She still has a whole store of items and lots of fabric to choose from for a custom suit. Pick from any of the racks or show her a picture of the style you want and she can custom make you one to have more or less fabric in the places you need. I was going to purchase my SFX makeup on Amazon but decided to direct buy here. The price on makeup was about the same as Amazon. Maybe a few bucks more or less depending on the item. Either way, to get it same day and from a local small business was a win to me. The best part was the costumer experience. The lady that helped me was more than accommodating and SO helpful. I needed the Dark Knight Joker costume for my 8YO daughter who wears a small in woman's and couldn't find it anywhere. All I could find is really super cheap versions and I really wanted the Velvet real jacket look. Also, I didn't want the sexy-girl version but rather the traditional men's but in woman's sizing. That's a laundry list of wants- I couldn't even find it on Amazon. Well, the stars must have aligned because they had it. The men's traditional, velvet, real, high end Joker but in a woman's size Small! Now that I know this place exists, I will never enter another Spirit Halloween again. The mayhem, expensive costumes for low quality, and couple that with the lack of being able to try things on.

I'm so upset I'm in the parking lot outside typing this. I have no idea why the older baldish man is so rude. My first and last experience with him. I understand there is a language barrier. What I don't understand is why he gets so irritated by anyone asking for help. I asked for help once, and he seemed annoyed as soon as I began approaching him. Why would you ever make someone feel bad for shopping? I requested a certain outfit. The one I was holding was covered in sparkles and pink but see through. I asked him if he had the exact same outfit style and color but not see through. Unfortunately he brought back a different styled plain outfit with no sparkles anymore either. The only shared feature left was that it was still pink. No problem, I politely declined, and said it's not what I wanted but it's ok, never mind. He gets absolutely irate that I wouldn't take it, and even tried to tell me this is what I asked for. I didn't, but I still said sorry, i don't want that outfit. I also don't want to go back and forth in a store. I say thank you, I'll keep looking on my own. He then very rudely tells he closes in 5 mins and to hurry up "if I'm even getting anything." That was the last straw. I had 5 outfits in my hand minimum 400$ worth of merchandise. The outfits start at 80$ but I prefer the more exotic 100$ ones with 3 pieces. I directly told him I'm leaving and not buying anything bc he said that. And that he has been rude to me my whole experience. 2 other girls were being spoken to the exact same way as me, while shopping. Overall terrible hateful negative energy. It genuinely feels like he hates dancers, or women in General. He spoke to everybody like he was absolutely disgusted with them. Im sorry if he was having a bad day. But I think he's just like that everyday honestly. It seemed very natural. By the way, our first interaction when I just started shopping he came over and snapped on me for making a mess in the aisle (it was a different girl that had just left) I wasn't even touching anything. Didn't even ask if it was me just assumed. I tried to explain that it wasn't me and he didn't listen to a word I said and continued to berate me and tell me to not touch any of the outfits anymore while I was peacefully browsing. I had my back turned to him while looking at outfits and literally jumped with how startled he made me. I was anxious the rest of the time trying to shop. It's also hard to shop not being allowed to touch anything, but I still tried to make it work. I hadn't knocked anything off the shelves in the previous 10 mins I was there. So yeah very sad I won't be back I love the outfits and get gifts for my friends here they all loved them as well. But absolutely not worth the service and treatment. I also didn't even have a purse on me, just phone and car keys and he kept looking at me and every other girl we were going to steal at any moment. I have no idea what gave that impression. Maybe bc I wasn't dressed up as i usually am? I had my glasses and joggers on with a sports bra. Nowhere to shove an outfit in. Rather than sending the hat back so they could replace the fedora with an affixed pin, I called Hattitude and spoke with Jib, who said to bring the hat in. When I arrived, Jib gave me some history on hat pins and noticed that the fedora contained a glued-in feather, so the feather could not be switched out. Jib was pleasant and highly knowledgeable, and the store had a solid selection of hats, including Stetson and Bailey fedoras. Jib inserted my pin, which didn't appear easy, but she knew what she was doing. She didn't charge me anything, either. I recommend checking out their hat selection, and I am confident that if Jib is there, she has the knowledge to help you with any inquiries you have.
