The cashier spilled an entire giant coke on us, things happen, although it was a huge mess and stained my moms white shirt and he was apologetic, but no offer to help us clean the mess he made, or fix anything. someone came to clean it around our feet, didn't ask us to step away, just started pouring a white powder all over, but that was t the worst of it. There was popcorn all Over the floor when we got in our theater. Not a little, a giant pool of it. The chairs were dirty and small and didn't recline. This theater is an older style, not great seats, stale popcorn no salt shakers and there was something seriously wrong with the soda. I'm not from here but if there are any theaters close to this one I would go there it would probably be better. Also I was there pretty early and there was nowhere to sit and wait before going into the theater due to the way it was roped off. I don't recommend. read more

The folks are nice and the place is clean ......but this theater is well outdated. The screens are much smaller than theaters I have been at for decades now. You are also further back and there is very little slope between rows as in stadium seating. The aisle red and green led lights are blinding and unnecessary. Maybe I've been spoiled but this theater most definitely is not on par with others where it counts. read more

A 30 year old theatre with outdated chairs and carpet. I love how they advertise their seating on the website, lounging chairs with trays. The seats were probably comfortable back in the 90's when they built it. Very dirty floors and bathroom ( looked like they just push the dirt to the edges) they give no discounts as 2 tickets were almost $40 dollars, they obviously don't honor the military or senior citizens! This by far was the worse movie experience to me as I love going to the movies. The staff seemed like they were there just to make a paycheck. No people skills whatsoever. This theatre is decent sized, pretty clean, there is plenty of parking and it is easy to get to. I wish more people would take time to watch movies in the theatre. It is rarely super busy when we go (usually during a weekday afternoon). I think it is a nice treat every once in a while and allows me to fill my movie theatre buttered popcorn fix! read more

It is dirty, smells like mold, the majority of seats are broken, and the AC alternately doesn't work or is so cold you need a winter coat and boots and gloves The place is stuck in a time warp of big multi screen cinemas from 30 years ago. It is a long walk from parking to ticket booth( which is no longer used) . The area you walk through is nasty stained concrete and feels like the entrance to the subway. Tickets are sold from one small kiosk that routinely malfunctions and backs up. The concessions are nasty and very very slow. All in all in is not a good movie going experience. read more

Not quite understanding why you purchase tickets in the same line as the people getting concessions. It definitely creates congestion. The theater needs some updates, carpet has seen better days and not sure why all the purple. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was nice. The theater viewing experience was functional, so I'll give them that, but this place needs a deep clean. Let me take you on the journey that was my experience at Regal Belltower. I went to see a movie specifically in Theater 9, so maybe this doesn't apply to the others, but I and my friends noticed a pungent odor the moment we walked in. My eyes watered as I was forced to endure some unholy mixture of urine and mold assaulting my nostrils. We walked to our seats in Row L. The fabric was old and frayed, but I can work with that. I've sat in old cars before. How bad could it be? I sat down and immediately wanted to gag. The seat was damp. Combined with the overwhelming smell of piss, it wasn't difficult for my brain to jump to conclusions. I looked over to my friends and saw similar reactions. My wife was shivering in that recognizable way you do when you sit on a cold toilet seat or have an ice cube dropped into your shirt. Their seats were damp too. We joked about leaving, but those tickets were expensive, dammit, so we stayed. As other people poured into the theater, we grew more accustomed to the smell of mold and pee. Then a teenager and her mother sat in the row in front of us, and the former began to recoil after touching the seat. "It's wet," she said, and immediately, I was ripped back into reality. Had someone unloaded their bladder like a busted fire hydrant onto the chairs in this room? Did I pay to sit in someone else's waste? These thoughts sat in my brain through the nearly three hours of Hunger Games prequel movie I was watching. I hated it. Now I've gotta be wondering for the rest of time if I was sitting in piss or not. 2/10 experience. At least the lights were on. read more

Growing up I could probably count on one hand the number of times I went to a movie theater. Back then theaters were a lot different than today's. The one that was closest to our family was open only on the weekends - Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with showtimes each night at 7pm and 9:15pm, and an afternoon matinée on Saturdays and Sundays at 2pm. It was a huge auditorium style theatre with a cool balcony. The seats were in long rows, short back seats (the back may have come up to almost your shoulder blades), and the seats sprang up vertically when you got up. There was a slight angle to the floor, but not enough to where if a tall person sat in front of you it was usually necessary to scoot down a few seats. It cost $1.25 for admission in the evenings - only $.75 for the matinée. Drinks were $.50 and popcorn was $1.00 (huge tub). Oh yeah, and it was usually 3-4 months after a movie's release before it ended up here. Fast forward to today. This Regal theatre boasts 20 screens, 7-days a week showing of the latest released movies at multiple various times of the day. It has high back comfortable chairs that rock. The sound system is excellent and of course everything is digitally produced providing a wonderful cinematic experience. $15 is pretty much the going rate for today's movies. I use my Regal App to buy tickets on line and then upon arrival, I produce my ticket via my iPhone with the QR code to be scanned by the friendly Regal Employee (who saw this coming many years ago? Ha!). One doesn't have to worry about being late for the "start" time of one's movie any more as there's always 20 minutes of previews of upcoming new releases. Don't forget to mute your phones! Don't forget your refreshments. Let me just say this about refreshments. So $5.99 for a small bottled water seems pretty steep, ..and I've quit buying all the other goodies because you'll quickly end up paying more for refreshments than the movie. Anyhow this theater is very clean, the employees are friendly and I'd rate my overall movie experience a 7 out of 10 - if they had a balcony I would have gone with a "9". :) Check them out and have a good time, and if you've made it this far, Thanks for reading my review. read more

