Fast-forward to this morning, my tent has peeled on a few windows and it has made it really difficult for me to see out of while driving luckily enough I remembered my receipt to show proof of warranty so I called the location closest to my job. Spoke with a gentleman over the phone yesterday and he was very helpful able to fit me into their schedule for this morning. I ended up coming late but that wasn't a problem for them. I arrived at 9:50 and was out by 10:25. Professionally done work. No hassle with using my lifetime warranty. Solid experience to say the least. They called me the next day and notified me that they found out it was double layered 20% and limo in top of that! No wonder we couldn't see anything out of the rear! So they said I could just pay half the original quote for the removal of the limo layer and keep the 20% layer that was already on there.
