ton of creases and bubbles that didn't go away after drying. They reinstalled the windshield tint during the touch up and installed new sunroof tint. The reinstalled windshield tint still has some scratch like creases in it. The sunroof tint has a ton of worse bubbles and creases that didn't go away after drying. It's so bad that a passenger in my car warned me my sunroof was starting to crack but I had to tell them that it was a botched tint job instead. I will also be getting this pulled off and reinstalled elsewhere. I asked for a refund so I wouldn't have to come back a third time and it took weeks of negotiating before they offered a few hundred bucks back (ended up being ~12%). They let me know they needed time to finish a few jobs first because they couldn't fund this refund. This is a really bad excuse or this business is extremely financially unstable. Between initially dropping off the car the first time to finally receiving a partial refund, it will have taken almost 2 months to settle.

Luckily they recharged and didn't ruin them; then I'm driving and after some vibration his exacto knife thing falls from the visor on my new leather seat, luckily not stabbing it or my face!, then I asked for a custom cut visor tint to be legal, and it's just illegal now (see pic of DOT line) and lastly left another plastic tint tool in the truck. Cmon man tighten up.

After meeting Keaton, they took their time on a Saturday to prep my car for a roadtrip (installing skid guard) and told me to come in for something minor a few days later. Without having to wait, they took care of it on the spot at the time we agreed and even put an engine cover on my car without me asking for it. I find Keaton very honest and he's truly passionate about what he does, taking you through nooks and crannies of your car. People rarely talk so passionately about their work like he does.
