This is the one and ONLY Prada location you need to go to in Vegas bc it's the best one. The other ones aren't as good as this location at the Bellagio. I called to check if they had an item in stock, and Katya helped me. So glad I called because I got OUTSTANDING service with her. I LOVE the Bellagio Shops, Even more than Crystals, which can be snooty. I was looking for a new wallet for my mothers 65th birthday and browsed all the shops... I looked at Louis Vuitton and the Flap wallets were such bad quality! No leather, Just monogram canvas. My Boyfriend then suggested Prada, and we found the right store to pick up some goodies. Of all the cities in the world I've shopped in, Vegas just blows them out of the water. Why, you ask? It's just far superior when it comes to service. Most cities, if you don't walk in dripping in diamonds with a frozen plastic face, they won't give you the time of day. Luckily, being Asian, they tend to take the risk and smile at me once in awhile but for the most part, they can be real a**holes. Not in Vegas. You can walk in with slippers on your feet, a green drink in your hand and a pair of stained jeans and they will treat you like Kardashian's long lost Korean cousin. This Prada location was no different. The sales associates were all polite, helpful and I even joked around with them like I normally do and they rolled with it. I bought a couple pairs of shoes here. Nothing flashy this time. A pair of open toed flats for spring and a cool pair of metallic gold leather slippy things. *Sigh*. No heels.. I have so many damn heels I never wear because, let's be honest, they fu*kin hurt. After a couple of hours bar hopping downtown, I'd rather eat my shoes than wear them. So when my friend told me she was considering purchasing a Prada bag, I almost died (of envy). So we went into the store and the sales associate Charles Punzal was the absolute sweetest. He was patient and pulled practically every color option of saffiano leather totes we asked for. Definitely made the selection process a lot easier on us, and we left with the most gorgeous, black purse. The tacky security at this store had the nerve to stop my owner when he walked in looking for a new belt to go with his Armani jeans that he just bought. Seems I'm not the only one that isn't allowed a drink because the rude security actually had the nerve to ask my owner to leave his coffee on the counter while he shopped. Of course my noise could easily smell the wine the other shopper was drinking so I tapped my owners hand as I wanted to leave a little something special for the mean old security guard. My owner being so classy said no need for that we will just go. After all he didn't want me getting flees. My owner will not be taking me back here. I am a huge Prada fan. I have 3 bags, one black purchased in Prada Milan in Italy, one red saffiano @ Prada Santana Row in San Jose and one leather saddlebag model from Bag Borrow & Steal online. My bf and I were walking by and I saw a bag in the window that was beautiful so we stopped in to take a look. I asked to see the handbag, which was a limited edition for Winter only. There was a snotty little sales guy (I should have asked his name) who was eager to show me the bag until he asked me where I bought the Prada I was currently carrying and when I told him I purchased it on Bag Borrow & Steal, he turned his nose up at me, walked away from me without saying a word and motioned for another salesperson to see me. Unfortunately, they lost a $3,000 + purchase and a patron. Sadly when I left the store I had to fight the urge to help the little jerk put things into perspective and remind him of the following: 1) he lost a sale, 2) he lost a patron for good, and 3) he is, in fact, a retail salesperson and (as snotty as this may seem), his job is to SELL handbags. I would guess his salary is very likely minimal at best and that he holds very little college education and he should remind himself that he is NOT in a position to be treating his patrons as if he is the one who can easily afford these designer handbags. read more

This Prada location has a really nice selection and a great sales staff. My husband and I both made purchases here and really liked our experience. Charles is the sales associate who helped us out and he was great. He was patient and made sure that we were happy and comfortable with our purchases. When I was torn between two items, he asked questions about my lifestyle and advised me on how much abuse each of them could take (I am not a terrible owner, but my bags/wallets have to be able to withstand real use). The best prada store in Vegas. This Prada is located at the Shops at Bellagio, across from Hermes. Seriously they have a great selection, not as big as the Beverly Hills store, but great store! The sales staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. Prada has always been about their minimal branding, Cynthia's review makes me laugh, its like saying get rid of the M logo for McDonalds. I would highly recommend shopping at another store. The customer service is actually worth zero stars. We were not greeted upon walking in, staff actually gave my husband and I dirty looks. When I inquired about my worn wallet, I was told by the manager it was excessive wear and tear but was asked to pay a fee to repair. By repair I was told by an associate the leather would only be colored and it would take 6-8 weeks. Highly highly encourage all shoppers to find another location than Prada at the Bellagio, if you are wanting a great shopping experience along with great customer service. read more

I always walk into designer stores wearing casual clothing. I want the most genuine customer service possible and I find that when I am dressed down I get the best, or I get the worst, which determines whether or not I will shop at that particular location or with that particular sales associate. This Prada store was amazing. I walked in the store after just stepping off an early morning flight. I was wearing yoga pants, a hoodie and flip flops. The gentleman who helped my husband and I out was so nice! He did not hesitate to show me anything I wanted to see. I wish I could remember his name! We didn't end up making a purchase that day, but the following day we came back and received the same level of service from one of his co workers. We walked out empty handed, but we went back up to our room, my husband had to run and "errand".... Little to my knowledge he went back down to purchase the bag. After an hour of fighting with our bank about security precautions and spending limits and getting everything working with his credit card, the store manager and the sales associate went above and beyond to make the purchase happen.... And they even delivered my brand new Double saffiano bag to us while my husband and I were at dinner so I would be surprised. Thank you for the outstanding level of customer service, as we frequent Vegas often, we will definitely purchase from this location again!!! read more

I love the store. The clerk didn't put my authentication card in my package when she wrapped it. I came in the next day to get it. Something felt odd so I returned it. I then got home and found out that she didn't give me a credit she charged my account again!. So now I have been charged twice for a wallet I don't have. Bad management.