I have been going to Bell tower since I was a kid and it's funny how now I get to take my kids here. Still love coming to the movies just wish they would switch back to the office boxes so even I if you don't want to buy popcorn or drink you don't have to stay in line for 30 minutes just to purchase your tickets. They do have a very friendly staff that go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your visit. During summer times they have $2 movies in the morning and $5.45 all day any movie! Don't know how long that's going to last though. Also on Tuesday's, if you have a regal card you can get 50% off on popcorn. I'd sAy Tuesday's are probably the best day to go to the movies at bell tower lol read more

Cleanliness can definitely be improved. My daughter and I both got sick after eating popcorn and drinking Icees from this location. I believe the Icee machine has not been cleaned properly. From the moment you walked in there was a weird smell that wouldn't go away. They only had one kiosk selling tickets and the line was massive. Took over 15 minutes to get tickets, and the tickets were very over priced. You'd expect that an $18 ticket you would have nice theater seats but nope. This guy place is NASTY. Carpet is shot. Seats are old. Smells moldy. Kiosks don't work and there is no one at the ticket office so you need to wait in the concession sales line to buy a ticket even if you don't want a drink or snack. They're back open again. How I've missed going to the movies. What's Covid like at the movie theater? Nothing has changed. It's not like they have seats blocked off every 6 feet. You pick your seats when you buy your ticket. You're supposed to wear a mask in the theater, but it's the honors system. I don't care what other people do. If I'm wearing my mask during the whole movie, and I did. Then I'm protecting myself from your kooties, and I'm totally okay with you taking your mask off for your snacks or leaving it off. I didn't touch the arm rest, I kept my hands in my lap. It's my way of being responsible as much as possible. I don't know and I doubt they literally satirize each and every arm rest. But I'm doing my little pet. So happy you're open again. Why you were closed for so long I still don't understand. Your employees wear masks and sanitize a little. Heavy deep cleaning. I made a review about 8 months ago and here I am giving it another try. It's still the same. The room I'm in is so creepy and so dirty. The seats are messed up and they are so dirty. Can't they hire a shampooer and clean these seats (at the very least). They are scary. This place really needs a makeover. It's sad that people in this community have to go here if they want to see a big screen movie. Makes me miss my PC theater greatly. They know how to clean and fix broken things and they too have been there for decades. Sad. Sorry, to complain, but that's what yelp reviews are for. This will be my last visit here for sure. I'm afraid to touch anything and sitting in these dilapidated seats is a lot for someone who appreciates a clean well cared for theater. No wonder it only got two stars. Regal needs to step it up. Their seats are ok, don't recline but rock some and comfortable enough. But one thing that sets them apart from others is selling alcoholic beverages. My wife & I like to indulge some and having 2 or 3 during say 2.5 hour event I don't see as unreasonable. So when first got there she was all set but I went to get one and I was carded and then they put one of those wrist bands on you, presumably to indicate you're of age. Then a while later I wanted another and this time my wife wanted one so went to get two along with some popcorn. The first clerk was young guy and pleasant, this time was a young lady who not very friendly. First she tells me I can only buy 1 drink and I was like say what? So my wife has to come out here and miss part of the movie too!? And she just kind of shrugged and then asks to see my ID. So I was like hello I have the wristband on and she said she still needed to see my ID! I mean come on... I get they want to control the alcohol and don't want minors drinking or people having too much and getting unruly. But first of all, I'm almost 60 with a gray beard is anyone really going to question I'm not over 21!? Secondly what's to stop someone from buying just 1 and still sharing with a minor or my wife & I each buying one but then me drinking both? And as far as I know most concert venues and sports arenas (where people do get out of hand) allow at least 2 per person. This annoyed me so neither my wife or I returned for anything further. And it lessens our desire to return. I mean what's the point? Yes a much larger screen and I'm not saying you have to drink to enjoy a movie but at home - don't need to travel, can start/stop the movie whenever we like for bathroom or snack break, won't be carded or made to wear a wristband, can help ourselves to whatever we like and for a heck of a lot less money!! The kicker is I know many theatres are hurting after being hit by the pandemic and I actually did feel bad for them and so was ok paying the exorbitant prices once in a while for the experience (if it's good). But here they could have easily gotten another say $16-24 from us and multiply that times thousands of others. And in addition as mentioned earlier we have less desire to return now so there's future revenue lost as well by us and those who feel similar. So good luck to them. read more
