It just isn't consistent enough for me. I have only had one groomer that I did not care for and avoided scheduling with her but got her again because the groomer my dog was scheduled to see was running behind. I gave her another chance but still did not like her work. She is probably gone now anyway so not worth mentioning her name. Also, their prices are pretty high. I have changed to a new mobile groomer that will come to my house for much cheaper. I will still use Woof Gang in a pinch. I don't dislike them but for the cost I would like consistency. My wife missed one appointment and then rescheduled it for the next week. They said that was ok. She dropped off our dog and nothing was said. She went to pick up our dog and then they said that there was a missed appointment fee. After she payed them 60 dollars when the normal cost was only 25 dollars. I called and talked to someone working there and they said that was the new policy for the owners. So I told her to tell them they just lost a customer. I will never take my dog there again.
