Which was a refreshing alternative to the 'be there between 10 and 5' shpeal you get from the big guys. He fixed the computer, and didn't make me feel like my grandma while he did it. Me and the guy even chatted afterwards for like 15 minutes. These guys are definitely young but they got a real fire under them. I would hope I wouldn't need a reason to call them again, but i definitely recommend them.

Further, they NEVER call you back. NEVER. Not even after 3 messages. It's totally possible that they have good "fix it skills" but they don't have very good business skills. If you need a computer fixed on a time line, don't call them.
