    Not only did they not fix the phone, they give it back with a worse cracked screen.  NOT. OKAY.

    THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. Do not go here unless you want to get swindled. (If you need a repair, go to iPulse in Hoboken, they will fix your phone in 30min, with no drama) I've actually had a couple of iPhones and an iPad screen repaired here years ago. But things are different now. I'm just gonna tell you what happened and you can draw your own conclusions: Day 1: drop off an iPhone 11 Pro Max for a cracked screen replacement. Told it would be ready the next day. Day 2: no call that it's ready, so we decide to wait. Not a big rush cause the phone is an extra. Day 3: get a phone call from this place demanding that I Venmo him money for the phone. (What business does this??) My husband told him we're not paying for a phone we haven't seen. We were not available to come pick up that day so he told him we will come by first thing Monday and pay him when we have the phone in hand. Day 5 (today): First thing in the morning, I go by to pickup the phone and I get a long schpiel about how it won't be ready til tomorrow. Uh what?? You just harassed me on Saturday. He said that they fixed the phone Friday (really? Then why didn't you call for us to pickup?) and Saturday morning he was saying we need to put down a deposit for the screen but since we didn't Venmo him a deposit, he took the screen OFF my phone and sold it to someone on Sunday night and that's why my phone wasn't ready today. I told him to give me the phone back. He rambled on about how he can't afford to buy screens for "whenever a customer decides to pick up the phone". ?!? He gives it back and they actually put a WORSE screen back on it. UPDATE: (in response to their reply) If you ran an honest business, maybe you would have enough funds to cover your business expenses. Why didn't you tell us on Day 1 when he dropped that phone that a deposit was needed? We were promised the phone would be ready the next day. If YOU were honest, the phone would've been ready, as promised, and you would have had your money. I support local businesses. Why do you think I went to your place to begin with? MAKE SENSE

    Best in the business. I spent more time trying my to find parking than I did waiting on my phone replacement!! Amazing prices $160 for the XS Max is unheard of!! A++

    Happy phone with power

    Superb service! My iPhone 8 became a bric and no one figured what happened. David took a look and figured it was a power issue with motherboard's HYDRA chip. Took an hour to fix it and phone was as good as it was before it broke.

The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Fool me once. Tuh! He just lost a loyal customer and I cannot recommend this place. You will feel regretful. Just go to the Apple Store so you won't lose out on your money.

    I looked forward for this place due to all the reviews. I was so patient when they told me it would…read moreliterally take 5 hours to fix my phone, then they did not have the right screen so they had to order it. Came in a second time to finally get it fixed. FINALLY got it fixed, the color looked OFF but I thought, its ok, I spent about $130 on this screen I can put up with that. Literally, 2 months later the screen they put on got unstuck, here im thinking, ok things happen. I brought it back to them and the rep had the audacity to tell me that it was "out of warranty". Guess they give you 30 days, but a situation where the glue is not properly applied should be outside of this period. The rep then said he would try to fix the one I had on there, I thought "ok wonderful, maybe its just reconnecting it and gluing it appropriately". He tries to look at it and then BREAKS my face ID port. Wait not done... he then says he has to ORDER the part so I have to now COME BACK to get fixed what he broke. WOW This is ridiculous that a place can provide such bad customer service. There are many other places to go, I refuse to ever go back here again. Dont always go for the cheapest service. I would much have preferred to pay a different price for a service dont RIGHT. Horrible!!!
